Just for those that can't stand my posts that are "negative". Club World is a great casino that offers tournaments constantly. They always have someone there to answer your phone calls or Live Chat. They pay out quickly and their CS is much better than the rest! I have not ever had a problem with their gaming only one problem with a withdrawal a few months back that finally got resolved (it was the processor after all). I think I'll stick with gaming with Club World!

Let me tell you just how wonderful they are, For more than 2 hrs today I tried to make a lousy $30 deposit, first it was refused as my putting in the wrong numbers..so I tried again..and again. Then it was pre=approved for previous $40 deposit. I called them, and they said the deposit didn' go through..maybe my card doesn't allow international purchases. I called the card company and they asured me it coultd be used worldwide. I went back to club world and now tried to deposit only $30.again my info was wrong. Now I tried live chat, which was a total waste of more of my time. Numbers were wrong again..call the card company back again! I asked if hey could manually enter my card info..no was the answer
So after all this angst I didn't make an deposi and have deleted them from this computer..I will never try them again and will advise all I know to stay clear.
THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY'RE DOING.

I had same problem but with me it just started. I used to deposit there no problem but last few months that just started for me. Now I stick with Intertops, and Slotastic, and Grande Vegas

Did you put your information in wrong? If so, then how is it CW fault?

I have had the same thing happen to me at Intertops on a card that I use at all other casinos. As a matter of fact, Intertops CS told me the same thing, not for international use.

Also, have you sent in a copy of your card to CW? If you haven't sent in the verification document and card copy then they will kick back your card also.

CS doesn't know what is going on with your card. They just give you an answer that could be correct. Being nasty with them won't get your anywhere except possibly out.
