Considering Submitting a PAB

Considering submitting my first ever PAB against one of the accredited casino's.

I have had a good read through the information, and in 'HomeFAQ - Casinomeister's Pitch-A-Bitch Service - 2. Before You PAB'

It asks, Is the casino listed at eCOGRA? If so then the casino is a member of the eCOGRA group: contact Tex Reese, the eCOGRA officer who handles these things, here.

The eCOGRA list link won't work for me to check it out, is there another link?

Is there an ecogra seal on the website?

Presume you've tried resolving things with the rep dude, gl if you PAB

Yeah, no response from the rep.

Cannot see a seal, so will put it together tomorrow

[strike]The game has changed a little since that section of the PAB FAQ was originally written. It seems that eCOGRA is not emphasizing their certification as much now as was once the case. Likely this is due to their new role as one of the primary ADR services available to UK casinos. Just guessing.[/strike] See

In any case if you don't see an eCOGRA seal on the site then they're not eCOGRA certified: you're free to proceed with the PAB. I look forward to receiving your details so we can get started on this ASAP.
