Club World - High Roller Special - What do you think?

So I got my "High Roller Special" email from ClubWorld. Deposit $150 and get a $500 bonus. Of course the play through is $29,250. What do you think? Worth the $150 to get $650 to goof off with? It didn't say anything about a 10x max cashout so I don't know if that applies. Obviously I better check that before I decide. I'm just curious if this is an offer other people consider taking or if I'm just assuming I'd lose the $150 anyway so I might as well try to have some fun while I'm at it.

I always use the Slots65 65% promo there because there is no max cashout so it would probably be smarter in the long run to use that on the $150.

Chances are you will lose the $150.

Saying that, the promo gives you a chance to play $5 or $10 a spin which is very exciting.

I took the promo a few times before getting bonus banned because I won too much. I made the playthrough on 3 separate occassions, so its certainly doable.

You just have to be lucky and land something big at the start.

"Lucky" has NOT been my middle name lately. But you're right, getting to play for $5 to $10 a spin would be nice. I won enough once playing Goldbeard ($50 deposit) that I started doing $5 a spin and got up over $8000. I ended up cashing out a few thousand from that but that's been months, months, EONS ago it seems. Sigh. But in the end, nothing quite matches that adrenaline rush, does it?

Doesn't the slots65 have a 25 or 20x WR? And bonus is non-cashable? If so, you should very seriously consider not taking it any more as it is a bad deal for the player.

You're better off depositing the $150 with no bonus and betting appropriately. Unless you hit a RJ or a few very big hits on big bets, you will lose just about every time.

Well, normally I deposit $25-$50 at a time so the playthrough isn't that tough. If you hit early that is. I contacted chat once to be sure about it...see below.

Lydia: the slots65 coupon has a no max cashout
Lydia: this coupon hasa 20x playthrough and no max cashout for slots, keno and scratch cards only

If you hit it's not hard to playthrough $8-900. I'm usually going to plan on playing that much anyway if I hit something decent, you know?

Well it is your call. However, you are giving the casino a better chance of keeping your money than a straight deposit i.e. You are LESS likely to win taking a bonus like this.

Well, you've pretty much answered your own question - as have your fellow members!

Let's put it this way, RTG slots are thought to average around a 95% RTP...
So you have to wager $29,250 x 95% = a total loss of $1,462.50 = more than DOUBLE what you will start with! :eek2:
In other words, mathematically the most likely outcome is you would bust out shortly before getting half way through the WR.

HOWEVER... Slots are high variance and so you could hit a big win or three which would allow you to make the WR.
At the end of the day it's down to the individual - if you can afford to spend $150 to do some high-rolling, have some fun and have a small chance of making a decent cash-out - go for it!

Good Luck!
KK

You gotta be betting slightly larger than you usually do and hit big at the start to finish the WR on the Slots65 bonus. I just don't like that they do not have a middle option, its mostly $2.50 and the next up is $6.25 bets for their slots.

hi the 500 bonus is indeed removed from your withdrawal if you was lucky enough to make wagering so dont forget if you did withdrawal a 1k you would also have 500 removed from this good luck in what you choice you make with it )

Thanks, I'm pretty sure my choice is going to be a big fat No. But it's fun to think about. I wish someone would just give me a couple of grand and say HERE, have at it! :D

Maybe in my next life.

Similar situation to me. I have won off a few CW bonuses. Now, I get none.:( It's all about luck when it comes to slots.

I always take the special bonuses where a $150 deposit gets you $500 = $650 to play with. Yes the 45x wagering is onerous - but as others have said you can hit big early and grind it out.

The only Club World Group bonuses that I have seen that carry a Max cashout are the FREE chips, Daily Free VIP, or Monthly Loyalty FREE. Those are set at 10x the value of the free chip/bonus.

But any bonus you claim when making a DEPOSIT of your own funds does NOT have a max cashout.

Any max bet or tables not accepted? If not, I would double double up and then double up again on roulette or something else. Then grind it on 9cent spins :) Not many casinos accepting this betting strategy though.

If they have max bet and/or table rules I would probably spin the highest allowed amount per spin on some slot. Then grind out if you hit big or just continue and hope for good wins if they have those "not allowed to change spin amount to grind after big win"-rules.

Sit and play $1-$3 per spin or so just means almost a guaranteed bust for 30k wagering. I better try to win and then risk being banned for further promos. That's how I see things.

I'd definately check for a max bet rule.

I'd definately check for a max bet rule.

There is NO max bet rule for slots at Club World Group casinos. You can go up to $125/spin or even $250/spin on a few slot games. I know because I have done it several times while working through large wagering amount requirements.

I can't speak to non-slot games, but you must be very careful if claiming a bonus/free play on the games you play.

When in doubt, ASK chat -- then keep an email copy of the chat for your personal records in case it ever gets challenged.

I just finished play thru :eek2: did not think its possible but i made it. Cashing out 3 grand after the bonus deducted - all it took is one sleepless night.

I have played this Promotion a few times ago.. On Time i have won a RJ over $7k and a few more .. i finished the Wagering and cashout $6k .. :) .. for 3 Years.. or so

Back when anyone actually played at the RTG PhoenixBet, I took a few of their 900% bonuses and made the playthrough each time (of course, they bonus banned me afterwards, lol), but big WR's are possible ;)

Yep, Dionysus, BP did the same thing to me after several wins on those huge bonuses.

I have won on the CW bonus also. It is doable but takes patience and lots of luck. LOL!

They must have changed then, because last year I took a deposit £20 and get £100. There was no mention of a max cashout, in the email or the coupon details in the lobby. However they used the small print to say contact support for full terms. Of course I didn't because the 'coupn details' in the lobby usually displays all the details inc max cashout.......it didn't, but when i went to withdraw £2300, they paid me £600. Of course if I had contacted support they would have told me it was 5x max hmmmmmmm. Max found in their favour

All I can say is that I have never found a max cashout on a DEPOSIT bonus. I cannot speak to your experience, only my own over the last 2.5 years, playing heavily there with bonuses.

Just curious for those that cleared this $150 + $500 that cleared WR.

Whats your play style like?

Going big at the start with $5 - $10 spins?
