Mike Ashley has designated Sports Direct as being essential and keeping the stores open, wanker.
Football is so ingrained in my matrix all i can think of is 'you fat bastard.....you fat bastard......you fat bastard'
Sorry i know its not politically correct its my upbringing and too many days spent at Fratton Park.

I am just hoping that the shelves are stocked when I go shopping on Friday, I always only go shopping once a week on a Friday. My tesco was a 24 hour one, but now they have changed their open times to 6am-10pm.
When I went last Friday most shelves was empty and I went at 6am, Luckily the food I usually buy still had stock, apart from grated cheese! So I will now just have to make sure I get there before they open to make sure I get first pickings. I never ever stockpile, I eat only fresh food, I do not eat or buy frozen food. So yeah it is crazy times.
But we are now officially in Lockdown in the UK too now. This is going to be a hard period of time. I really hope everyone stays well and safe and PLEASE Stop panic buying and be considerate to those who can not afford to stockpile and only buy essentials........
Take care everyone![]()
Mate, I shopped at my corner shop this morning who were well stocked. Im on a key meter so i wanted to ensure they would be open. Apparently staying open but a little short on stock from the suppliers.
More expensive than the supermarket chains but hardly anyone in there.
My friend went to the major stores yesterday and said it was chaos but some are restricting item amounts now so i think we should be ok.
I think Waitrose are starting a 48 hour rollling booking system to alleviate the two/three week wait that seems to be the norm for deliveries at the moment. I think more will follow.
I think you should be ok. Try not to worry as i think it affects your immune system, energy etc.

Lockdown shouldThe UK had time to cope better and it was not used.
Schools only closed on Friday when the UK was already in the grip of spiralling numbers.
Too reactive and not pro-active enough. His speech also mentioned how no health service in the world will cope, no matter how good, unless we slow the spread.
110% correct but you can also prepare more for the onslaught. Some countries converted manufacturing to face masks and sanitisers etc. Set up testing centres and medical tents using their Army. Our response was not pro-active enough.
Over 7000 bought out of retirement just now. Should have been done sooner. We did not prepare like we
yeah heard of a few cases they saying to people it's the corona your young enough get better. This is one of the issues as well; with everything going on, other issues are potentially going to be side pushed (not saying this is in your case) or folk may not want to bother the hospital/docs etc at this time. Unfortunately, last time I checked, there are other things that could cause u damage, other than Corona.
Well update ,
Yesterday feeling unwell , having heart attack feeling , paramedics come and do tests on me, had to heart thingy on, very worried about my heart.
Bp 145-99 which is high , heart rate -114 .
Told they don't really want to take to hospital cause I can breath ok atm.
Told phone my gp tomorrow , which I did and he couldn't give a shit . Left arm numb heart racing and pains all over, I'm young enough to get over this , only need to go to hospital if I'm pretty much going on life support . Ready for this kind of surveillance??
Just had this on my local newsfeed
SG introduced a government smartphone app that uses Bluetooth to find out who has been closer than 2 meters to an infected person for 30 minutes or more.

Caffeine is not good for your heart rate but it is used in the treatment of Corona!I will mate hopefully i don't have a heart attack .

Worried about the state of my hair; it doesn’t grow long it seems to go sideways. Truly horrific. Like if a fraggle mated with a moomin.
More concerning is Mrs saying she’d just shave it for me. Last time that happened the shaver died 3/4 of the way through at 3am and I looked like an ugly Beckham.
just hike ya pants up and noone will noticeAnd I thought I was the only one hair-afflicted. Thick as barbed wire and grows like an umbrella on crack

Go for a walk. You’re allowed one at a pace of 4km per hour
Social isolation is going great here. Coming back from work streets look quiet. Get to my local shops and about 8 of them sitting there drinking like they do every day.
