well a few months ago i closed my accounts for 6 months..
as i had a bad run and no longer in the loyalty club lol..
also no flushing and waiting at least 24 hours to get my funds ..

now i play at netent casinos, bet188 and virgin.. always get winning within 24 hours, some times in half an hour

do i miss that casino?

not sure, but if they had quick withdrawals like a lot of other casinos i may go back in a few months lol

Anyone else play less there these days?

If you're talking about 32Red then I did the same earlier in the year.

Now the hype of the £15m MG jackpot is over, I'm only playing at accredited NetEnt casinos. Bad sessions seem to be few and far between when playing solely NetEnt for some reason.

It's more the terrible new releases that put me off playing there than the slow-payments. I've last played there like half a year ago.

It's interesting though how 32red polarizes the community like no other casino does into the 32red-lovers and 32red-is-bad-because-they-play-slow'ers.

They are an outstanding casino no dout about that, As we know many of casino have gone way of the scales, changing all shit, 1st it was laddys a few years back and since the U.K regs alot have gone sour, One thing about 32 is that albeit they changed a few bits including the longer pay outs and no flushing, They still seem to look after players, Alot of people have jumped shipped and I do not blame them, There is no reason to hold hold on to your cash now days, Some casino are trying there best to make things happen faster yet the best of casino are going the other way,

You have to remember not every person is rich and rely on a few quid wins (if and when) & they do not want to be waiting ages to get the cash, I have started using Ewallets recently alot more, Reason being is If I get a win I want the money quick, I had a few small take outs in recent days and was paid whiten the hour, Now I could go the the bank and use the skrill card to take out, Yes there is a charge but not that much, about 1.80 euro so roughly £1.30 a small price to pay for some folder in your wallet

I think Trilej more saw it as another 32red thread. As if someone closed their account at the casino then there is really no need for a thread telling everyone is there?

But myself I play here much less. I always think oh its friday they have a nice 100% deposit bonus. Do I wanna wait until tuesday for my withdrawal? NO i don't.

Do I wanna battle with always connection errors? Only the usual Microgaming slot to play on? NO.

My only thing is I HATE flash. I prefer to play Microgaming in the client. This is reason I still sometimes rare play there. I did get my "mini" jackpot several months ago and had quite many large deposits. I got up to almost Gold level and though I was going for Platinium lol. But to inform my level has now gone to "Basic" YES basic. I didnt even think 32red had that. So it seems when my birthday is up in February I wont even get my usual £10

At least some of the other casino it is actually okay playing Microgaming now. Like at Guts I had quite good sessions. I just miss the big full screen when I play though.

I am surprised 32Red has still not taken the next step and introduced multiplatform like everyone else and also get fast withdrawals down to instant or within 24 hours. But that is their business model now and guess it works for them. But I feel they are losing lot of their old loyal players and surely wont get lot new players in now as them are Guts, Betat, Casumo taking care of just to name a few great casinos.

So yeah this is not a bashing of 32Red from my side it is just my opinion. They are still great outfit and 100% trustable and yeah their support are top class. Also have one of the best Rep's in the industry in Mark here at Casinomeister. So no bad words meant against them at all.

I do agree with the things you mentioned. But I would never close my account with 32Red because of things I have said above because when I feel like playing Microgaming then I prefer to do it at 32Red. Just not as much as before where I Would always deposit at least every month here.

I wouldn't say I actually HATE flash - but I certainty far prefer to play the download MG casinos as I think it is a much richer gaming experience.
(Except I still don't get any sounds on 3/4 of MG slots as they are not compatible with my PC )

And yes, I do still play at 32Red. Cash-out speed has never been an issue for me - I'm a pretty patient chap!
Of course, I would prefer all cash-outs to be instant, but as long as it's not longer than a few days I wouldn't down-grade a casino against any other just based on that.

We all remember 32RED as it was just 1.5 years ago:

Comparing the italic part for 32RED and the Bet-AT part i just see no reason whatsoever to be a regular at 32RED anymore. I do now 2-3 deposits/month at 32RED (and those mostly on Friday for the 100% DOTD) instead of daily deposits in the previous 3 years.

However, i have read their quarterly and yearly business reports and understand their strategy. If you read carefully you can see that 32RED is at the moment on a big expansion plan into new markets (e.g Italy). The expenditure for player acquisitions has more than doubled in the past 2 years, and that does not include casino acquisitions. Their active player base has grown yearly 20-30%.

All this suggests that the 32RED group is focusing on getting new players instead of keeping existing ones and there is a clear reason for that. After the initial SUB new players are usually much cheaper to retain than long time customers who know "the tricks of the trade" (lower VIP levels, lower DOTD and bonus amounts, less knowledge about extras like comps or FS, no or little expectations for fast payments, etc.).

So as sorry as i am (and i think i said that many times in the past 10 months) but i stopped being a regular at 32RED although i still prefer the MG download platform to the browser based software. You vote with your wallet and your feet at the end of the day. If you don't like a place anymore there is nowadays a vast variety of casinos available who are just as trusted as 32RED and have a huge choice of bonuses, rewards, cashbacks etc etc. available.
