Hello everyone,

Earlier this morning I went onto silver oak casino, I hadn't been on that sight in over 6 months from when i last deposited 20 dollars. Anyways I entered in a free spin bonus code for a the ninja slot they were promoting. During the free spins I was extremely lucky and hit the full bonus feature twice, and ended up winning around 2700 off the free spins alone. Once the free spins were used up I followed the requirement of wagering 500 dollars, and once that was done the money was in my account as my actual balance. So when I go to the live chat and ask them if they need any additional information before I deposit my winnings, they are very polite and helpful. Then when the support in the live chat checks my account and sees that the money I got was from the free bonus and not a recent deposit things quickly changed. All of a sudden they send 8 paragraphs saying that I can't withdraw because I have multiple accounts and used multiple bonuses in a row.(none of which is true) I had a suspicion they were going to try everything in their power to avoid paying me the 3 grand and sure enough they did. So I ask them to proove I have multiple accounts, I asked the question at least 3 times but they never answered they would just mention not using multiple chips instead.

Then when I said ok prove I used multiple free chips, the only thing they show me is their casino statement saying it is against the rules. One thing to note is the statement they showed was a copy and pasted section of it, I'm not sure if that is even in their rules or they made that up. One thing I wanted to see about this so called multiple chip thing they keep mentioning is to see if it even works, since on the bonuses it states they wont be redeemed if theyre are consecutive free chick attempts. So my roommate made an account on his computer entered in a code, then played through all the money and went to enter a second code (he tried multiple ones to double check) and sure enough it did not work, a consecutive free chip wasn't even able to redeemed. So basically, even though they know what they said isn't even possible, and that they know I rightfully obtained the money to their standards (playing thgrough wager) I am somehow at fault? When I keep saying they have no reason to not pay me, the person on live chat says that they cleared my account of its balance. Next they had the nerve to tell me to deposit money into my account and that they will give me the best offer they have so I can win it back with deposited money. Then when I ask how they can just clear my money with no proof.. I'm instantly disconnected from live chat. I go back on someone with the name mike says they're a manager, and literally copy and pasted what the other support person said before into the chat.

Then gives me an email address and says to email them at my leisure, or when I decide to deposit money... and then once again I was kicked off live chat and now its disabled so I cant even use it. So just to see i email the email adress the "manager" provided me, and it ends up coming back as not a valid email address. So now my account balance is 0, and I cant use live chat and they have no proof i broke any rules.I also find it funny how later on today I got an email from a support staff saying they value me as a member and are offering some of the best deposit bonuses... yet they block me from live chat and make up rules to avoid paying me. I understand that the chances of me ever seeing any bit of that money is extremely unlikely because it was from a free bonus, but I don't get why they even offer the bonuses if they wont ever pay them.

I just don't get how a casino that makes such a large amount of revenue, will iignoreand be extremely rude to a customer who has deposited before, all over about 2700 dollars. In the end I am writing this to see if there is some way I could get the money I believe I rightfully earned, and to warn people that silver oak casino is not a place to trust. By the way before people mention, I do realize it was a free spin bonus and I technically never lost my own personal money, however I still believe that by winning that money fair and square, I should be able to receive that money.

I attached a picture of what happens when I try live chatting with support. Maybe someone knows if that means it is blocked, or just a client side issue.

With everything going on right now I can't believe one way or another in the things you mentioned in your post. So for now I'll just say follow the same PAB rules you would for any other casino since they are now on probation:

Old URL

The PAB process (to help resolve your issue if possible) you can read: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/help/pab-rules/

This is a casino that's currently in the rogue pit. Good news for you is that they're trying to get out of the pit right now. My advice to you is to first contact the casino rep here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/ (on the left side there's a link to send a private message)

Send them your info and explain what's happening. If they don't respond within a couple of days or if they still say they won't pay you, do a PAB - first read the FAQ here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/help/pab-rules/ and then fill it out here: Link Outdated / Removed

Don't post anything else if you're going to do a PAB, it's against the rules. But contact the rep first and see what happens.

I don't know what to tell you other than there is a thread here where the Virtual Group is trying to get back in good graces here so you might contact Bryan (CM) here and see if he can be of any help.

However, my feelings are that it's a lost cause due to my past experience with them.

FYI, next time you post, your post will be much better received if broken down into paragraphs. Just a friendly suggestion.

Ok thank you for the advice, I have gambled online for a while, but this is the first time I ever had an issue with a payment so I'm not very familiar with what can be done.

So my roommate made an account on his computer entered in a code, .

First off I do agree with Cleveland on not believing anything one way or another. Shills can act in positive and negative ways, and quite honestly with this long elaborate story I don't know what to think.

What I do know is you are probably shit out of luck because you do have multiple accounts. Look at the quote above, unless of course you can tell me that its a completely different IP address.

So seeing that the "roommate" set up an account, I assume this could have happened a few times whether it be a "roommate", "relative", "people next door jumping on my wifi".

Pardon my skepticism originally, but it just seems too convenient to have this complaint mentioned while this probation is going on, along with holes in the story. Most of the discussion in the probation thread is about cool cat / virtua,l and silver oak hasn't gotten any attention. I have seen Silver Oak try for attention in very unique ways.

I understand where you're coming from, with the roommate situation, I live in a college form that houses over 1000 people and that is 6 floors high.

In the building we all use the same wifi network around the entire school everyone uses the wifi titled Students. Also I honestly was completely unaware of any probation. I only learned about this site today, after the issue occurred I googled ways to try and resolve an issue, and heard about this website.

However I understand where your coming from, but the reason my post may seem unusual or unorganized, is simply due to this is my first post on this site, and the first time ever dealing with a situation where I had an issue with a withdraw.

Sorry, but if someone can't be bothered to make their post readable, I can't be bothered reading it.

Maybe someone else can help......but be warned...if you're not telling the truth, you WILL be found out.

Sorry about the layout I'm new and wasn't aware of the format. And I really am telling the truth about winning around 2700 dollars, I wasn't even aware silver oak was on probation until earlier. I will make sure next time I post to tidy it up and try not to ramble on as much.

If everything you have stated above is true and correct then several folks have already given you the right advice. You need to PAB. Before you do read the FAQ first and don't post any more about this.
I wish you well.

I believe you won $2700.

Now I am not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but it looks like you this was a NO DEPOSIT Bonus for free spins. So if everything was legit you would be entitled to the maximum they list. I happened to find a free spin code from them that has playthrough of $500 with a max cashout of $100. This sounds like the one you used, so you would only get $100.

But then the question is the terms. Every casino is going to be on top of the multiple account issue. So to give you the benefit of the doubt you said your in a house with a bunch of people, so have people talked about these free codes? Chances are if so then other people have used them. Again you said your roommate set up an account, which means there is already another account because of the same IP address. So if he happened to win he wont get paid, nor will anyone else. Just because they wont give you proof of multiple accounts in chat doesn't mean they don't have the proof. Actually multiple accounts are very easy for them to prove, and they will be able to show EVERYONE that has signed up from that IP. So the advice Nifty gave, "you will get caught if not the truth" is really the truth and a fact.

So in conclusion if you or anyone else has signed up for an account don't even bother trying to fight it. If people in the house that use the same IP are doing the same thing or depositing real money, you may want to warn them they probably wont get paid.

This white livechat windows means that youre blocked by them, this happend to me also by another RTG casino, i think the name was silversands casino or anything. I will never play at this stupid RTG casinos.

True or False No Differrence

I don't care if story is true or not I will never play at Silver Oak Casino again. It was my first online casino experience about 3 years ago. I hit random jackpot with them for over $9000.00 and they confiscated all of it. That's why I named them on my profile as the worst casino.

Why don't you try doing a PAB? These casinos are trying to get out of the pit and clearing up all past issues. It would be good to see if they're serious. This time.

If this is true and you have the evidence (yes I know it's been a while) backing the claim up then you should follow the PAB rules. Recontact the casino / rep, and then proceed with a PAB from there if it doesn't get resolved. Since they are now on probation you might have a bit of luck. Even if you don't have the evidence the casino should have the records of what happened which would come out in the process.

Players are complaining but nobody is submitting anything. Old complaints as well as new complaints are being asked for - You'll notice on page 25 of this thread: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/the-virtual-casino-group-and-ace-revenue.59668/

However bogus complaints will be seen through as well. Them being on probation isn't an auto win for scammers. No I'm not calling you a scammer.

Edit: *sigh* Chayton beat me to it , and summed it up a hell of a lot better than me. Sometimes it just takes a women's touch.

Hi Craft--

We've already received a PM from you pertaining to this issue and as we've already promised, we are looking further into this. From first glance, it does appear that you have used multiple free chips without depositing between, which is against our written terms. With that being said, we don't want to make a hasty assumption or reply without checking on all the facts and understanding the situation.

As we requested in our reply to your PM, please allow 24 hours for us to get back on you on this. We'll do my best to follow-up as quickly as possible.

All the best.

If you won that amount with your own deposit this is the right time to PAB. Should Max rule in your favour I can see you getting paid.

So the rep jumped in and solved the problem...Rha,Rha, Rha...That is great. It does not excuse the piss poor customer service of just shutting down his chat communication pathway. Oh, I'm done talking to you buh Bye now......... Go F yourself is what you told this guy.

Yes it has been a long while and I have no evidence. I was a noob at the time and just wrote it off. However the experience is the reason that I found Casinomiester which I am grateful for. I now have casino's I play at that I am happy with. So I take the experience as a lesson learned and won't make the same mistake twice. I wrote the money off a long time ago and at this point I could care less if I ever see it. With my experience with Silver Oak and their support staff plus what I have read about them, I think if you just give them time they will be in the rogue pit again. You can't change the spots on a leopard.
