I requested a w/d by ACH for Club World Casino on Friday 6/24 (after their cashier office had closed). Which I knew meant it wouldn't be even looked at until Monday 6/27.

Withdrawal was approved on Tuesday 6/28 and I am very happy to say that the money arrived in my bank account this morning. So 2 business days from approval to receipt.

WTG Club World Casinos.......new processor is working well.

So I share this to give them credit for resolving issues and to give hope to those of you waiting who got caught in the mess/delay of switching processors. It appears their new solution is a good one for those of us based in USA.

I'd like to point out that Martyn (CWC-Martyn) sent me a really thoughtful note this morning detailing their commitment to their players who are affected by the old ACH processor problems.

It's clear to me they are making every effort to track down the absent transfers.

I have a withdrawl that was processed today presumably with the new ACH processor and will see how this one goes. I think we are in good hands with the CWC group.

I am still waiting for my ach that was approved on June 3rd and has not made it to my bank account yet. They keep saying it will come but wonder when

In that timeframe 6/3 approval date --- you got "caught" in the muddle of switching processors from all the posts and contributions from others in similar situations. Hang in there (I know its frustrating) -- they will make it right.

I continue to play there with confidence each day.

Just to make this clear, the delay is not down to the switching process, we switched one of the ACH providers as a result of these delays. We know this is not the service that you expect from us and we are trying everything we can to get the funds to you as fast as we can.

Hang tight.

It’s obvious after the DOJ attack against online gaming, processing money to and from the USA citizens has become much more difficult. The DOJ has made it clear that processing funds to and from online gaming sites from the USA is blatantly illegal, and if they catch up to these transactions, have proven more then once their willingness to take action against them leaving both casinos and players funds forfeited and being disbursed like charity to law enforcement throughout the USA. What makes it even worst is we can’t even get a tax break for the donation when this happens.

There are many casinos like CWC trying their best to make sneaky processor maneuvers giving hope to stubborn USA punters that their money is safe. It’s also obvious that these casinos doing their best to maneuver around the laws are willing to take the chance in hopes of retaining what’s left of the USA market. This is an indication to me that these casinos would fall upon hard times without their USA market.

Do these casinos feel that since the big DOJ splash that their going to now sit on their asses and forget about online gaming? I would think not and in fact I believe they would take it even more personal that sites are persistent and are continuing to break the laws regardless how morally wrong the majority believe they are.

Any casinos still willing to process funds to and from the USA are willing to break the laws for personal gain. Casino profits from these USA transactions will always no doubt make it to the casino owner’s pockets. The delays and seized funds are always on the punters side.

If the casinos are willing to break these laws with no regard, what other laws and rules would they also be willing to breach.

USA players are playing with fire right now, and I can’t see how anyone that considers gambling online from the USA never knowing when or if they’ll ever receive a cash-out which is the ultimate joy of gambling, could possibly consider it fun any longer.

Casinos making players feel safe again from the USA is nothing more then smoke and mirrors.

I won't comment on your opinions, but you have made a factual error.

How do you figure that the casinos "always get their money" and the losses are always on the player side? I'm really surprised you would say that given how long you've been around.

What happens when a processor is seized, or runs off into the night? The processors holdd the actual funds from deposits for a set amount of time, and they hold a certain amount of the casinos money to cover cashouts.

I'm sure a casino rep will enlighten us further, but on this topic you are way off.

Your probably right here, let's delete the sentence below from my post. I still feel strong about everything else I said.

Whatever. Gambling is mad money anyway. The uncertainty of payment is a drawback of non-regulation, but ultimately, this is not money most of us plan to hold on to, i.e., that's gambling.

I expect to gamble when I press the Spin button, not when I press the withdraw button.

Club world Casinos IS not paying me!

They maybe back on track now...but I have been waiting over 20 working days...AFTER my withdrawal was approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And was promised by their cashier that I would have the money in my account today!!! IT IS NOT THERE!

VERY VERY ANGRY...many emails to them and from them...promising me just a couple more days, then a day or so, then this week, then by today....this is not acceptable!

I have spent alot of money there in the last couple months and this is not right.

Now they are saying a solution will not happen till Monday...then why did they say I would absolutely have my money this week??????

any ideas on how I can fight and can my money??? please?

Best Casino group to be waiting on

Pam,

I have been a member of this Group for more than a few yrs, and although you are frustrated, and we all feel this in your post. 1. You have a CASHOUT, to be waiting on!!!! Alot of us don't!!!! 2. This casino group is the Cream of the Crop, #1 in my book and thousands of other players. So if you have to WAIT (others have waited over 8 wks) you will get your money!!!! This is the Best waiting line to be in, with this group.

I expect to gamble when I press the Spin button, not when I press the withdraw button.

I *LOVE* that line !! Best summary of our US situation today. But...........I am not worried about my funds at Club World Group, they always come through.

Clever little mousey.
