Club World withdrawals - the truth please

Hi Gang

I've always been fond of the Club World Group. Defended them on many occasions in fact, and copped some shameful personal crap for it. The reason? I've always found them to be honest, generous, responsive to player issues, and they paid in around 24 hours.

Well, I have a withdrawal at Buzzluck right now that has been pending for 2 full business days. You might say "so what?", and I'm sure US players will, but considering I am a non-US player who deposits and withdraws via Skrill (which is instant), and am fully verified, I consider 2 full business days with no action on my withdrawal whatsoever to be unacceptable.

Normally, I would just shrug my shoulders and wait, but I remember clearly a recent statement (within 3-4 months IIRC) by Tom regarding CW withdrawals which said in part "The cashiers check every day the pending withdrawal list and clear it whenever possible". Well it appears that they don't, as my withdrawal has been on the list 2 days running and hasn't been cleared. When he said "whenever possible", I understood that meant US player withdrawals which require special handling and may only be sent in periodical batches, which I think was a reasonable assessment.

So, my questions are:

1. If the pending list is checked every day and cleared every day, why has mine been missed 2 days in a row?

2. Why is there such a delay for an instant payment method?

3. I understand the need for checking first withdrawals etc, but why is there not an "express queue" where long time verified players can be paid within 12-24 hours every time? I have had payments in 4 hours, and up to 4 days....there is NO excuse for such a wide variation.

4. Now that my cashout has been overlooked twice, and AFAIK CW don't process weekends, does that mean I have to wait another 48-72 hours for my money?

IMO someone from CW needs to tell the truth about withdrawals, as they are obviously NOT checked and cleared every day as stated here at CM. The only explanation that I can think of is that they want the withdrawal to be pending over the weekend so I might be tempted to reverse, which would be very disappointing from a group with a reputation like CW (and FWIW I haven't reversed a cashout for over 5 years), but I just cannot think of any other reason. I might go back through my history see if cashout from Wed to Sun are handled slower, as this would confirm what I said earlier. I'll have to get back on that one.

I'm not desperate for the money. I had a nice win at Golden Lounge a few days ago (paid in under 12 hours BTW), and already had some bankroll left. It's about the principle of being told one thing, and experiencing another, and having my cashouts delayed for no reason.

Have you had another withdrawal at any CW casino in the past week? From my experience, they seem to only want to process once per week now across all their casinos, regardless of the amount.

The larger this group has grown, the further behind they have fallen in many areas, delayed cashouts being the main one. I closed all my accounts there a long time ago (granted it was in re: the student thing)...and don't regret it for one second. I would never play anywhere that lets a withdrawal sit longer than 24 hrs. Nor anywhere that doesn't process on weekends. I completely understand the delays with U.S. payments, but there have been far too many threads/posts in the last six months to a year re: CW and longer and longer cashout periods, even for non U.S. players.

IMO, if they can afford to grow their business to encompass five or six different casinos, then they should be able to afford extra cashiers to process at least once every day, including weekends and holidays. 32Red does it, Inetbet does it, 3Dice does it...and so do others. If you want to compete with those companies, then you need to step it up. And what about when there are bank holidays, and no cashier available for three to four days at a time? I understand that bank wires/transfers won't get through...but such holidays do NOT affect payments to Skrill, Neteller, Eco, etc.

I'll stick with where I know I get paid in under 24 hrs all the time, including weekends, holidays, Xmas, etc.

You are not the only one who is thinking this. And I think your withdrawal wll NOT be processed until Monday. IMO, there is no excuse for this. Being in the USA, I can see the delay in receiving a processed withdrawal, but for the life of me I can't see the delay in getting your withdrawal processed. This has been going on for quite a few months now, and the BS excuses are all the same. "They are busy". I have said this a few times before, if they are to busy then hire someone else. It seems the promotions department has some new names, so why not train other employees to help these "over worked" employees in the withdrawals department. And if they can't afford it, then it is the Casino Manager who should be stepping in here and helping out. I was in management for over 20 years, and if one of my stores where short handed and could not get the help they needed, I was there no if and or buts about it. I just can't believe such a highly regarded casino group has been doing this for so long now.

BPB-That is pure BS!! IF that is what they are resorting to, then they should state that somewhere. I don't care if you have a withdrawal at every single one of CWC's, as long as you have not met the max payout for that week there should be NO reason for this nonsense. And that is just what it is NONSENSE!!! I can see why some members here think it is a stalling tactic... I mean holidays are understandable, but look at the post now in different threads. This is becoming a NORM for this group. I to was like Nifty, would always stand up for them, but even now I have my doubts.

It sucks Nifty, and you are right, you are not in the USA and there should be no reason for this to be pending for 2 days. I truly hope you get your withdrawal soon, and please keep us posted.

Yes LH you have hit the nail on the head. "Being in the USA, I can see the delay in receiving a processed withdrawal, but for the life of me I can't see the delay in getting your withdrawal processed. This has been going on for quite a few months now, and the BS excuses are all the same. "They are busy". " This is exactly how I feel and I never seem to get an answer, but the problem is not on my end. I love clubworld, but every time I get to a withdrawal I am irritated. There is no rhyme or reason why sometimes it is 24 hours and sometimes it is 4 days. That is only counting processing not receiving the processed withdrawal.
So That's why I said that casinos should be responsible for keeping processing times updated on the casinomeister site, so than they MAY hold themselves to the standard that they are advertising to us. That will show the truly outstanding casinos. JMHO

My understanding is that at a specified time of a business day they remove the cashout from pending status and process the w/d immediately to e-wallets. The 'specified time' differs from business day to business day but occasionally they miss out on this daily exercise and the cashout remains in pending status. Since Tom has stated that this 'clearout' is done daily the casino should pull out all the stops to ensure this is adhered to and no exceptions should be allowed. My guess is probably the accounts staff was sick or on leave but if this were the case CW should get someone else to do it. All along, USA players have been maltreated IMO and they are being 'fair' and extending it to all players:p. So CW, get your act together. You are trying to bombard players with some innovative promos to fend off Slotocash but if you cant even get to basics your players will leave in droves just the same.

Hi Nifty

I made a withdrawal all be it a small one for $200 late Wednesday night to Neteller and was paid 24 hours later almost to the minute.

The last withdrawal i had before that was another small one made on Friday 22nd June at 5.52pm and was paid a few hours later at 8.53pm.

Have you contacted them about it to see what they say is the reason for the delay?

I don't know what size your withdrawal is but i really hope they have not started picking and choosing who and when they want to pay as that is no good for any of us players out there, especially using possible delay tactics close to weekends tempting us to reverse, when really they should be paying 7 days at least to e-wallets, as they are no small outfit.

Point well taken Nifty, good thing you didn't need the money now!

Hi Nifty,

I am afraid I cannot offer you a reason for this delay that will cast us in a favourable light.

Basically a wire transfer that we sent to Skrill (Moneybookers) to fund the account got stuck with a trader (we have to convert the currency) and so didn’t arrive in our Moneybookers account until very late on Friday night.

As the funds are available now I will run through all the pending withdrawals over the course of the day today and make sure everyone is paid out accordingly.

I do apologise for the delay here,

Kind Regards
Tom

OK Tom that is a valid reason but this will also mean that barring unforseen circumstances you adhere 'strictly' to your clearance of cashouts on a business day basis. Now Nifty could ask in this forum but other players who dont have this 'facility' will probably be displeased and you could be losing customers. I am glad though that you have decided to ensure players are paid today, which is on a weekend and where cashouts are usually paid.

@ Nifty, can you update us as to when you are paid.

Tom, please add my name to those withdrawals that you are checking on. i withdrew early wed morning, est, and my withdrawal has still not been processed.

FWIW and just to let you know - you're not alone Nifty - Intercasino has left me hanging for 24hours now. This has NEVER happened before for an e-wallet withdrawal @ these guys.

More annoying/disappointing is, the money is still sat available for REVERSAL in the cashier... Oooh.. Shame on you Intercasino, disappointed.

Bit like you, I'm not worried, I'm sure it'll land some time next week, I'm not stupid enough to reverse and I don't need the cash right now - but there you go.

Thanks Tom. I appreciate your honesty.

My withdrawal has been paid.

Thanks Tom for being honest.

The more honest Reps are with these issues, the more credible they become. Honesty is the best policy here, no matter what the reason. It doesn't matter if we like or it not, being honest and up front about issues only makes that Rep stand out from the rest.

Nifty and DCPam have been paid (on a weekend) just like Tom said they would. Though there were problems with funding the skrill account it does seem that Tom has heeded the title of this thread and stated the truth. You happy Nifty?

I have to add that I was waiting for a payout which was not processed thursday or friday. I p.m.ed Tom last night. Today I received a p.m. in reply. Tom has made sure my payout was processed, he also gave me some other concessions for my patience and time. I have never had anyone respond so well in my 7 years of playing. It was beyond what I expected. He has also said that first thing Monday morning he will be checking into the delays that I usually have experienced. I feel good about Tom, as long as he is answering p.m.'s. Maybe there should be a button that reps can click when they are on vacation, I know last month that was an issue and caused a lot of discussion when those p.m.'s were not being answered. JMHO and a great big THANK YOU to Tom for making several happy players.

At my place of work whenever a guy goes on vacation there is an auto-function where emails are given an auto-reply which states the guy is on leave until such and such a date and if there are problems to contact someone else. I wonder if Bryan can introduce something along these lines for pms so that players wont feel that reps are purposely ignoring them.

Yes, I'm happy that he was honest about the situation.

However, I do stand by my general comments in regards to the wide variation of cashout times to ewallets. It seems that funding is one issue.....possibly the only issue....and if it is, there needs to be something done about it. It sounds like a bit of a house of cards to me with a reliance on wire transfers via third parties etc. The part I don't understand is why other casinos can pay in the same timeframe every time e.g. 32red in 6 hours, inetbet in 12 hours.....they must do it differently. Maybe CW should ask them?

I must assume you are only talking about cashouts to an e-wallet. Which in the U.S. IMHO it is the worst option with funds always being confiscated. Because I only play cw and inb and have not had a cashout in less than 24 hours in many years. Though I will say that INB is normally quicker than CW, thought they have had their slow times as well. I just get tired of the deceptions and want someone to tell me honestly what is going on and when it will be resolved or how they plan to expedite the issue. However, this is the first time, in a long time, that I have asked that question and had something done anywhere quicker than 24 hours. And I did not expect that with my sending a pm on friday night. So that is why Tom deserves a great big thank you. Though I assure you, I do not want to have to send a p.m. to Tom every time I have a withdrawal. So hopefully he will find out what the issue is.

hi not realy having a moan here but its been like that for a while , i myself used to pay club world alot ,but the problem is im stating never once have i had a withdrawal proccessed on time without contacting tom everytime in fact , if they address these withdrtawal problems & be upfront they would keep more players .

but it seems if you cannot get hold of tom your not going to get paid out so quick , which begs the question why is this not sorted & if i wasnt a member here i could be waiting days upon days to get my withdrawal , there quick enough to take deposits no problem there. there always seems to be problems when withdrawing .

maybe tom could clarify to why eu & uk plus aus dont get paid on time ? i understand the usa problem but there should be no excuses for above places .

One can critizise CWC nowadays

It is very interesting. I have "copped some shameful personal crap" from you, Nifty29, a year ago, when I posted about
late withdrawals I have experienced from Club World. When I was complaining about withdrawals that took 4-5 days, your respond was "yeah, and that is why I and many people get paid in 22 hours".
So, now it is ok to critizise Club World, when you have stalled payments yourself.

I have my own issues with Club World but I can say that this has never been my experience. I have never had to PM the rep once over the past 3 years to got a deposit processed. All my recent payouts (except for one that I requested in the during this snafu), happen within hours. I even had one get processed in 20 minutes (It's the only request I've made while the actual cashier was open though). I believe my other ones would have been processed just as fast but I play mostly nights, weekends, and holidays. :-( I wished that wouldn't matter.

I now have a pending withdrawal, we will see how long it takes to get processed. I will keep you all posted.
