Bonus Complaint Club Gold reduced withdrawal amount due to progressive slot play

i dont understand the fuzz about this... it is cleary stated in every email concerning this promotion, that progressives (and more recently, premium branded, such as Gladiator) are excluded from this promotion. it is also clearly stated in the popup you get when you accept the bonus.

i personally never had any issues with club cold. i only sometimes use the 100% bonus which doesnt exclude games, but only makes wagering requirements higher when you play certain games.

their WR's seem a bit high, but i made some pretty decent cashes after having meat the WR.
even 3 or 4 times the 10 from goldrush. and when i cancelled a withdraw once, played it down the drain, i went to CS (which is second to none), got 10 euro free, (with 75x wager lol) no max cashout, and in the end withdrew 400.

i think they have been kind to you, as they still payed you a part of the money.
why would you even play the progressives anyway...??? there's not 1 bonus that is without restrictions on playing the progs, so why play them???

if you go to a train station and see a No Smoking sign, you think, oh its only about cigarettes, so you can legally smoke a cuban???

Let me summarize it for you as you obviously did not have time to read the whole thread.

1. I have played a slot which is not progressive itself only with the added side game (Dollar Ball) which have to be enabled separately (for an extra $/£/¥).
2. This specific slot (Greatest Odissey) is not marked progressive in quite a few other Playtech casinos.
3. I only started to play that slot, because the slot I played earlier (Silent Samurai) was suddenly put into maintenance mode (and I beleive it is still there) when I was in winning streak.

Apart from that everything was fine.

But it's CLEARLY labelled 'progressive' in the games list when you click to play it

I did not question that.

What I am missing from CGC is some flexibility and goodwill. I did not have any advantage playing that so-called progressive slot as I did not have a chance to win the jackpot (I did not enable the Dollar Ball). Had I played a progressive game where the bet consists the progressive part (like Gold Rally) or had I enabled Dollar Ball I would not have come here to complain about them.

For me this is clearly an excuse to confiscate 1300 euro.

Lesson learnt. There are so many online casinos out there for me to play.
