Cool Cat Casino Non Payment of Winnings

I played Cool-Cat Casinio back in Jun of this summer and submitted 4 $2500 withdrawals and in July another 3 $2500 withdrawals for a total of $17500 give or take and bonus money. I also gambled back $4000 which Brough the total to $13500.00 was owed. I then won again yesterday andither $2500 so I am owed a total of $16000.00. I have only received less than $5000.00 back through Ask Gamblers before my account us "Unresolved". Can anyone assist me of offer up ideas to get me paid out from this casino as I have seen so many do. ***snip***(name).***snip***

Please avoid including sensitive details such as full name or account details in complaints, I have edited them out as it's been reported, for your protection.

As the OP is a North American player, do any other members know if this casino group is represented on CM? I have little knowledge of this region's casinos. If so, there may be a rep here who can help, if not there is PAB process if the casino in question is responsive in these matters.

P.S. Have also edited the title, not changed it but added letters omitted as typos!

Thank you for all you are doing. I foolishly thought they were on the way up and correcting issues. I received $4400.00 of the almost $15000 I had won and was certain they were trying to do the right thing. I am a level 3 VIP player just thought that would mean a little something. I just withdrew another $2500 on my last time played and it’s still pending. Tawni was assisting me and all communication both private and public just stopped. I have emailed Cool-Cat more than a dozen times, called at least that many and been given “Ticket” numbers with no email or phone call follow ups. I never said or did anything offensive to warrant a total stop in communication. Again, thank you for everything and if you need chats or emails I received from Cool-Cat let me know.

Yeah, I would think long and hard about that, as where you are located you would likely be casino-blacklisted for that and it could affect your withdrawals in future at other sites. Make sure you exhaust all possibility of resolution with the rep, assuming she is in touch with you.. they aren't necessarily on hand 24/7 so responses may take a day or two.

If you are convinced you are being ignored by the rep, i.e. aren't getting a response for an extended period, then I would recommend a PAB and not to post any further on this thread after you submit it, other than maybe tell the viewers you have indeed begun a PAB.

I would advise you follow this path before any talk of chargebacks - hopefully it won't come to that rather problematic course of action.

You will eventually get paid. I just advise you to stay far away from this group of casinos and their bonuses. They have been around a long long time and has a history of stringing its players along.

You have all been so kind... No matter the outcome I am glad I found this site and can now see what online casinos are decent. I can't thank you guys enough.

Bit of an odd name for a casino I always thought. Theres is nothing 'COOL' about Coolcat Casino, thats for sure! GL getting your winnings im just sorry you won and hope you get a positive outcome :)

I had hoped all would be well when I first started a complaint but it turns out that I was wrong.

Jeez If Max has no confidence the situation looks pretty grim. These operators deserve to be closed down. Its nothing short of theft imo

I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that players who have legitimate withdrawals AND persist in pressing for what they are due are usually paid, eventually. Not that that excuses the casino's slow-pay habits but it is part of the equation here.
