I posted this as a reply in my previous thread, but I think connecto deserves a better thread title the way Vince and John treated me personally. Anyway, here's the post:

Well, talk about getting results. This forum seems to have a lot of influence on the online casino world. Anyway, I just got a call from Vince at Connecto, and he assured me that although I am held to the $205 maximum withdrawl (5x $41) after I complete the wagering requirements for the free chips, the 350% bonus as well as my $500 deposit will be returned to my account. Although I lose most of my generated profit, at least I get to keep my comp points, bonus, and my deposit. So I'd like to take this time to thank John, Vince, and Casinomeister on helping me get this mess straightened out. John and Vince, although I cannot say much for your customer support, I do appreciate you contacting me personally and taking the time to keep this customer happy.

I JUST got this call, and I will keep the rest of you posted as to how it all pans out. Thanks again Casinomeister!

I think that people here need to realize that it is not very fair to immediatley title a post as "RIP OFF" or "STAY AWAY" until there has been enough time for the casino to remedy the problem, by the player either posting here with a description of what has happened or contacting CS directly. If they are treated badly, and after contact with the casino nothing is resolved then it would be fair to warn other players to not deposit. I know the reputation and business practices of Connecto have been in question lately, and I have cancelled my account and have chosen not to play there based on a report of another player. All the problems that are posted on this forum are due to the claiming of bonuses, and most know my stance on that subject, but a lot are also due to the fact that the player breaks the rules and regulations of the casino. Regardless of how unfair certain terms and conditions may be, they are available to read before ever claiming a bonus, and if a player feels that they are unfair it is up to the player to not put their money in that casino. I really do not have sympathy for the players who do not read the terms beofre taking the bonus. It is stated on the promotions page at all the casinos I play, as well as Connecto that you should read the rules page. This link is clearly located at the top of the promotions page for Connecto:

I understand what you are saying, but you have to keep in mind, that at the time, I was hearing some customer service rep tell me that I had just lost $295 the instant I deposited, and that the $1000+ profit I had made would be negated to 0. It was not until after I had posted that Vince and John had contacted me personally to set things all right. We may never know, but it may have been the post that got their attention in the first place. That is why I created a new post, with a more positive heading, so that people could track my progress, and not see "rip-off" everytime they check this thread.

Well said B21J, I fully agree! People are far too quick to post here that x casino is a ripoff when they haven't read the rules fully before taking a bonus and playing there. Or when they haven't been paid after 5 days or so. You've got to #1 read every single word of the T&C at least twice before you deposit and claim a bonus. And #2 be patient and polite when dealing with customer service when there is an issue. Try to work it out with the manager (not whoever answers the phone) before you start yelling or threatening or posting. When all else fails, pitch a bitch with Bryan and see what he can do. If you post that they are a ripoff and to stay away, it will make it quite difficult to come to an amicable agreement if you piss them off.

Then after you get your money, feel free to tell everyone your story and how poorly you were treated.

I have never played there and never will, but that has to be the most convoluted and confusing T&C page I have ever seen in my life. I mean......holy smokes. You should consult a lawyer before playing here(and from what I can tell, probably afterwards as well).

I agree that they are pretty wacky and it is by reading the T&C's first and seeing that it is convoluted and confusing that would have you decide not to deposit there. This is the exact reason that the casinos have these terms and state that you must agree to and abide by the rules and regulations before and after making a deposit and claim a bonus. It is because of the T&C's on bonuses that I never claim them. That way they have nothing to hold me on, and I will not be breaking any of their rules.

Well heres the end of the story. I got my deposit and bonus refunded, then I played blackjack to clear the bonus playthrough requirements, because the playthrough resets after you clear one bonus. I dont know if it was a bad run of luck or something more nefarious, but wow, I have never seen the dealer draw to more 20s and 21s in my life. Long story short, I busted out $2250 shortly after they gave me my $205 max withdrawl. I also garnered up about $150 in comp points, so that will be comin back as well. I guess for such a weird round of events, losing $150 of my money is not the worst thing that could have happened. The payment into my neteller was very quick, and I can credit that to Vince at Connecto. I dont know what to say about Connecto, except that this entire ordeal has left a very bitter taste in my mouth, and I do not feel that anybody should have to go through what I did, all because of some tricky T&C. Hopefully Ill have better luck somewhere else, and Ill be sure to check up on Casinomeister for any good/bad/mixed reviews of any future casinos i may wish to invest in. Best of luck to you all.

Well, here's the real end. I decided to bet my comp points, to see if i could break even, placing $5 on each hand from my $140 bankroll. Bad move by me. Little did I know that the dealer would resume their statistically improbable wrecking of me, by getting around 12 blackjacks, who knows how many 21s and 20s, destroying my thought that blackjack had a 49% win rate. If you were seeing what I was seeing, it was as if someone was controlling the cards from behind the scenes. Not to mention the occasional lag, after I had raised/lowered my bet or if I would double down, and then recieve some horrible cards. Of course I have no proof of this, and maybe i am typing this because i am very pissed, but in either case, this is one customer, these people will not be seeing EVER again. Back to the poker tables......

Avid Connectocasino hater

A few days ago Connectocasino advertised a 3000% bonus on the front page. It is 4000% now. Does anyone one to guess how high it will go?

They could make it 1,000,000% 0 wager requirements fully cashable I won't put a penny there as I'm sure there's gonna be a clause in 4th page 13th paragraph of the t&c that says bonuses higher than 100% have a cashout cap totalling half the deposit.

I'd only wager there without bonuses but why anyone in his right mind who wants to play RTG would go there instead of Nostalgia, Phoenician, BoDog or INetBet? You tell me.
