I don't know what the deal with InterTop. I thought is in the accredited casino list. I decided to try out that casino and get 100 percent welcome bonus. After I play and lost it all. I decide to check out other promotion with Intertop. I couldn't log in today! I email support and ask why I couldn't log in. This is what I got in respond.

Dear ******,

Thank you for your e-mail.

Please note management has made the decision to deactivate your account indefinitely. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for choosing Intertops.com.

Sincerely

Jamal

That just don't make any sense to me. I ask for detail and not going to give it to me. I called two times and one of the rep told me they refunded the money back to me and closed my account. She couldn't give me any further detail so I have to wait till I hear from the risk dept I guess. Least I get the money back. Have anyone got this kind of problems before?

Thanks

never

have never had any problems like that with the casino but never use deposit bonuses either and always prompt payouts if i am lucky enough to win

According to their website they do accept usa players. I had account with them before in the past but have not made any deposit with them. I email them to look into my account yesterday and they said it is fine and I can deposit and play. Then they closed my account. Why bother with it? They should told me not to play before I made the deposit. Just don't make sense.

Right I got it mixed up with the green one. I have the faintest idea why they closed your account and they have given your deposit back. Did you try to use another bonus and they must of thought you were abusing their bonuses? Could that be it.

I really don't think is the bonus abuse. This is my first deposit and first bonus. I have ask them to check in my account before I can make any deposit for a welcome bonus. I have email stated that.

Intertops is a top notch casino and I am sure someone can explain to you more about why it was closed. Since you said had an account in the past maybe they thought you were opening mutli accounts? The Intertops Red does take USA players so that is not the issue for sure.

I don't have muilt account with them. I know the rules. They said they will forward the email to the Risk dept. Still haven't heard from them. They email me back saying Risk dept closed at 5 pm. I call around 3:20 pm and was told they are closed. Sound like to me they don't want to talk to me. You know what. I had it with them. Just thankful I got my money back. I'm done with them. If they can't email me or not answering my questions then they are wasting my time. I just stick with Inetbet. They are better than Intertop. Inetbet have better customer service.

Dear ******,

Your account had to be closed as our risk team investigated that you are on an industry blacklist.

For this reason your account was closed automatically.

Furthermore, we formally advise you of canceling your deposit promptly (which has been gambled away already!) as we can not accept you as our customer.

We would like to excuse for any delay in answering of our risk department but as your deposit has been refunded; everything should be sorted out now.

Kindly,
Intertops

Well, I give some points to Intertops for refunding your deposit, even though you had gambled it and lost, instead of waiting for a second deposit and possibly denying winnings and just refunding your deposit.

Also, Intertops has not accused the player of any fraudulent behaviour, but refer instead to a industry blacklist.

This could present a great deal of difficulty for the OP, and it doesn't look like he has any recourse to find out why he was placed on this blacklist, and it may affect future play for him at many casinos.

Mistakes happen, and unlike your credit report, you are not given any opportunity to know why the blackmark, or to have it corrected if erroneous. Every term and condition I've read has specifically forbidden any player that has made any chargeback. I'm not saying this is the case, but players do sometimes make chargebacks for valid reasons.

I recently watched an old episode of Boston Legal that dealt with the US "No Fly List", where simply having the same name as a banned person kept people off of planes.

Really, we have no idea why. Is this industry blacklist RTG or all online casinos? Over the years, there has been a lot of denial that such lists exist, although it has long been suspected they do.

If indeed such a blacklist is kept, it may violate privacy policies. It is grossly unfair IMO to blacklist a player without giving him any reason why, or any opportunity to clear his name. It could even be for the mythological reason of being a "bonus abuser". By this, casinos frequently mean a player got lucky playing a bonus, or used a strategy that maximized their bonus play while staying within the terms and conditions.

If the OP had broke Intertops T&C's, they would have stated that. Does Intertops even have access to why this player is on a blacklist, or do they blindly rely on someone else's information?

Bluewater, before you risk another nickle of your own money in an online casino, I would try to get to the bottom of why you are on this list, and contact those casinos you do play at to make sure you are still welcome there.

I would think legally they would not state why he is blacklisted. Now it makes sense to what your saying if this was the case why did they let him deposit, lose it and then close their account if they was on some sort of blacklist. Now that does not make any sense. This should of been brought up after they signed up and deposited correct? So is it mistaken identity? Or what could it have been. Only Intertops knows the answer to that question. Also I agree he needs to go to every casino he signed up for and get some answers..

Of course there are blacklist with online gaming just as there are with land based. They have to do this to protect themselves and by the post made by Intertops I don't think this player was up to any good. There are many players and I am not saying this is the case here, that do chargebacks all over the place and that is a big no no.

Well I apologize if I was being overly harsh to the OP. I did change my post.

Me, blacklisted? I shouldn't be. There no reason I should. I didn't do anything. There have to be some kind of mistake! I just talk to Intertop risk dept. Was told to email them and they will reinvestigate this. I even told them that I talk to Customer service before I made any deposit just to make sure my account is in order. The only thing I requested is my address changed. Just don't make any sense at all. I play with other casino and have no problem with them.

Dear BLUEWATER,

Your account had to be closed as our risk team investigated that you are on an industry blacklist.

For this reason your account was closed automatically.

Furthermore, we formally advise you of canceling your deposit promptly (which has been gambled away already!) as we can not accept you as our customer.

We would like to excuse for any delay in answering of our risk department but as your deposit has been refunded; everything should be sorted out now.

Kindly,
Intertops

Who is this Person? Just sign up with casinomeister to tell me and other I was blacklisted here? How would she or he know what going on with my account? I didn't even give her or him my account information. Only person I give Info is email to Intertop.

I just PM to him. I didn't know him at all. He just sign up with casinomeister just recently. I have notice that his very first post. He sign up on July 2009. So the question in my mind why would he post something like that? He not a REP. Or maybe he is. I have not giving him any my info about this problem. How can he post something like that. When I saw that post, I freak out. I would like for that post to remove. Make it look like I'm the bad guy here. Far as I know that michlposch is InterTop REP.

Is it possible casinomeister remove that post for me?

Is it possible casinomeister remove that post for me?

 Why? What difference does it make? People are "blacklisted" and un-blacklisted all the time. Not sure I see the extraordinary circumstances in this particular case. Please explain.

It is certainly a concern that your casino details seem to have been somehow cross referenced with this forum.

The cold reality will be that many of the reps here know who is who on these boards but I have never seen a members sensibilities disregarded so nonchalantly before.

Being on a 'blacklist' suggests that the casino believes the player has been guilty of some sort of fraud; it can be quite upsetting to be accused like that, in public, when you have no way of defending yourself.

I had that once on here as well (a long time ago!), a casino rep accused me of 'fraud' without me having posted any account details.
I never found out what on earth he was talking about; I suppose that it could be a case of mistaken identity, incorrect i.p. location or some other mistake, but I can only guess.
