Club World..... "Tom"

Sorry but I find it really hard to believe that you got a responce on a w/d with in 2 minutes,(liveing in the usa), or at 1;30 in the a.m,,,,lol so very hard to believe

It might be possible as 1:30am PST is 9:30am GMT. Not sure if this guy/gal is in pacific time or not.

What I do know is that club world has virtually never paid me within the timeline stated in the accredited section within 48 hours. Best was paymycard months ago within 5 days.

For non-USA players paid by e-wallet 24-48 hours is the norm. Sometimes I get paid in less than an hour and I believe it just coincided with their daily batch of payments. Actually, IMO unless its instant like 3Dice, whether its 5,8 24 or 48 hours it isnt really too much of a difference. Of course, these standards are unattainable for USA players but just have a look at Inetbet and now Slotocash. There are few complaints from USA players who largely have grudgingly accepted they cannot be paid like players from other parts of the world.

We have accepted a slower payment timeframe than our over-the-water fellow players but some of these folks have been waiting an awful long time for payment and that's not acceptable.

I haven't cashed out from a CW casino since August of last year so I don't know what the timeframe for payment is now but we have some folks saying they got paid within hours and some have been waiting 30 days or more.

Personally, CW should have handled this differently and been upfront about what is going on. It is not the player's problem that the money got 'frozen' by whoever. To me, it would be like telling the electric company that the check I sent got lost at the Post Office and they were going to have to wait until the Post Office finds it to get paid. You think that would work?

Casinos that choose to take US players deposits have the responsiblity to do whatever it takes to get them paid when they win. If they don't want this responsiblity, then don't take US players. Won't make me happy, but I would be way less happy if I won and waited months to get paid cause the 'DOJ' ate my check.

I disagree with this logic, even though I've seen it on the forums before.

Don't get me wrong - I think players should be apprised fully when a casino anticipates delays with regard to withdrawals. I'd even argue that waits of a week or maybe even two can be acceptable, as long as players know about those delays upfront.

But the whole point of gambling with mad money for entertainment is that you don't even EXPECT to win, but if you do, you can look forward to a nice little windfall.

Looking at all factors right now, I'm essentially fine with delays in withdrawals - not on the scale as with Rushmore's recent history, no, but a week or two? We'd all like 32Red type withdrawals, but that's simply not going to happen. We all know how difficult it is for this process.

You can refuse to play - I like Rushmore's casinos, but I won't deposit again until they fix all these delays. But I'm fine playing at others like High Noon because even though sometimes there are delays, they always keep me in the loop. Others have said they have had problems with communications, but I haven't personally.

I think that this is the whole problem, players aren't being apprised of problems. Casinos don't want to alarm players so they try to ride out the problem which accerbates the whole situation. Tell the players the truth and they will be more accepting of delays than if they are told different things each time they ask.

But the whole point of gambling with mad money for entertainment is that you don't even EXPECT to win, but if you do, you can look forward to a nice little windfall.

You might be playing for entertainment but if you do get lucky and win, you want to get paid within the stated timeframe.

.

You are correct. We should expect problems but so should the casinos. You cannot blame the players that have been waiting for payment for being irrate. You have to be upfront with players and you have to keep in contact with them. Once communication fails, then the players begin to lose faith. The spirit of 'Financial Difficulty' raises its ugly head. Once the trust between casino and player is damaged, it is hard to get back.

I have never had to wait on a withdrawal from CW or a reply from Tom. They are still one of my fav casinos. But I will keep a watchful eye on the outcome of this problem.

I can understand the delays in receiving your withdrawal, but I can't for the life of me understand the delays with getting your withdrawals processed in the time frame CWC states on there on web site. When I first started playing on line, it was like clock work, requested a withdrawal and the next day it was processed, unless it was Saturday or Sunday, but even then it was ALWAYS processed on Monday. I have had withdrawals pending with them at times just this past month or so that were pending for 4 days Monday-Thursday and processed on Friday. To me that is just to long to have them process it.

I am not buying the excuse " There has been a back log in withdrawals" anymore. They have used that one to the limit. If they can't employ or train someone already employed to help process withdrawals, that is one BIG mistake this group is making. They are loosing long time customers and new ones because of this and it looks like they don't care because they are doing nothing about it.

Tom, is a good rep, but he is only 1 man, and I am sure has a life other than sitting around watching his in box here at CM. But some PMs are going unanswered for far to long. I have stated this before, he has the right to go on vacation and take a few days off but it would help if he could let sites like CM know that he is going to off for however many days. I am sure he just doesn't belong to CM as a rep, but I think it would help cut down on all the complaints of PM's being ignored. I have seen other reps do this, so it can't be that hard.

As for certain players getting paid before others, it really does look like this group is playing "favorites" (for lack of a better word), but without a response from the reps, it just makes it look even worse, in my book because we are only reading 1 side of the story, but that story is being repeated time and time again without any response from any rep with this group. So what else are we to believe?

Look, if other casinos can process withdrawals in 24 to 48 hours, there really isn't any reason why this group can't go back to the way things were just a few months ago. If this group wants to stay on top of the rest, they are going to have to start picking up their game, I would hate to see another group of reputable casino fall from grace like the Rushmore group did.

Just my 2 cents.

This can only be acceptable if the casino suddenly encounters an expected problem but if this starts to be the norm I would be getting worried. Either they arent working their socks off to get rid of the problem or they are starting to have cashflow problems. Either way it doesnt bode well for the casino. Casinos that constantly have a backlog of w/ds should be patting themselves on the back as this in turn means more players and usually an improved cashflow situation. The more the players, the more the house edge plays into effect and the casino wins.

Tomato, Tomatoe

All I know is I played Thursday evening in PACIFIC STANDARD TIME, US requested w/d 10:30pm and by 1:30 am it was in my acct. Yes that would be early Friday morning.

The sad part in what you showed us now is that you are getting some special treatment and are considered more valuable to the casino than the rest, who are still waiting.
It's not your fault but it is not fair either :(

Special Treament - LOL LOL LOL LOL

The Casino knows and I know that NO special treatment at all occurred. Some things are better left unsaid, but LOL. They don't give Special treatment to anyone, believe me I know!!!!!! Take that to the bank.

Would you be willing to answer her question (and now mine......) what method of withdrawal was used? I am amazed and envious of the speed of your w/d process.

Thanks,
Diane

That email indicates to me that this person is using an ewallet as no cashier cheque, paymycard, or ACH will show instantly anywhere.

So this person has an ewallet accessed outside of US banking restrictions. We don't need to receive a PM from this guy to figure that one out. In other words, an option not typically available to a US player. In the meantime, his timeframe is very unusual and isn't possible for the rest of us with US bank accounts. Nothing to see here..move along..etc

There is of course the possibility that he is full of it, and we all know he wouldn't be the first one to blaze that trail here on casinomeister.

It is available to all US players milemaster. ;)

You will soon be flooded with pms asking for this w/d method.

Meanwhile, if this is available for USA customers why does CW not recommend it to players. It makes the players happy and they are relieved of the need to send bank wires which are costly and have to be absorbed by either player or casino.

I don't get it. You really are proud now:eek2:
You manage to get something the others couldn't and just because you are getting questioned you refuse to tell anyone what method you used. I'm amazed.
I didn't believe the casino were treating everyone in a fair way, but I didn't blame you, and I'm not from the US.
Please tell them.

I don't even play this casino, but even I don't understand this cloak and dagger shtick...if it's all on the up and up, just post...if it isn't just say it's sketchy. Why the 3rd grade theatrics?

What I don't understand

What I don't understand is why is it so difficult to go to chat and ask what method. Believe me I am not special I did however decline my first w/d method after going to chat which was paymycard, after speaking to chat and 30 mins of my request I had my new w/d method authorized and in my acct.

Posting this method on the open forum jeopardizes the processor and floods the casino with this method.

You guys are being tough tonight, First it was "Say it isn't so, then found out is is, and are still not happy?:D

To me it reads more a 'neener, neener, I got it!' I'd think if you were concerned about anyone bogging it down, you wouldn't have brought it up. However, since you did, and is on the up and up as you say, why make everyone here do the legwork and bog down live support if you have the simple answer?

For heavens sake... why mention it at all then?

We have members here that have been waiting weeks and this 'not so secret, super secret' method is readily available, but CW doesn't tell anyone?

Despite my name, I don't care for cat and mouse.

I know you are but what am I

PAID..........

Come on this is getting more difficult that it needs to be. If you are lucky enough to have a w/d and you live in the USA before you w/d at any casino go to chat and ask what options they have for you including fees, if any.

Actually, it isn't difficult at all. You've spent the time to post, it takes next to no more to post the method. The only thing I imagine that will become increasingly difficult, is your credibility here.

MyPayLinq has always been an option for US players. They are a quick way of getting your money from the casino. The problem is getting your money from them to your bank. Last I looked it was taking 30 days to get a withdrawal. Of course, that's been a while so they may have speeded up withdrawals.

I used them for smaller withdrawals that would be played back anyway. After being burned by EWS and QT, most players don't want to leave a sizeable amount of money in any ewallet anymore.

Actually last I knew, they don't offer bank withdrawals. There only option is to send you, your winnings by Western Union and that's capped at $950/week. Supposedly it takes 15 business days max to process the withdrawal and have it sent to you. Then there also happy to take $30 out of it for processing it for you, then the western union fees to boot. Which could really hefty. Nice idea for getting cash in hand, horrible idea if you want most of your cash left in tact.

I have used mypaylink and it was quick once the w/d was approved....4 days later.. Either way it is still quite unbelieveable that the w/d was approved hours later.....But if it is true its a bunch of sh&t for all the people that wait and opens a whole new can of worms...Clubworld can now kiss my A#@

Please JAMES50, just read the last few pages again and you will find out how she did it, and the answeres from others why it might not have been as good as it sounded:)

I see you changed your post a little, then forget my answer:p

I am still waiting for a response from "lettingyouknow" on why she/he is raving about how great CWC is in this

thread when she/he has posted several comments to the opposing view.

Actually, opinions can change with fresh experiences. However, it wasnt so long ago that LYK was not happy with the CW group and now praise is lavished on them on a job always well done. I too would love to know what made LYK have a change of heart. I thought only my gfs did this as they are so fickle.:D

Nothing new about this method

Exactly weesie, I was in the same boat with waiting for a check, although I did receive it eventually. So when I had a faster w/d and I knew that paymylinq was not new to the us players.

My post was meant to help and say that things had greatly improved and was really surprised to read others were still waiting, if they had known about mypaylinq they would have gotten paid by now.

Mypaylinq fee is $20, there max is $995 week.

I do apologize for coming across as a neener neener I got paid, that was not my intent.

CW slots have been very good to me this year :D

FYI - Courier checks in hand about 2 weeks from requesting withdrawal.

OK, so I'm just going to mention (like a broken record) that I recently cashed out from Desert Nights (the Rival, fwiw) on a sunday and had the funds hit my account on Wednesday. IMO, why would you opt for any less than that? (On review, it was actually my first wd from their group, too - ouch - so add approval to the mix, and I had money in hand in mere three days.)

If they can do it...

mypaylinq is not so secret after all. :)

I can't remember... there's a reason I never signed up... do they require SS#?

And FWIW, I don't count money as in my hand until.... well.... it's in my grubby wittle hands - or bank account. LOL

That's exactly the point. My USA friends, why let CW or any casino for that matter, treat you like trash. Stating there are problems in paying USA players and hence delays are inevitable is just BS IMO. Yes, in the earlier days there might have been problems but seeing how Inetbet and 3 Dice can pay you guys within a few days and with slotocash joining them there is no doubt in my mind that the casinos are using this excuse to stall payments. Otherwise, why would be just them or rather their processor that encounters problems and not the casinos listed above?

Rocky,

I don't know about MPL being owned by a casino but what I found strange about them is that when you contact chat you will get a drop down box listing what you want to question and there is several casinos listed (CW not being one of them) along with the standard other choices.

I just found that a little odd and finda gave me the Hmmmm? feeling.

I have used them for back and forth witdrawal deposits on small withdrawals that I knew I was going to redeposit anyway. Would not use them on anything big.

My first random jackpot

First I have to say, Thank you to Clubworld, I really did enjoy winning a random jackpot after all these years. I won my first random jackpot at Clubworld last Thursday. I was so excited. 2900 not huge, I have cashed that out without RJ, but still excited.
That has been a week, and I have still not seen one cent of my winnings. So There you go, requested paymycard cause that was only option other than cheque.
No paylinq thank you, tired of giving so many ewallets my personal banking information and their fees are ridiculous.
No checque because the last one I took to my bank was only 1000.00 and it was the grand inquisition to get it cashed since it was drawn on a bank in Canada.
no replies from Tom on options, took till today for a cashier to bother to email me. 2nd paymycard processed today but haven't received 1st sent on Tuesday, I have to do it 3 times to get my winnings, and the most galling thing is they charge me a fee for each transfer so I have to pay 3 times because they have no other way to pay me.
It is not that I do not expect to be paid, the question is always when, and the processing part is the nightmare, they never process in 24 hours anymore, lucky if 48, took from Thursday to Tuesday to process my first paymycard.
So I just wanted you to know how it has been to me, I am told I am a VIP player, but don't really know. And I emailed Tom, no replies, the last time I had an issue sent him a pm here, been a couple weeks and still no reply, so no replies from management, just support who can't tell you anything, or never follow through, or make promises they can't keep, and one from a cashier who also did not know what he was talking about. JMHO

Well first off, WTG!!!! That is great you hit a random!!

I noticed Tom hasn't logged into CM since May 1st. Maybe he is on a vaction? If he doesn't answer your PM's notify the mods, they might be able to help you get to him, or someone that can help.

Hang in there, and let us know how this pans out.

Just an update

Just lettin' all of you know an update to my previous post. I had stated that I was having an issue getting my withdrawal processed/paid on a timely manner from Lucky Red (most likely you all do know but for those of you who don't Lucky Red is part of the Club World group) Anyway... I requested a withdrawal for $750 on Monday 4/23 assuming it would be processed in the 24-48 hours advertised. When that didn't happen I contacted them by live chat and by phone several times, posted on here hoping the rep would see it and help and sent him (Tom) a PM. One of the females I spoke with was very courteous but offered very little help, as for the others I was cut off of chat several times, hung up on once, left on hold forever on the phone and chat, treated very rudely by multiple people, was told that they had hundreds and thousands of withdrawals to process and that I would just have to wait my turn and "DEAL" with it no matter what was advertised and more. Basically horrible customer service. It seemed everytime I called/live chat I was told theres no reason it hadnt been processed/approved but that it just hadnt and that it would for sure be done that day (three days in a row) and every time it wasnt they could give me no good explanation. The live chat / phone operators couldnt help me at all and it seemed that the supervisors and cashiers (the ones that I was told could fix it) were either not there or unavailable. I did PM Tom twice and he did respond saying that "They were aware of lengthy approval times and had hired additional help", said sorry and thats about it. Basically the same thing they have been saying for months from what Ive read on CM. Anyway I requested it originally on Monday 4/23... was told to cancel and request again Friday 4/27 (not sure why they had me do this.. I was told there was no issue with it 5+ times) and it was finally approved Tuesday 05/01 (via Paymycard) and I actually had money in the bank Monday 05/07!!! 15 days total 11 workin' days... a bit long I would say. I'm sure it would have been even longer had I not been on the phone/chat daily. BUT... FYI... I DID GET PAID! Its really a shame because I have enjoyed playing with this group for the past few years.
Thanks,
Jpete116
