ATTN: Casino Rep Completely unable to deposit at Unibet.com

So I've been trying to deposit at Unibet.com to play the new Bonanza Megapays slot for a video for my channel. (Something about the idea of Bonanza on an RTP of 87% rather amuses me.)

(NOTE - Overall game RTP is 96.4% but the progressive contribution is a hefty 9.4%!)

However, I've hit an absolute brick wall with all deposit methods, and my usual method of depositing via Neteller isn't working.

If I try to deposit using my debit card I get this (It recognises the card number OK and accepts all the details), I've used this card no problem at other online casinos:



I wasn't expecting a credit card to work but I tried it anyway:



So I created myself a virtual Neteller prepaid card and tried that (I have funds in my Neteller account to cover it):


And if I try to make the deposit using Neteller (which used to work), I get this (I've raised a ticket with Neteller):



So I'm kind of out of ideas now, anyone got any suggestions, could the rep help please?

Just contact the casino in particular. I think your deposits in general are blocked.

My guess - they've decided you're in the UK again, so you've been blocked from the MGA site

Living on the IOM is sometimes a nuisance when it comes to online stuff. One of the most inconvenient ones is Google not recognising us as a country, but they don't consider us as part of the UK (which we're not), so we get lumped into 'rest of the world' when it comes to stuff like the Play Store, so whenever you get a new Android device here the first task is to get on a UK VPN to allow access to the full Play Store.

It's such a big problem that my ISP actually offers a UK VPN as part of its broadband package!

Pleased to report this is sorted now, thanks very much to Ken and Dave for their help

The problem was some old payment details hanging around on my Unibet.co,uk account (that account is now closed), after those were manually cleared my depositing options at Unibet.com worked again.
