At last my long-running dispute with Club Player Casino has been settled to our mutual satisfaction. I'm not going to comment on the terms.
I know that there can be many reasons as to why you have not been back at Palace of Chance in quite some time and I want to make sure that none of them involve unsatisfactory service or a bad experience here at our casino.
@Maphesto, do you mind telling us the amounts involved in your case?
While I think it is great that Acepedro and others have been paid, it IS only a drop in the bucket. It would take literally years to track down and pay the hundreds or thousands of players over the years of operation.
And even if that had been accomplished, there are other issues that are just as large as the payment of players.
Bad managers and customer service employees.
Poor terms and impossible bonus offers.
I am sure that there are more issues, after all, they have had ten years to abuse their players and affiliates.[/quot

I also believe that the managers can do really nothing, the finance departments are the ones who decide and the responsibles at the background.
It gave so many complaints in the past and for years that they not suddenly come here or to their former customers and say now all is okay and it will give no more problems.
They can't believe that it would be so easy.

I note that they likely try to solve some problems but whether it will sufficient ?
