I am new to this forum. In fact, I am new to forums. I often read threads and comments... but, I never post. I do have some things and comments I would like to make.

BEWARE Club World Casino Group: This well known group of casinos runs a very successful and lucrative "scam" on players/customers in the United States. It is also very obvious... if you look closely and carefully. These casinos are attractive, efficient and well presented. Club World Group has been around for some time and is very successful... apparently not successful enough... they now are just plain greedy. They are very thorough and very efficient... especially when making deposits. They can and do make payouts quickly and easily... for some players/customers. They promote their big winners and quick payouts. For the vast majority of "winners" at Club World Casinos, the story is sadly much different. Most players who manage to win some are subjected to an unbelievable verification process. Club World cashier and customer support representatives are expert at resolving various issues and then introducing yet more issues. They introduce new and unreasonable requirements... each of which creates more delay. When players/customers request a withdrawal or payout, the well planned process of delay, distraction and confusion begins. Like me, most people become discouraged and just decide to keep playing. As we all know... if you keep playing, you will eventually lose. That is their dishonest and deceitful "scam." They delay withdrawals and payouts as long as they can knowing that most people will become discouraged and just play the "winnings" off... it took me a couple of times before I realized that I was being played by this group. I must admit, they do it with style and grace. It is almost embarrassing to admit that I allowed them to play this old broad for such a fool. Avoid these casinos: Lucky Red Casino, High Noon Casino, Aladdin's Gold Casino, All Star Slots, BuzzLuck Casino, Manhattan Slots.

Hi Beth and welcome.

I would suggest that you paragraph your posts and most members here will give up reading after a couple of lines.

I have reversed withdrawals myself. It's a matter of willpower! ☺

I'm sorry but this is totally inappropriate.

The Club World group is quite highly regarded here and they have excellent reps. who provide timely support to members here who need assistance. When you have a win at a casino and decide to cash out you gotta stick to that. The delay of payments to an unfriendly Country like the US comes with the territory and must be expected. You might get quicker payments elsewhere as a factor of smaller, lesser known establishments needing to process far fewer payments overall.

There have been way too many players who come on board here and drag some of the highest regarded casinos through the mud and we later find out they were overly disgruntled about an issue that was their own fault. There is a very specific method here for addressing player grievances and a zero tolerance policy for one sided bashing without making the casino aware that there is an issue.

You should take a look through the FAQ's before you post negative propaganda like this.

Response to Big John

I am relatively new at playing on line casinos. I am also relatively new at responding to people in forums and on message boards. I am not new at being "played" by scams and shams. I am 69 years old and have seen a lot so far in my life. Had this been a singular event , perhaps I would have a different opinion... however, this happened repeatedly... especially at Club World Group casinos. In talking with others, I realized this same "scam" was happening across the spectrum of online casinos. I went to the internet... Googled the situation and similar issues... read numerous complaints and comments. Using my simple, worn out brain, I analysed the matter logically. When you consider just how many thousands and thousands of player/customers these casinos have, then consider that there will be a small percentage who do "win" now and then. I am not sure just what the percentages are for win/lose ratio of total money played or spent at casinos. The basic business plan of the casinos dictates that the casinos win most of the time... otherwise they would go out of business... that is fair, logical and reasonable. But... what if the casinos could cut in half the small percentage of winnings that are actually paid out. There is a significant difference in what you "win" at these casinos and what you are actually able to withdraw or receive a real payout. One sure way for the casinos to reduce the actual amount that they payout is to make the verification and withdrawal process so difficult, annoying, time consuming and irritating that many people become discouraged and just play their "winning" off. For sure, if you keep playing, you will eventually lose... that is the simple truth.

I have played many, many times at "real" casinos and slot machines. I know what it is like to win and lose. For the most, part, I have enjoyed my gambling experience. In truth, I have lost more than I won... but hey, it was fun. Like many other people and complaints I have read about, my experience with verification and withdrawal procedures and policies has been unbelievable and unreasonable... unless that was the intent to begin with. Got to give them credit though, Club World Group Casinos play people with considerable style and grace.

In the future, I will limit my "gambling vice" to real casinos... not online, foreign based outfits... I want to look my scammer is the eye.

jjzebel37 - Response

Thanks for the advice. I really am new at this... rookie mistake.

I have read many, many comments in various forums. Rarely do I respond or have a comment of my own.

I registered the complaint/comment about Buzz Luck and Club World Group after several personal experiences and after reading about others with similar experiences.

I do understand the need for patience and the temptation to "reverse" a withdrawal. However, I reversed my withdrawal only after issue after issue and demand after demand was made by the cashier and customer support representatives at Buzz Luck. Common sense and logic revealed that the introduction of new and unreasonable requirements and demands for verification were intended only to delay and discourage my reasonable attempts to withdraw my winnings.

It is my choice and my opinion to patronize Buzz Luck and Club World Group casinos... or not to patronize them... I choose not to.

It is also my choice to register this complaint about the policies, practices and procedures used by Buzz Luck and Club World Casinos.

Apology to jjezebel37

jjezebel37 ...please forgive me for misspelling your name. Another rookie mistake... sorry 'bout that.

Hi beth1946,

I moved your thread to here: Complaints. And welcome to the forum

Club World is an awesome outfit, and what you have read elsewhere online concerning complaints must be taken with a grain of salt. Many forums do not monitor their complaints, or they just let things go and allow people to say whatever they want in hopes to gain traffic. At Casinomeister's forum, complaints are dealt with methodically: we process them and solve them. For years now, any and every complaint concerning this group of casinos that has been submitted here - either in private or in public - has been resolved professionally and fairly. I stake my reputation on this.

I am sorry that you've had a bad experience with the Club World Group. We have many players who are members of this forum who have won a lot of money from this group of casinos - and of course many who have lost. That's gambling, right?

I hope you stick around - perhaps you'll feel more comfortable as you start exploring this site.

Cheers!

Good day. I understand your frustrations with this group. They are good at customer service and so are many other groups. Feeling as if you have been "played" or "scammed" is a natural feeling that comes when one does something against ones nature (reversing a win) and blaming another for this (delayed payment/verification of docs)....hence..."scammed" or "played" . (ad libbing here)

Many years ago I too felt this way when I had to fight tooth and nail to get my winnings. Ultimately, I realized I blamed the wrong entity....the casino did not hold a gun to my head, nor did they twist my arm to force me to play back my winnings...my frustrations did this and I just had to say....THWI.....and dump it al back. I did this a few times and realized...they won!

They actually got me to a point where I started throwing money back at them...and then I got smart...my challenge radar was quivering, and boy do I like a challenge!

I worked the verification process right to the end, and emailed online casino rep here on board if I felt there was a delay and made it to the end where the money was in my account...and guess what feeling I had then? I WON! Both in tenacity and in money!

Just sharing my walk of shame down the reverse the winnings lane....

Hi beth1946,

I'm sorry for the late reply. Seems as I missed this thread.

Thank you for the post and rising your concerns. I'm more than happy to review your account and get some more information.

Please send me your user name or email via provide message and I will take it form there.

Kind Regards,

If I find a casino I like, than I go ahead and get myself verified, whether I have a cashout or not. Then I am not frustrated when I do have a win. I also update my casinos when I get a new card before I have another cashout. Then you can have any issues about clarity taken care of immediately. It really helps with cashout if you are ready before you start.
