They're not perfect, they're human. some are assholes. Like other humans.
But I don't really get that 2nd paragraph.
Assuming you're referring to the recent guy who was paralysed when the cop shot him in the back..
If you watch the full video, rather than the cut down video which the (as usual, pretty much lime you said above) MSM loves to show, it can be seen clear as day that the (now paralysed) guy is resisting arrest, who possibly had a knife (unless the pic i saw was shopped) and when told, after resisting arrest, NOT to go into his car, being screamed at - to not do it, he ignores the multiple requests. knowing he has a gun pointed st him but still ignores the command andleans into his car (isnt getting in to drive, he leans in for something..) It's almost as if he wanted to die.
So, If he is reaching in for a gun (Its not going be a bunch of flowers to handto the cop, is it? considering the events leading upto that ) him leaning in for a weapon being highly probable, so, in your eyes -what is the cop supposed to do? wait for him to pick up a weapon which he can use without even having to turn around and fire it?
He obviously didn't go down from the first shot or 3, so those bullets hadn't removed the danger of the cop(s) getting killed in response. He made himself a threat. If the guy had simply done what was asked of him (over and over again) he would not have been shot.
I don't care if he is Black or White, though I'm sure we would have never even heard about it if he was White.
My point is that these laws are there for a reason. If a cop had to wait until a gun was pulled on him before firing back, what in the hell do you think would be the average life expectancy for a police officer, especially in the US? A few months would ge my guess.
It's that simple. That is why you obey police orders, especially when resisting arrest after giving signs of being violent.
Otherwise, who in the hell would ever even apply for the police force? You'd literally be signing your own death certificate
