Cash Account Terms and Conditions include:
1.For Players who receive a first deposit or sign up bonus, a minimum of 30 times the bonus balance must be wagered prior to making a withdrawal from their Cash account. Please note, as a Player's bonus balance clears from their bonus account to their cash account the wagering required to withdraw from the cash account will also decrease. For example:
i.If a Player receives a $100 bonus, they will have to wager approximately $3,000 based on a game with 100% wagering contribution (e.g. Slots and Parlor Games) before attempting a withdrawal.
ii.Similarly, they will have to wager $6,000 based on a game with a 50% wagering contribution (e.g. Table Poker, Casino War, Sic Bo) and so on.
Bonus Account Terms and Conditions
1.A Player's total account balance consists of a cash account balance and a bonus account balance.
2.A Player's bonus account cannot be cashed in, but can be used to place wagers.
3.A Player's cash account may be cashed in provided any minimum bet requirements associated with redeemed bonuses have been satisfied.
4.Specific wagering requirements are indicated in the General Promotion Terms and Conditions.
5.As the required play-through requirements are met, funds are automatically transferred from the Player's bonus account to their cash account.
6.Play-through is achieved when any wager is made. The Player can use either their bonus or their cash account.
7.For any wagers made, the wager is deducted from the Player's cash account. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the bonus account. This effectively means that funds in the Player's bonus account are only played if there is no cash balance.
8.If a Player makes a withdrawal, their bonus account is reset to zero; however any unmet wagering requirements will remain. This means that if a Player chooses to take back the money they deposited, they will lose any bonus money they may still have remaining in their Bonus Account.
9.Winnings on wagers made from a Player's cash account are credited directly to their cash account. Winnings on wagers made from a Player's bonus account are credited to their bonus account.
10.Where crediting a Player's bonus account with winnings that would result in the bonus account exceeding the size of the all bonus amounts, any excess winnings are credited to the Player's cash account. Note: This is less any automatic transfers from bonus account to cash account that had occurred.
11.If Lucky Emperor Casino deems that the autoplay feature has been used for the purpose of meeting bonus account wagering requirements, Casino Rewards reserves the right to void winnings.
12.Observations of playing patterns such as the playing for deliberate minimum risk, equal, zero margin or hedge betting may not be considered as playing in the appropriate spirit for the purposes of meeting bonus wagering requirements. Should Lucky Emperor Casino deem that these practices have been utilized for the specific purpose of meeting wagering requirements, Lucky Emperor Casino reserves the right to withhold any cashins and/or confiscate all winnings.
13.Lucky Emperor Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular play. 'Irregular play' includes but is not limited to any one or more of the following types of play:
i.Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 25% or more of the value of the bonus credited to the account prior to the play-through requirement for that bonus having been met;
ii.Using the double-up feature to increase bet values;
iii.Even money bets on Sic Bo, Craps and Roulette
Banking and Withdrawals Terms and Conditions include:
1.The Player accepts that it is their sole responsibility to ascertain whether they have sufficient funds in the bank account selected to be debited for e-check, ACH or any other web wallet deposits made at Lucky Emperor Casino at the time that the deposit is made and at the time the deposit is debited from the Player's bank account. Lucky Emperor Casino reserves the right to reject deposits with insufficient funds in the account to be debited at the time of the deposit and/or void any winnings accrued as a result of that deposit. For the avoidance of any doubt it is considered fraudulent to make an e-check, ACH or any other web wallet deposit into the casinos or poker rooms when there is insufficient money in the bank account selected to be debited at the time of the deposit, even if it is the player's intention to transfer the funds at a later stage. If Lucky Emperor Casino is suspicious of any deposits prior to paying any winnings, it may request proof that the funds were available at the time that the deposit was initiated.
2.Withdrawn funds will be held in pending for 2 working days, during which time you may reverse the withdrawal in order to continue playing at Lucky Emperor Casino.

This also includes any disputes or unsettled transactions from Bank Transfer payment solutions and Credit Cards. In the event that Lucky Emperor Casino receives any returns, all winnings will be lost on all accounts held within the Casino Rewards network, even if the returns have been subsequently settled.

I've highlighted some of the complaints you've mentioned in your post. If the "bonus" was applied to your rewards account, then why didn't you stop playing and contact (email) support (not live chat) right then? It states it COULD take up to 1 business day for the bonus to be applied. It wasn't the casino's fault you played the money and lost it. If you did receive the bonus and lost then it would have still been the casino's fault because they gave you the bonus?

Also, when you signed up at Lucky Emperor, you digitally (electronically) agreed to the T&Cs, which the casino states can be changed at ANY time WITHOUT notice.

As far as I can see, you and your little group of followers will never be happy with what the site/mods/and members have to offer. If you had to pay for the services here it would give you something more to bitch about. I bet maxd is glad you didn't have to pay for the "free" service, so he doesn't have to offer up a refund for what you consider a breach in contractual terms or the meister mission...

PAB service is nothing because CM has nothing in his hand to force casino to solve the problem on player side....if they ( casino ) dont solve it CM put them on NON accreditet list....but who know that???....all players come after they are SCAMED,....then CM suggest to you to play on accredited section ( affiliated )............

blerko, you're trolling... and heaven help me, I'm quoting and replying...

Bryan isn't an affiliate

Now... off to Ignore button land with you...

pardon my moment of weakness, people... mousey now closes her big fat piehole...

Hi everyone

before starting my little reply.
- I've read many treads in these months and keep on reading, even if they're very old
- my english is quite poor, so if I have to write an opinion and it sounds in another way , be patient, pls, thanks
- I use the thanking also to say thanks to talk about this, thanks because I like a part(instead quoting anytime), thanks for the interesting of this matter, so my thanks are not to be read like "let's shoot against CM" and the reputation button imo is too much

In this case the OP is very interesting and didn't find offensive words. I've seen here many resolved cases, but I've seen a sort of silence about CRgroup. This group has about 20 or more casinos, so maybe the matter interests many depositors, and, when they made their experience, usually after they have the same problems, then they probably read here.I don't think they do it before.
For sure to say " CM failed mission" is too excessive , I agree. On the other side they pay you in a regular way, they seem to be honest. But they 're abuser of good player faith. Cause it'snt written anywhere in their site things such "you can't reedem /you can't do, this or that". AFAIK at Lucky Nugget/Gaming club (don't remember group's name) it's clear you can reedem sign up only at one of them, it is written you can't have a promo in the same period only at one...
This is a metaphora:they offer you as many cakes as you want, and when you take them, they beging crying you because you eat too much cakes...

I also think that one is free to write when he has time , and feels to do it, there are many people here who can say their opinion, cause we don't need to wait for the owners. It's a good think, as, when they can, they'll answer in a complete way. Dialogues never kill.
And just for the reason this behaviour interests many gamblers maybe, if we talk about, things can change...why not?

As already written by Simmo or Bingo, I really don't think this is a reason to ban a CM member, cause he writes down his bad experience.
Finally in order to blerko1 post I disagree in a total way. From my personal experience, when I have had some problems, in 3 cases, I've said I let this known in CM forum.Problems were resolved in a very short time, just cause CM is well known and has a really good reputation.

But if I have a bad feeling, or sensation I must be free to write it down without fear of unpopularity or ban

Regarding OP if this Group itself abuses of good faith and even if only doesn't give you what you earn playing (comps locked), I think a little of clearness must be done.

Apologize once again for my bad En

Ksech!

As I can see you ignored what I wrote about in the starting thread, I repeat it. Remember, you no need to make such long posts. It is easier to read what I write.

So:

1. What was the reason presented to me as the denyal of receiving my bonus to play with? This: 'In the event that Lucky Emperor Casino deems a Player to have misused a casino account for the exploitation of promotional offers, without ever demonstrating any degree of risk with personal funds or serious intention to play, the redemption of all such promotional offers, including but not limited to sign-up bonuses, will be suspended until such times as the Player demonstrates a playing history whereby a risk of personal funds is periodically demonstrated at the Casino.'

I don't belong to the cathegory of this rule.It says: 'any'. And it says this 'or' this, not this 'and' this. I fulfilled any, 1 part of the requirements is enough if fulfilled because of 'or' (this is how the logic of the use of 'or' dictates), so I am innocent. If you use or, one part if the requirements is enough when fulfilled. The casino raised a requirements, divided by or, so if 1 fulfills, that is enough. If you want both to be fulfilled, you must use and. In that case, you can say that even if you deposited any, you can still be titled abuser because of the lack of 'serious'. However in that case this rule becomes faulty. You cannot be satisfied with 'any' on one side and 'serious' on the other, at the same time. Bcause for serious, you need at least much. (And I still haven't talked about that I demonstrated serious intention to play, too, anyway, but that is a different story.)

That's all man, you don't need to list all the rules. Enough to list the one that was the reason to deem I am an abuser. We can see it doesn't stand, so we are already ready, I am eligible for the bonus to play with.

However if you want to go further, look at the bonus info on this page:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

'6. After making your deposit, the Casino will credit your casino account with your bonus. Please allow up to two hours for this to take place.'

The casino presented false information. So he was misleading me.

And if this is still not enough for you, I asked the Live Chat to confirm I will get the bonus. They said yes. So even if I missed any rules, I asked for confirmation, and I acted accoarding to that. I was fair. I did the best I could. I have posted that transcript already as proof. Also to MAX. So I am innocent again.

'It wasn't the casino's fault you played the money and lost it.'

Haven't you noticed that overally it is not that is the source of the problem? But the fact that I didn't receive the bonus to play with even after that time frame that is stated by me, indeed. Why I mentioned that I lost the deposit is to emphasize in this case the casino had profit on me, yet no bonus.

'Also, when you signed up at Lucky Emperor, you digitally (electronically) agreed to the T&Cs, which the casino states can be changed at ANY time WITHOUT notice.'

Indeed, but why do you post this? The rules haven't changed since then, so what's the use of this passage????

'If the "bonus" was applied to your rewards account, then why didn't you stop playing and contact (email) support (not live chat) right then?'

Because I thought, okay I lost the deposit, but I might win with the bonus. And indeed, as it happened, and as I also told MAX too, I contacted the support very soon why the bonus is late.

As far as I can see, you and your little group of followers

Also the meant of rules could be understood in many ways, indeed.
I was prayed not to talk about CM affair or money, but to be in the OP focus

This phrase I quote sounds a little unkind, really.

Just my 2 last cents

Just to chime in here real quick:

I don't work weekends - so I'm not going to spend a lot of time with this right now. I have other commitments at the moment (mowing lawns, driving kids around, cleaning the garage, etc.,) that supersede any time I need to invest in looking into Bencuri's complaint about "Casinomeister."

One thing for sure, if Bencuri had been happy with his PAB in November 2009, we probably wouldn't be having to wade through this long thread. His PAB was a simple case of a casino not wanting to deal with his bonus needs. They made it clear that he would be given his comp points if he would demonstrate that he would be willing to risk his own funds without using bonuses. (covered in their terms).

Imagine going to Vegas, staying at the Wynn and being told that your room was comped for the week. You gamble away a crapload of money, and when checking out they charge you for a night's stay saying you didn't gamble enough.

That's what happened to me last year. Did I submit a complaint with the Nevada Gambling Commission? No. I just made the decision that I wouldn't stay there again if it's on my own Nickle. It's their casino, and it's their rules.

You vote with your feet. And that's what a lot of people have done with the CR group. If you don't like a casino's terms and conditions, don't play.

What this has to do with the Philosophy Statement on this site? I don't know. But I promise on Monday I'll look into this. Max and I will relook at Bencuri's PAB from Nov 2009 as well.

That's all for now. Be cool. Thanks!

And keep the trolling down to a minimum thank you. :D

'As far as I can see, you and your little group of followers will never be happy with what the site/mods/and members have to offer'

By considering nor MAX nor you take the Meister's Mission in consideration, and call me an abuser all the time, you are right. How could I be satisfied in a forum where the members and staff doesn't even follow the main mission direction.

So, if it disturbs you I cannot be happy, I tell you how you can help on that. Next time you and your group want to suggest I am abuser, remember what Meister's mission says, and reevaluate your claim. Then, I will be happy. This is the main problem I started the thread. So if you wonder why I am not happy, again: just read what I wrote.

Bencuri, it doesn't really matter what anyone says in the end, you already have your mind made up. As a matter of fact, I read your opening post 4 times before I replied, considered different points of view, etc. and still came up with my post...
In all of my time here, you are the first person to go on my ignore list, sorry :( but it bothers me to see/read the dismal attitude...

@temperance fox, sorry if you found the phrase offensive, but I could have phrased it much more unpleasantly...

Meister, if you find it odd why I played at CR is simply because they shew a totally different face up to that point. Every process was in opposition to the process how they dealt with the bonus at Lucky Emperor. And overally, the main problem why I started this thread is not that the bonus didn't arrive, but that you even took the casino's side on this. And this attitude about CR cases didn't improve through the years. 'No bonus' is disappointing, and you doing the oppotie of what the Meister's mission is also disappointing.

The relation of all this to the Philosophy of the forum is that it is strange that you say bonus abuser is a misnormer, yet you support the casino's opinion when they call me a bonus abuser. Accoarding to the philosophy, accoarding how you describe why abuser is a misnormer, it was strange you supported the casino. They deemed me abuser because of facts that you describe as nonsense. Yet you support them. This is why I always refer to the Meister's Mission.

'They made it clear that he would be given his comp points if he would demonstrate that he would be willing to risk his own funds without using bonuses. (covered in their terms).'

This was fulfilled before the ban was set. So accarding to this criteria, my bonus is locked unrightfully. And they didn't deny the bonus exactly becaus of this. But because or that rule, to be correct. That rule doesn't refer to me. So this criteria doesn't stand.

What's the use of your mission anyway, if you don't follow it, and when it comes problems, you take the casino's side, by accepting the opposite of what you describe in your mission. You say calling players abuser is not rightful. Then, you make your statement about that callng players abusers is rightfull. Well, what is the use if the Meirste's mission then. This way your mission statement is fake.

Don't wait I will change my mind until it seems I was innocent. Neither the Mission statement of this site, nor the casino rules confirm I am abuser, nor the behaviour of the Live chat. Yet, I am described abuser. This is what is a nonsense. Don't expect I will change my opinion on this then. Casino blames players becase of rules. There are no rules referring to me. So no need to repost the same rules that proved useless again. Any other opinion I am interested.

Ben
WTG! I would say this forum was created to provide a balance between the industry and the player like 50/50. It is most certainly not meant to be over weighted towards the player as many might think...

They'll just eliminate your WTG and thanks priveliges

For the love of God will you let it go

Bryan just told you he will deal with it on Monday so go and hit the casinos or something. You've re-iterated your position ad nauseum all day and the more you write the more you make it sound like a vendetta.

The big hang-up you seem to have is that someone i.e. Max or Bryan labelled you a "bonus abuser". Well Bryan says they do not exist, so if one of them said that it was in error.....but we are talking about two words which casinos use to describe players who don't like to risk their money too often but rather want to use bonuses all the time.....and a casino has every right to ban you from bonuses.

CM may not believe in the term "bonus abuser", but he sure knows the kind of player the casinos are talking about when they use it....and I think you will find he supports their right to choose to whom they offer their promotions.

In any case, you agreed to the terms when you signed up. If you did not want to be bound by them, then you should not have accepted them by creating an account in the first place.

@Blerko - we know all about your exploits e.g. your relative that was banned some time ago. It doesn't surprise me to read what you (or whoever was typing) wrote.

I accepted the terms, based on which I cannot be deemed abuser. I described why. So I am not an abuser neither accoarding to the terms, not accoarding to the mesiter's mission. Not even ethically, because my deposit and bonus amount is almost 50-50%. There is a clear Mission statement. On the PAB conclusion the staff ignored their own mission direction. If I read in the mission of a page that they burn abusers on fire, I don't go there for help. But if I read abusers term is a misnormer, I go there for help, and I don't think it is irrational when I expect the staff to make claims accoarding to this siprit. Yet, the staff agreed on that I am an abuser. This is nonsense. And this is the main problem.

Okay last post for the weekend. I have shit to do.

...What's the use of your mission anyway, if you don't follow it, and when it comes problems, you take the casino's side, by accepting the opposite of what you describe in your mission. You say calling players abuser is not rightful. Then, you make your statement about that callng players abusers is rightfull. Well, what is the use if the Meirste's mission then. This way your mission statement is fake.

I think you've confused me with the operators of CR. I have nothing to do with them, they can use the term "bonus abuse" as much as they want. They can stand on the top of Ayers Rock and scream "bonus abuser!!" and I don't care. It is their prerogative to consider this term as a legitimate one.

I never called you a bonus abuser. I said that the casino had a right to not offer you bonuses. They were prepared to do so, but you made the decision to not abide by their terms, so that was it.

Are we arguing about free money and comps here? There are certainly more serious issues that we deal with - but whatever, we will relook into this for you.

...They'll just eliminate your WTG and thanks priveliges
I know that wasn't a troll post. Me no like - so chill please. :D

I don't think acting accoarding to the mission statement would overweight any side. If you believe in something, that is not overweighting. That is what is called a statement.

I know, but the conclusion of the PAB was that MAX agreed on that the casino is right. It is nonsense if I consider your mission statement. And also because of that the rules are not about my case. Accoarding tot he rules of the casino I am not an abuser!

'you made the decision to not abide by their terms, so that was it.'

I followed the rules. Accoarding to the rules, I am not a bonus abuser. I have pointed this out several times, even in the starting thread. Accoarding to the rules my activity doesn't belong to that cathegory that can labelled as bonus abuse accoarding to the casino. Why do you skip this fact all the time? Can't you see that the casino is calling me abuser and restriction my bonus based on nothing?

Nut Job....that is friggin laughable.

There are 2 members here who really should have their Thanks buttons permanently disabled. It is not right to thank posts that belittle other members.

Maybe you should re-read his post. He didn't say he was a nut job he said the way he worded his post makes him seem like a nut job. He followed it up by saying how he should have addressed/worded the post.

Sad that everyone who responded at first was overall pretty calm and even gave advice on how to solve the situation or deal with it. The OP responds with crazy claims of him being banned and not caring: Ummm sooo.... talking like a nut job and we are the ones wrong for pointing it out. But please continue....rush to his side and save him, I'm sure I had nothing but bad intentions when I tried to help the umm ______....

Personally I thought Bencuri's post was pretty rational and well thought out. Whether I agree or disagree is beside the point. And Max in turn had a rational reply. Certainty wasn't any whining or ungratefulness going on. Just a posters opinion. I highly doubt their post offended most members here.

And isn't your post belittling a couple of other members? And didn't your friend, Papaya thank you? Hmmmm..................

blerko, you're trolling... and heaven help me, I'm quoting and replying...

Bryan isn't an affiliate

Now... off to Ignore button land with you...

pardon my moment of weakness, people... mousey now closes her big fat piehole...

Not moment of weakness, Mousey. Moment of showing your 'tude, Girl. And you have an excellent 'tude!!

I thanked Funeral for the bolded part above, I also thanked Maxd and a couple others. But that is my business.

Would you be happy if I asked them to give you a bonus? :D

It would have been, and would be enough if I could find that you and your staff is loyal to the mission statement, not agreeing with cheaters who mislead people.

For the offer, thank you, but let us leave the bonus for them, it seems from how they acted that they are short on money.

"Your business"? I am not quite understanding your post here. I was pointing out the hypocrisy of thanking "wrong" posts. Someone thanked me for my thoughts and someone (that would be You) thanked Funeral for doing a more polite version of belittling. So, your business is my business in this case. Okee Dokee? I think you need to take a deep breath and relax, ya know?

Having temporarily taken Bencuri off my ignore list...
By his accounting...
CasinoMeister's failure to stand by the Meister Mission
CasinoMeister has let down/cheated/scammed:

current number of Active Members:1,865
of which 471 have logged in today

So by Bencuri's reasoning, Bryan should have a whole lot more than a handful of members upset about this whole affair
