Sweden admitted it didn't look after the care home residents as well as it should, and they have large type care homes rather than many small ones.[ Most of the deaths have come from that sector I believe ?]

Most people will wear masks in confined areas where social distancing is not possible, do you think they should be made mandatory for all outside areas too?
edit: although the science on masks is not 100%, the surgical type looking one I use, and see many others using, is very flimsy cloth, I cannot believe it offers excellent protection.
