Club World Casino Group support is awful

Non-responsive cashiers, pending withdrawls for days on end even for players who have deposited and withdrawn for years, and not processing anything on the weekends. It's all in the name of keeping withdrawls in pending status for as long as possible without entering "rogue" territory. At least they do pay, but they make you wait far longer than you should for it. Processing delays are one thing, but pending/reversal is another. It's so nice and convenient for that to remain an option while other "extenuating circumstances" prevent your timely withdrawl. I'm sure they would be cool if we played and decided to wait 7-10 days to send our deposit money.

You should do a search on this forum for all the times CWC reps have said they will improve and thanking us for letting them know the issues, it goes on for years. Yet nothing has improved, if anything it's only gotten worse in recent months. It's always email's fault, or a holiday, or they are really busy due to how popular they are, etc... Seriously.

It hasn't been fun to play at their casinos for quite some time, but if you're in the US there aren't too many other options. Once online gambing is legalized/regulated in the US market, this nonsense will finally come to an end and all this manipulation will become a thing of the past. I don't think anyone likes being treated this way, I know I don't.

Slotocash I find is a breath of fresh air though.

Well, he did get back to me this time. My withdrawal has been removed from "pending", so hopefully it is getting processed finally.

I just don't think we should have to plead and beg to get withdrawals approved and sent.

E-mails not replied to, chat says THEY will send an e-mail to cashier.......... same-o, same-o........... heck, we do that and get no response, why would we expect cashier to reply to them, they damn sure don't reply to us.

I've told support and Tom both, ""You know, if your casinos would just keep us in the loop, let us know whats going on . You wouldn't have half the complaints that you are getting.""


It just feels like to me, that we, as patrons don't really matter to them unless we are depositing........... if we are withdrawing......... it's a "we'll get to it when we can" sort of thing.

I know we have few other options, but, I can't help thinking they know that too....... all too well. I.E. "They are in the US, they expect slow payouts". Not saying this IS the case, just that it could be and how would we know if it was? We wouldn't.

This is exactly why CW or sister properties will not get a penny from me. Had this same experience 3Xs within a 7 month period, each time was progressively longer. Questions and concerns are rarely addressed. I loved playing at CW but detest poor customer service.

All the time I have been with JC or Slotastic, there was only one single time that there was a delay of any kind. Support was always available and get this new concept, PROACTIVE.:eek:

I had issues with Club World double charging my deposits and I withdrew the $25 it double charged me (like the cashier told me to do) and that was a month ago. It is gone from my casino acct and still not on my credit card like 'Tom' promised. A MONTH AGO! He will not return my emails so who helps us on here? Everyone told me to write Tom on here and I did and I received one email stating he would return my $25 on my credit card, a month ago! Still have seen or heard anything...

I made my 2nd withdrawl from Club World last week.
The first withdrawl took forever. (Document verifying crap etc etc etc..)
But this 2nd one was way speedy!
Must have been some kind of error on there end cause it was in my instadebit acct within 12 hours! :confused:

now if only Instadebit wouldn't hold onto it for 5 days...

Instadebit deposits hit my bank that same day (If deposited in the morning)..
But when I request a withdraw, it sits in "mid air" for 5 days.. It's total BS- those a$$ clowns making interest of my hard earned win..

Rant off.

May I ask who told you 3 days in a row that it would be processed? Live chat, cashier? Also, what method do you use to w/d?

There has been a lot of discussion lately about the length of time it is taking to get from "pending" to "approved" that's for sure.

Since you are a newbie here, let me suggest this before someone YELLS at you. Don't post in all caps because that signifies shouting and won't get much help here.

Now here's my suggestion as an older member here, if you have given Tom sufficient time for a response, 5 days to me is sufficient, and have received no response, then contact MaxD here for his help.

Sorry if caps is yelling... didnt know that. However the way I feel at the moment it may have been appropriate. I have been told by several people in "chat" and also when I called in that the deposit would be handled. Then when the deposit doesnt get "processed" and I call back or text back I get "well the cashiers and managers have gone for the day and there is nothing that I can do to help you, sorry". It feels like Im getting a serious case of the "run arounds" and that is VERY irritating. And as far as the Tom thing I'm not sure if a week is within reason, just my opinion. It really depends if he is employed by the casino group or just helping. I am a manager at my profession dealing with customers daily. If I have a problem customer its handled immediately. My customers pay my bills, as we do the casinos. They are my priority.

One other comment. I'm not sure I'm saying it properly when I say processing. When I say nothing has been done I mean the withdrawal is still sitting in the cashier section saying "pending". This has been since Monday and has no hope of being changed until after the weekend... or one full week since it was requested.

I played at LuckyRed last night lost, requested a freechip, nice they gave it to me, won on that!!!!! Requested a withdrawal at 8pm by 1:30am received an email saying processed.

So yes processed means I had money in hand within 5 hrs. Club World is the ONLY group of casinos that if you are a loyal player you will get a freechip after a deposit (if you did not take a bonus) Club World is being compared to Slotocash now HA.

Yes, I deposit at Sloto also and my bonus $7 yes a big one. Club World has never given me a freechip lower than $20. After playing at Sloto for one week I wanted to close my account, their cs does not know what they are doing, they make you wait long periods on chat to get you an answer, and when you do it is incorrect.

There is no comparing these 2 casinos. The customer service at all the Club World group of casinos can think on their feet and they do not need to put you on hold to get help to answer your question. They have ALWAYS been professional and want to make every customer feel they are ready to assist them and make them feel welcome.

Oh and by the way played today at Club World on a freechip and have requested ANOTHER w/d and yes received an email within 2 minutes that it was being processed.

Just remember you are not the only person playing at the casino, and you are not the only player they have had to deal with today. Be kind and patient and I bet you will get a more positive response.
 
Good for you, lettingyouknow. However, there seems to be a great discrepancy between players as to who gets paid and when.

I have always been paid within a timely fashion, couple of days. I always get replies from Tom. But some players don't get this kind of service.

There is a problem. It's been ongoing for a while.



jpete, I'm not a patient person and I don't wait well either. Tom is the manager. I worked for many years in businesses that depended on return customers so I think that's why I think every business should make happy customers a priority. And that, my friends, is why I won't play at casinos that don't pay me quickly. I have a tendency to become their worst nightmare if they don't.

The reason that I asked "who" told you that it would be processed is because from my experience the chat operators do not have cashier specific info. As a matter of fact they once told me that they "don't do that".

I Just send a nice email directly to the cashier. I hope that you get an answer soon. Also, the only time Tom has not responded the same day is when he has been traveling-holiday-box is full.

@jpete, is this your first withdrawal with the casino? Do they have your docs already? I agree with the other poster to bypass chat and write a (nice) mail to the cashier and see if they're waiting on something from you like documents to verify your account. Usually the first withdrawal at any casino takes a little bit longer to process while they go through their security rigamarole.

It may be addressed to Tom, but reps have many other responsibilities besides Casinomeister, and the vast majority do not scan the fora looking for threads....this is where they need a heads up via PM, which the member correctly sent.

Knowing Tom and his MO, I would surmise that there's a very valid reason for his delay in responding, possibly on vacation or personal reasons etc. Contacting Max is a far more sensible course of action than "scam scam scam".

You are right. Though I am usually paid timely by this group there seem to be ongoing issues boiling down ,IMO, to one thing; lack of communication. CW cannot state forever that they are aware of the problems and are working on it. We need something more concrete. So we cant really blame anyone for being frustrated can we?

frustration with the inabilty to gamble wherever we want. frustration with the few places that once were reliable, who now are less than reliable. frustration with the places that we could turn to, now seem to be turning a deaf ear to the problems not just we (US players) are having, but players world-wide.

What I find the most frustrating with all online casino is the fact that they are treating people differently:(

You know, there isn't a single casino that doesn't write notes besides your account. There all of them can see who you are, how you have behaved, how many bonuses you are using, betsize, free chips, name it and it's there:rolleyes:

I can't speak for CW's casinos because I don't play there so much, but isn't it strange that one person can get two cashouts approved in hours while others are still waiting?
I wouldn't be proud of being that one. I would feel ashamed because I want everyone, no matter what to be treated with the same respect, and in the same way. Or I would want a really good answer of why it isn't so.

The only thing we have to accept right now is the difference between Europe and US players, but that should be the only thing that's different.
At least this is what I think, and since I have been jumped on before for not saying that it's my opinion only so here it comes.

lettingyouknow, I would like to know what changed so drastically for you. You have prior posts, in the last 2-3 weeks, that are similar to other members complaints about this group. Why the sudden change of heart/opinion? Just wondering........

This problem with slow/hinky payouts to USA players is NOT going away. If anything, it will get worse.

Those of you non-usa players will be doing yourself a favor by playing at casinos that do NOT take USA players.

USA players will be doing themselves a favor by finding another hobby and uninstalling all online casinos until (if) our overall situation improves.

(Oh yes, if they take our money, they should pay out ... and the reputable ones will. But what a freakin' hassle.... )
 
Surely, the move from "pending" to "work in progress" has NOTHING to do with matters beyond the control of the casino. This is purely an internal matter. External delays would only kick in once the request had been sent by the cashiers to their processor. It would then be the processor that decided how and when the payments were made, which could lead to some going through quickly, and others taking their time.

It looks like the cashier's department is operating some kind of rationing scheme, and have to stick to a maximum throughput in terms of dollars, rather than requests. They may therefore be deliberately holding off on moving some players' withdrawals from pending on a given day in order to utilise their dollar cap most effectively. This could be paying many small amounts quickly, rather than a few large ones. Player status and habits may have something to do with it, and maybe a player that often redeposits as soon as they get paid will be left in pending for longer so that players that do not act in this way can be paid quickly, and hence more likely to return at a later date after having had a good experience.

It turned out that the Belle Rock 10 day pending that some players experienced was down to some players being flagged as "hit & run" on their notes, and management instructed that such players be moved onto a secret category where 10 day pending was the norm. I believe they first denied it, even lying to Simmo, but eventually had to admit it had happened to a sub category of players deemed "hit and run", and that the policy would be reversed in some cases.

If BelleRock can run a clandestine policy like this, there is no reason why other operators won't be tempted, and of course they will lie about it when initially challenged, as to admit it would be terrible PR.

It would be interesting to know if the players at CWC who suffer extended pending periods are in the habit of redepositing soon after receiving their withdrawal much more often than players who seen to get moved out of pending quickly.

I do believe many of us non USA players have abandoned those casinos already, especially RTG's. I know I would probably get paid much faster than you, but not as fast as before and I can't accept that. I only know a single RTG that pays fast to everyone and that is Inetbet. They put their cashouts in a queue and pay peoples cashout's from the bottom and up. I have never heard that a VIP there had their cashout faster than anyone else, and that's the way it should be.

The other "good" casinos is going the other way. Take Jackpot Capital and their group. Extending the pending periods to 48hours for everyone. They should be ashamed over their decision:mad:

Sorry but I find it really hard to believe that you got a responce on a w/d with in 2 minutes,(liveing in the usa), or at 1;30 in the a.m,,,,lol so very hard to believe
