Some of the people I work with are from India, they are such beautiful people. I feel sad for them as they have family over there and they would be so worried

Not popular opinion but it;s certain countries that could do with numbers dwindling. World is vastly over populated and especially in poor parts of the world. Something was needed to control the population numbers and looks like Corona will do just that.

Been out all day and back to work next week(whilst it still exists) I will not be staying in.

I work in an aged care facility, non for profit organization so my job is secure because someone has to feed the poor old souls

I'm getting ready to go back to work tomorrow to ensure families get food products. It is starting to get ugly here nothing too serious mind you but am hearing stories of people getting ugly over everything, I am kind of worried as an "essential" worker about being out from people or the cops. :/

Going to wind the employer up and ask if we're getting double pay like our other location.

I get you need to work and if you can't work at home you can't but you said you had been out all day today. Whether we like it or not we have to stay in as much as possible and if we are ill or live with someone who is ill we have to self isolate.

We have to protect others .

The government are paying 80 percent of wages for those who can't work due to closures etc. That's a good offer.

The world is in melt down over this because people are seriously ill and over whelming every health service going. Doctors are having to choose who they try to save whilst leaving the others to effectively suffocate. Its destroying them. It will haunt them forever.

So we all have to suck it up and do what we can to help each other. End of.
