Long time Clubworld supporter here.

Received my Christmas mail from them for almost all of their casinos. I do only play Clubworld, but have of course played the others hence the mail. The mail was a match with a scatch off to win up to $1000.00 No deposit bonus. Well I scratch them off and receive $25 at all the casinos I DO NOT play and receive $20 at the casino I do play:what:. How do you give me $20 to the casino I play significantly but $25 to the ones I dont play WTF. And when I say I play Clubworld, I have deposited quite a bit. Not to get into exact numbers but it averaged over $1000.00 a month for the year with probably 50% of it cashed out.

Who puts these shit promotions together? Its like noone thinks when they do these things. They were even too lazy to put out a Christmas Promotion like they have done in the past.

I mean come on the group has a ton of casinos and its not just these promos that they screw up on. Take a look at clubworld, they broke apart a group of ganes on the JACKPOT page, where they show the 6 or 7 games that share the jackpt. They did this for the Clubworld game for their Birthday in June. Since then they have still never grouped the games back together.

I know better than the people at CW as to what needs to be done, I guess hire me to run the place.

Listen CW does pay quick and the rep responds here. But beyond that this place is far from perfect.

So not too get far off topic, but to get back to the point which is promotions, CW really needs top hire someone to do a better job of putting these promotions.

BTW Before I posted this the rep did get me an extra $10 to make my coupon $30. Whoo hooo $1000 depostied a month and a $30 Christmas Bonus, Good going!

I just read paul7388's post about the same matter and I think his opinion pretty much nails it
https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/no-xmas-spirit-for-guts-players.70874/

It's especially strange that you got some bonus additionally after you have pmed the rep and still complain.

Hi MightyDuck,

Never had a chance to speak to you but thanks for bringing this up, I agree 100% with paul7388 on this one. Not many people understand the other side.

@BMWSTACK thank you for the post. However I think you are pretty unfair with some of the statements here. We do offer what we offer, we also have a qualified promotion/retention team who have some business guidelines to follow. We are trying some new promotions as well as offering a daily bonuses and some special events as you were a recipient of quite few.

I wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Kind Regards,
Karolina

Thought this thread was started by a newbie poster, Shocked to see it was BMW:eek:.

I got a email from clubworld casino asking if I got that scratchcard, I have not received anything so you are ahead of the rest of us.:)

The $30 you got is up there for about the highest you will get. But we really do need a online casino to step up with a vip or comp system. Videoslots.com is close to that but still not there and think they can do better.

I got a $20 freebie from ClubWorld (thanks Karolina!) and I thought it was pretty nice. Some casinos I play at don't do anything during the holidays or birthdays etc, so I'm pretty thrilled when I get anything!

It's easy to just think of the money you've spent, but one thing to keep in mind is that if you're depositing a lot but taking bonuses on all or most of your deposits, that works against you when it comes time for the promotions department to chuck a free chip your way. If you've deposited 20 times but taken a bonus on every deposit and go begging for a free chip, they'll probably say no. If you've deposited 5 times without taking a bonus, they'll probably give you one. I'm not sure exactly how it works, but I imagine it's something like this: a person has deposited $100 a month ($1200 for the year) and they've had 2 $400 withdrawals, so the casino profited $400 from that player, so the player might get 5 percent of their losses back or $20. Now if that same player has taken $800 in bonuses throughout the year, the casino has already given them well over the profit they made.

This isn't a dig at the OP, I don't know him and don't know if he plays with bonuses or not...I'm just saying... :)

EDIT: just got a mail today with a $25 freebie from All Star Slots too, thanks again Club World!

Me unfair? No my post was about CW being unfair. I have been gambling for 20 years 10 of it online. Rather then think the post is unfair you should probably take it as constructive criticism. CW has no clue how to handle a VIP. CW has no tiers like most casinos do. You lump everyone into the same bucket and that is it. Again you guys didnt even do the 10 days or 12 days of Christmas or whatever it is you have done in the past.

For a casino group as large as CW, you would figure that there would be more thought into things and a tier program. Again my thoughts are from a gambler who deposits quite a bit. Isnt that the type of person you want to hear thoughts from?

Why do I play CW. Because you pay quickly and have a good rep to respond to issues, beyond that if sameone else came along that would do the same thing with better promotions I would leave for there.

Its a Christmas bonus once a year. Even if a player is up 10k for the year, but deposited a lot they should still get a bonus. Unfortunately people get beat into their head so much that a casino can only do this because you got x% of bonuses. Yes indeed that is a fine formula for everyday calculations, but when it comes to large events such as a Bday or Christmas, the casino should really look at loyalty and deposits. Again this whole % of bonuses is brainwashing. If your loyal the casino will always come out in the end. At christmas time most real casinos step up and gift based upon what you played in the year. Why should an online casino be any different?

BMWSTACK Good buddy I also have gotten regular mail with Free Chip,s ranging from $20.00 to $35.00 from all of the CW site,s that i pay at>"play at" sorry just a pun. I also dump a lot of money at their casino,s and i really don,t expect any thing as far as freebies that would be out of the ordinary? Say a free chip for 30% of my deposited amount for the past 2 month,s? MMM That would be very nice But i really don,t expect it. I feel for you and do understand what you are saying. It does feel a bit bad when you play exclusively at CW casino,s and drop BIG BUCK,s perhap,s they may think about a tier system with the VIP,s? I have seen alot of site,s that are not open to us here of the US side that are quite successful with the tier system. Just a thought and with that i hope that Karolina know,s you are a great player at CWG and i wish to thank them for the free chips I do appreciate the thought, and I will try as hard as I can in the coming week,s and year,s to HIT a HUGE win at one their site,s  Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

Old news how Clubworld has changed their comp/bonus/offers and disregarded their loyal players by dropping them down to the 30% bonus offers after years of loyalty and playing...what an insult it was to receive that, and continue to receive these offers after so many years of playing there....

If you don't like it..leave....best thing one can do when one feels they are not being appreciated in sending in money, weekly, to support them ......is to walk. Many other great casinos out there that pay within 4 days and give bonuses weekly that is not an insult to a player as Clubworld has offered with their silly reduced offer to their past loyal players...

I left for that very reason...and I now pop in once a month or so, at most of their sister casinos including Clubworld, just to see if it is still the way they changed it...it is, and....I will check again in another month...my money goes to where they care enough to take care of me too.

Tis the season to be begging for bonuses? C'mon people, give it a rest. It looks pretty self-serving complaining that you didn't get comped somehow. Bonuses or comps are not obligatory, and I think it's in highly poor forum to complain about not getting enough.

I have to agree that's pretty poor for $12,000 deposits per year. :(
I've deposited less than $2,000 at 32Red this year, and they very kindly gave me a bigger freebie than that.
At the end of the day, it is up to the casino to do what they like, and it is up to the player to stay or walk...

Couldnt agree more. If a casino values their 500 Usd a year customers the same way as their 12,000 Usd a year customer, they have dunces in their marketing department. If you give your loyalty to a particular casino, its only fair you should feel some level of loyalty back. To be given a 20 or 25 Usd chip as a high roller and to then see someone who rarely deposits or makes small ones be given the exact same............I`m sorry but I just dont see the loyalty side of things. It may be a bit of a bitch and a moan and I never advocate begging for freebies, but come on fair is fair. Casinos are a BUSINESS, and business`s look after their good customers..........everywhere it seems except in the land of casinos. Vote with your wallet.

Thanks. I would definitely merge some of the ways land casinos handle loyalty and promotion into the online world.

I am not a fan of the free bonus begging and whining. I actually have never once signed up at a casino just to take a free bonus, nor do I ask support for free chips. I prefer to gamble on deposits with no restrictions.

Yes indeed it does look self serving complaining about comps and its really difficult to not have it look that way, but I was more complaining from a business prospective that thought doesn't go into the process. After 10 years of loyalty to the group I have just snapped at the way I think they mishandle things. I am certainly one to agree that bonuses or comps are not required, but at the same time it is just what casinos do so it becomes the norm.

A word from our Senior Retention Executive

Hi All,

I'm Steven, I head up the Promotions team at Club World Casinos. This year we decided to change things up in regards to our Christmas promotions and run a Scratch Card with random prizes ranging from $15 up to $1000 across the 6 RTG casinos we run. We thought having a Scratch Card element within the Direct Mail campaign this year will generate a sense of excitement instead of opening a letter and just seeing an offer, we wanted players to feel the excitement of finding out if they had won one of our big prizes just before Christmas. As these things go there are a lot more of the lower denominations sent out than the higher ones so it may be likely that some players will receive a higher amount in a casino they are not active in than a brand they are active in. This in no way goes against trying to offend/insult our active players it is simply the luck of the draw. I take on board all constructive feedback received from our players to ensure that we offer the best service possible while following our business guidelines. If BMWSTACK has any proposals to bring forward I would gladly look over them.

The promotions/retention team have worked extremely hard this year to ensure that we provide the best possible service to all of our players and try to rectify any grievances that are addressed. No matter what we set out to achieve we know that we will never be able to please everyone, however in 2016 we will still endeavour to ensure that we treat all our active players to the bet service they can find as well and try to reach out to inactive players in order to bring them back to us.

From all on my team I wish you a very Merry Christmas and luck for 2016.

Steven Dawson
