Its sort of amazing what they can do today with 'keyhole surgery' or minimal invasive surgery i think is its proper name.Back in the 80's I would probably have had to have open heart surgery and it could have effected the rest of my life so I was pleased it was detected when I was much older.
Professional footballers have access to the best medics and they obviously communicate with each other. The question of sportsmen and women's health is one I stick in the box labeled "Wait and see"
Thinking about it reminded me of this video. (dont think that is keyhole surgery tho)
And that was uploaded 11 years ago, i bet they have robots doing surgeries on raisins nowadays.
Maybe one day they can use this technology for human surgery aswell.
