FWIW,

I spoke today with one of the VIP Managers from Slots Oasis. He had called with an offer to get me back playing regularly at Slots Oasis. I used it as the opportunity to alert him to the many posts regarding Rushmore payment delays AND the critical absence of any rep from their group on this forum.

We discussed their current payment situation and it's still tough for them. He told me that if I deposited, and won, withdrawals TODAY, are currently running 4-5 weeks for money to arrive at our bank accounts. It might be sooner, but it is definitely weeks.

I told him I just didn't understand how come and told him that other sites are sending money to US players with a one week timeframe and that matter of fact, TODAY I just received wire payments from Slotocash that took 7 and 9 business days to reach me after approval.

Rushmore Group doesn't owe me any money - I haven't played there in awhile - but they were my first online casino. They have been contacting me with incentives to return - but I have been very frank about my reservations due to the experiences of my CM friends. Waiting 4-5 weeks for a cashout is NOT acceptable.

I encouraged him to assign someone to this forum to respond to the many concerns -- I said their absence was hurting them every day.

Not sure if anyone will show up here or not, but I *tried*.

Not to be a negative Nelly, but when Louise was here she did her damnedest, but it just wasn't enough. Her back was against the wall so to speak. She could only do so much and make so many "promises", in the end, it was still up to the casino "owners/managers" or whoever makes these decisions. She was the one who was catching all the flack from the players, not them. So the rep was the "fallguy" who the players took all their frustrations out on, I for one, wouldn't want the job for that group of casinos. She did a hell of a job with the "power" she was given within the casino. It's too bad the casino left her to the "wolves"...

It may be 4-5 weeks for VIPs, but what about the players who don't fall into that category? The ones who have been waiting months? Sure, they're being paid, but at a snails pace. At least now players know they are going to wait AT LEAST 4-5 weeks if not longer. Better to pick a different casino group to play at if you are in a hurry for your winnings.

You aren't being a "negative Nelly" -- you are a realist. There is a serious problem there that seems far beyond what the other casinos are experiencing. Hard to believe that they can't find solutions when the other casinos can.

I have told the Slots Oasis reps any time they contact me to hurry up and assign someone here, but no action. I agree Louise tried hard, but didn't have the backing behind her.

Fondness for the "First" casino always............but can't ignore the extremely serious problems. If they are telling me as a VIP that they WANT to deposit that it will take 4-5 weeks, I can't imagine what it might be like as you said for the non-regular, non-VIP players.

FWIW,
Diane

The waiting time for USA players is absurdly long but for Rushmore to retain any creditability they should at least show that payments are made timely to non-USA players especially when the w/d method are e-wallets. I am not sure about players' experiences on this.

If other players are also experiencing unnecessary delays this is a cashflow problem band not merely a processor problem. The question would then be if one will get paid and not when.

It's just getting worse for USA players. It's either too hard too win anything or if you do it's too hard to get paid in a timely manner, making it risky that withdrawals get reversed and lost back, or you have a processor like MyPaylinq that will delay your payments on purpose. I think I might just put everything I would normally gamble online away for 6 months and take a nice fun trip to Vegas.

Well at least they are being honest and that time frame is probably their best case scenario. Unless they are offering great promotions or some other thing, what's the point of playing there if your deposit/winnings are going to sit for awhile?

I only play their free 10k tourney, wonder how long it would take to get any good size win...

Probably 4-5weeks.................

4-5 weeks? I WISH

Well i am one of those regular players , didn't even know about VIP status . and like i said before i happened to win a huge random jackpot at Rushmore. But before this big win i had a withdrawal from Nov 9 which to this day is still at the processor or being sent there. I'm not in the US so i was the impression there was no issue with wire transfers. I have emailed them almost every second day and the answer is always the same. I called and same thing. They tell me they are in Cyprus which i believe in part of the EU so i do not understand the delay since i'm also in the EU.

I do like to play there but i'm beginning to have my doubts if i will ever be paid!!

I have read many posts from people seriously seeking other avenues to complain about this group for non-payment which if i was them i would look at a solution real fast. Not everyone is willing to wait , in my case i will give them the benefit of the doubt a bit longer hoping they can resolve the issue.

As I posted in another thread, the redeposited my withdrawal saying I needed to complete the wire information in the Cashier, again and that then payment would be processed, that was 3 days ago and it is still pending. What a crock.

I will be calling them on Monday over and over until it is processed.

unreal

Are you kidding me? Why call Monday? Call them every hour til they get sick of it!!! i';m not even going to write my thoughts at this moment about this group of casinos. They are pushing the envelope .....

There shouldn't be, which is why I am pretty certain this is NOT merely "processor issues", but a serious cashflow problem. No processor is going to make payment until they receive both the instruction and the MONEY from the casino. I suspect it is the wait for the money to be sent to the processor that is causing the problems for non-US players. The sharp loss of US players is what is most likely causing this cashflow problem, as the US provides the majority of their customer base.

Thank You For Thinking About The Rest Of Us

I want to thank you for thinking about the rest of us when you talked with the representative. I wanted to add that I've been waiting close to 9 weeks (I'm located in California USA) and the last time I talked with Rushmore/Cherry Red casinos they told me it has already been processed and may take up to 3-weeks. Today I received an email from them and they informed me they just sent a check in todays mail. I only wish they could have sent a check in the beginning. In any case, I sincerely hope that everyone receives their money and that these two casinos get their act together because they are great casinos to play at, at least for craps.

Stay Clearof Rushmore Group

Too many delays with excuse "processor problems or delays", which I think is pure BS.

You will get paid so if waiting isn't a problem for you go ahead and play. Personally, from now on I only play where I know payment will be received in 4-7 days max.

No grudges against you Footdr but if I recall correctly this isnt the first time you complained about slow w/ds from this group. You did get paid, however, and you did the right thing under normal circumstances by announcing you finally got paid. In a way they are like Virtual in delaying payments but Virtual are a tad smarter in that they pay players 30 business days after receiving the w/d request. Rushmore doesnt even know when they can pay so let's not kid ourselves. They have cashflow problems and it is highly possible that one day they will just fold up and players are left in the wilderness.Let's not fool ourselves by saying they will eventually pay. One day, when all funds are exhausted and with no injection of fresh funds, the casinos will just go poof. Sure they have great bonuses but that is akin to a bank offering higher interest rates for deposits. There must be something intrinsically wrong for them to be so generous with bonuses. Heck sometimes I hear them having a $10k freeroll which is a marketing ploy to lure players back to the casino.

By the way, I am not singing Virtual's praises. Its just that solely on w/d delays alone this group is worse than Virtual. Given so many delays in payment isnt it about time players got a grasp of the situation and not post about being finally paid by this group?

Smart Move

Giving our money to play at a group that shows absolutely no respect for us is simply put Stupid!!!! I will certainly chose very carefully where to play since i stumbled upon Rushmore and WON but it's not worth the aggravation playing there when you almost have to fight to be paid!!! Let's not be fools TWICE!!!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS to all!!!

Peace!

i am also waiting a wire transfer from rushmore. it was approved on dec. 1. it is now dec 23 and still not in my bank. i contacted them and was told that even though they state 7 to 10 bussiness days it was changed to 10 t0 14 days. so now its a total of 17 working days and i contacted the casino again. the response is they are having difficulty paying u.s players but i would recieve a email as soon as possible on my withdrawl. so im just waiting.

Still Crossing my fingers

I too am waiting on a few withdrawals. I have one from 11/24 and 12/1. The last withdrawal I did receive in the 4-5 week window that was previously stated. I have never been stiffed by this group in the years that I have played, so I'm still keeping hope alive. I figure this is a good reason, for me to just take some time off in the New Year and focus my time and energy elsewhere. Maybe it will give me incentive to get to the gym some more. :)

If the withdrawals do come in I will definitely post on the time, so everyone will have a window. Let's just cross our fingers they get back on track.

Happy Holidays!

I like the computer generated response they email you right when you w/d.'your'e money will be sent in 2-3 days'.What a slap.
