Hello everyone,my name is MARK (catchme)I'm just new here and would like to get some info regarding claiming your winning after finishing the required playthrough

I play and finished the playthrough they required as I play keno and end up winning $3500.00.when I'm withdrawing my winnings they said is VOID and I need to make a deposit. Its a No deposit bonus promo and why do I need to make a deposit I win using the special promotion.I used only one coupon that day not even claim another.they are claiming that I used consecutive bonus coupon even one year before that.my winning is void.so even I make a deposit and win still is VOID.Its my winning totally VOID or they only dont to pay

I assume we are talking about a Casino not listed under the accredited section here?
This sounds like a typical RTG type of affair, but let's not go deeper into that.

It sounds like you used a lot of coupons , possibly within the same group of casinos...
If so, most of these have indeed a rule, that states you have to make a deposit after each free chip, unless specifically stated otherwise.

In short, no back to back freebies, unless your at a certain V.I.P.-Level, and if you only claimed one coupon for this win, which was not preceded by a deposit, i suppose 3500,- would hugely exceed the max cashout on most chips:)

So, even if all they state is false (claiming several chips a year back), you were never really looking at a 3K cashout, as far as i can tell: this is only what i gathered from your second post, so if you have more info i might be able to tell you more.

In any case, stick to Casinos from this list: Link Outdated / Removed
And if you like a Casino, try and deposit instead of claiming several freebies, the consecutive coupons etc, will get you nowhere fast in casino-Land, and trust me when i say everything is recorded:)
