...the casino put a extra $30 in there,and called that a free chip,but i dident ask for a freechip or did i redeem one...

From what I understand, you were given a free $30 bonus (chip) with a max $60 cash out. Now I'm not sure if this was dropped into your account, or if it was something you opted for, but I can find out.

If you opted for it, then you would have understood that $60 was all that you could have gotten as per their terms and conditions.
