I'd imagine it would be crazy to assume chipping wouldn't be implemented, as chips are pretty good these days, but whether that's to be 'mandatory', I'd doubt it.

In the UK we had Bliar for 10 years as our PM with huge majorities in parliament that enabled him to lie the country into costly, pointless wars, that kind of thing does shade how you see things, we've had three years of debacle around honouring a democratic vote, so that also makes me a bit cynical towards politicians etc...

Usually when there's a big event like this the Chinese people will actually rise up and remove their current leadership. It's strange nothing like that has happened so far, and we haven't heard rumors of it either.

^That was the headline, no doubt a form of clickbait to get the article hits, it's a fairly amateur looking site, run by two scientists or writers, couldn't really find a bio, probably a pair of reddit nerds.

It did come up high on the google search and google is censoring conspiracy sites and articles on covid 19, certainly not putting them high in the results.

It was just a meant as a reply to SIS that this tattoo technology is being looked at seriously and is the goal, if possible, for Bill gates's vaccine plans/programs

I searched for " digital tattoo. coronavirus" and it was the 6th result that returned, the first article was the telegraph which is normally behind a paywall so I ignored that.

Think conditions are not right in the UK yet to consider any but minor changes to the lockdown, while
death figures are still sitting around 600 the virus is still as dangerous and major relaxation will send
out the wrong message that its all over.Also we need to watch the effects in other countries where
the deaths have increased again after relaxation.
The sensible approach would be to extend the lockdown by another 3 weeks and use that time to get
a proper testing system established,not one that just gives the target number of 100,000 for the one day
they pledged to reach it..
Also they need to ensure that enough masks and gloves are available if they become compulsory outside
the home and make sure that the tracking app is working as intended.

A few simple thoughts:

What do we need?

We need a cure. All available scientists and labs to work for that.
And we need all the necessities.

We all assume that everyone available is working for the cure. I don't think so. In any case we need to make sure. Money shouldn't be an issue.

The economy will be fine but some things need to change. Have to change.
Some businesses will take a hit. Some new ones will come, if not for the virus it will soon be AI or climate change or something else. What matters most is people to have access to all the necessities.

Basic Income is a necessity.
It is the only way to stabilize the economy and the society. We have to do this.

All Hong Kong infection cases are imported over the past 2 weeks and incidentally all from Pakistan.

We have a new item in the city -ie reusable face masks that can be used up to 60 times and are given to us free from our government. We are still in lockdown lierally allowing only our own residents back but they all have to be quarantined in premises provided by our government for at least 14 days.

Except for the bit that pubs will be expected to maintain Social Distancing, Lord knows how that’s meant to work cos every time I’m in one I always seem to attract weirdos spouting pseudo psychological ramblings into my ear ;-)

Hopefully they flesh out how they can get the health services (including dentists etc) on the go again
