How come I am the only one who never gets paid "within hours" from club world?

Here is a quote from Tom from another thread....

As you say, you do not normally have to wait more than a few hours before you receive your winnings which is the standard we aim to achieve for all our players.

Kind Regards
Tom

And here is my email from them after I asked why I wasn't paid.....

Thank you for contacting Customer Support.

We do endeavour to get withdrawals processed as soon as we can, it is usually done with 48 hours.

You requested your yesterday, it should be done by tomorrow for you.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any more questions or queries.

Kind Regards

So, a "few hours" as Tom says is 2 days???? My withdrawal is only $300

maybe you need to be a VIP or something. Ive never played there so I really have nothing to contribute to this, but i thought I would ask something here instead of starting a new thread.
Is this the same brand as the "red" something that they opened justa few days ago, and if yes... is the payout as poor here?

Yes, it is the same group as Lucky Red. I thought the video poker was better than Club World, the slots payout was worse--but this was my experience playing a small amount of time at Lucky Red.

I have never been paid within a few hours. Always been over 24 hours and if it is the weekend 72 hours for me. I would like to know the answer to this also if i have been playing there for years why some do get their cashouts faster then others.

Ditto on this...never a few hours..

Ok thought i would best bump this up a little. Im in shock i deposited with club on wed was still playing with it all over the weekend. Made a withdrawal reveresed it few times then did it again when i got it up there. Well this am around 7 am i put in for a withdrawal and boom 8 am money is instadebit.
Either club read these threads or this was one of my cashouts without a bonus so this didnt take as long to send to me.

even though I dotn have an account there and requested any withdrawals Id say the accounts department only do withdrawals once a day in the AM, so for example if you request it after there cut off time for the day it wont be processed until the following day which in my book is pretty acceptable.

I bet if you ask them this it is probably right and as Lauram said, that she needs to wait 72 hours if it is a weekend, that tells me accounts dont work over the weekends and just general business hours of Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm, you also need to take into consideration how long it is for the processors to process the payment.

Plus if you took a bonus out its non cashable so they remove the bonus and toss the rest of the funds back into play. Then it is up to you to go back in and either play it or withdraw it again. So this would take over the 24 hours on weekdays depending on what time you did all this. I kinda like the way some of the casinos are doing it with the free chips. Once the playthrough is done the funds are removed and the allowable withdrawal is left to play with. Then u may as well cash out at that point as that is the max amount you can with a free chip.

The problem is the current implementation. They take the excess, but DON'T freeze the game to tell you, and give you a chance to withdraw at exactly the max. This results in an extra few spins being played, meaning that when the player cashes out, funds were removed that SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN, as then LESS than the max cashout gets paid out.

Max cashouts are bad enough, but this extra rule makes the system even worse.

There is NO POINT in allowing play to continue, since every time excess funds are generated, they will be removed.
