Hello Folks,

Im new here I made an introduction yesterday explaining the reason why I found this great forum.

Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to read this post. I may be posting this prematurely. Im just feeling uneasy, as Im sure some can appreciate.

So Im new to the casino gambling scene, A few months back I badly broke my leg, so I have been working part time from home on my laptop. I have had plenty of spare time on my hands.

A friend mentioned about betting online at William hill, so I looked up online gambling and came across online casinos thus I have dabbled and lost at various casinos I caught the bug.

Ok, I seen that a Casino called Casino Classic had a play for 60 minutes no deposit bonus, Im sure most have heard of this. To cut a long story short I managed to rack up 41.00 over the betting amount and I placed the required 100 bets.

So I deposited 20.00 of my own money and started playing roulette and the Lucky 7 Mega-spin slot. I was very fortunate with the slots within a week I had cleared the wagering requirements (I was advised by the live customer care that slots where the best way to do this)

This left me with around 100 so I carried on playing roulette and the slots, note I quickly learned after many losses that to win or have a good chance at winning was
To play in a random fashion, with outside bets only such as:

Even/Odd
Back/White
Also playing the 12 dozens.

I was having a great time winning, and losing but more winning I honestly thought I was lucky; I righteously thought I deserved some luck after breaking my leg, how lame is that.

Anyhow I got to around 150, so I withdrew 50 to a Money bookers account that I signed up for. This went through no problem.

I then further built my winnings up to around 250.00 I could not believe this was happening. I was so excited I was getting a huge buzz. So I withdrew a further 50
to my Moneybookers account (this never arrived this time).

The next couple of days a made a further 70 totalling 270, I know you are probably thinking I must be a player, Im seriously not I was in awe I actually felt a bit bad
For winning so much and only depositing 20 of my own cash.

Two days later I signed into my account and it states:

The casino has refused to log you on, your user account on the casino has been locked

What have I done wrong? I have spoke to the live support and they told me to email to
riskmanagement@casinorewards.com

I have sent two emails but still heard nothing back. Stranger still, even though I was locked out of my account I was able to contact live support, this feature seems to have gone today.

Im stumped! I know I have won a lot but I have gambled a lot also my Casino Reward Points where standing at 874.

Any advice would be great folks; sorry the post was so long.

Kind Regards,
Mannie

Hi Manny,

Welcome to the forum.

First things first. Don't know anything about Casino Classic so can't help with that but I can tell you how to follow the right steps here. Look under I-Gaming Forum Reps and see if they have a rep here. If so, send him a message regarding this.

If you are thinking about Pitching a Bitch here and letting MaxD help, don't post anymore here. There are steps to follow for MaxD to help you. You can send him a message and let him know what is going on.

Hope all gets worked out.

Thanks a lot for the reply, and yes I have contacted the I-Gaming rep. I should have done this beforehand.

Note: I'm not ditching the Casino in anyway I was hoping for some advice I would like to get the matter solved without PAB.

Thanks again
Mannie

I had a similar experience with a Casino Rewards Casino ..... I redeemed 5000 Casino Rewards loality points and started gambing .

Well i played Blackjack , 3 Card Poker and Casino war and Videopoker . I gambled my Balance up to 400 with diffrent betsizes .

After i had fullfilled the Playthrough i made a withdrawal but i have never received my money

I asked in CS about my withdrawal and they told me i had to contact their riskmamangement . Here is the reply from riskmanagement :

"

Hello ...........,

As a representative of the Customer Loyalty Team I have happily looked into your inquiry.

Your cash in and account has been blocked, due to a breach of the terms and conditions of the casino. You have done this by placing bets whereby the wager consists 25% of the bonus balance contributing to a significant portion of that balance, please refer to point 13 in promotional terms and conditions.

Bonus Account Terms and Conditions include:

13. The Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular play. 'Irregular play' includes but is not limited to any one or more of the following types of play:

Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 25% or more of the value of the bonus credited to the account prior to the play-through requirement for that bonus having been met;
Using the double-up feature to increase bet values;
Even money bets on Sic Bo, Craps and Roulette
We are endlessly striving to better our service. If there is anything more we can do for you, or if we could improve your experience, please do not hesitate to let us know. We are always here for you - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. "

Yes i have bet more then 25 % of the Bonus that is true , but this a ridicilous term . It happens to me oftern i tilt with bigger bet sizes when im loosing .

They oftern offer 25 % Bonus offer :

Imagine you deposit 200 for a 50 Bonus . Because of the stupid rule you cant bet more then 12,49 :sob:

Even if you have gambled your Balance up to 1000 you are not allowed to make a bet of 15 :axeman2:

I understand Casinos have rules against abusive bonus play like betting the whole Balance on red or Black and/or making a full bankroll bet on Baccarat .

But this rule is with the 25 % bonus balance is ridicilous. Well i cant do anything against their decision since i have broken their bonus rules-

I can only warn other players to gamble in any of the Casino Rewards Casinos .
There are alot of good and reputable Microgaming Casinos so there is no need to play at this rogue place .

@mannie

I guess you have broken their bonus rules too .

Hi!

I think Casino Rewards its not a rogue place!
I have been playing for much time there and the rules are rules!

I think its gamblers fault cause they always wont to use bonuses to winn more then they can really deposit and winn so i think better is not to spend alot of time with WR cause WR is always UNDER RULES at any online CASINO!

Casino rewards i think its a serious and reputable Group not because i have played there and never had problems but because the casinos are honest with players and solve in the most of times the complaints!

Thank you !
Ps.You must clear only why they locked your account...!

I just got a reply back from the Casino, Renee from the I-Gaming contacts very nicley contacted them on my behalf and the prompty responded.

Thankyou Renee.

Anyhow they stated that I had placed wagers over the 25% bonus just like you heador112. So all in all it's my own fault. It's an unfair rule but hey a rules a rule. What can you do.

You really do have to read bonus terms and conditions very carefully. Some casinos you must zero out your account (either by losing it or withdrawing it) for bonus terms to be inactive. I always use livechat where available and save my transcripts so I am sure I understand the rules of the bonus and the casino policies.

This clause allows them to withhold your winnings. I would hope that at a minimum the casino would return your twenty dollar deposit, reinstate the bonus and let you have another go at it playing within the rules.

If you are making $15 bets with a thousand dollar balance, it would strike me as you are a genuine player that a casino would like to retain as a customer.

We have often seen accredited casinos here do that very thing.

Let us know how things work out.

The OP said they already cashed out $50 from this - doesn't that mean that the bonus would have been cleared already?

These rules were designed to prevent what casinos call "bonus abuse". Casinos are quick to tell us it is all about the SPIRIT of play, rather than cold hard terms and conditions, but it seems casinos are using "spirit" when it suits them (player adhered to the LETTER, but was deemed nevertheless "too clever" in the way they won), and also the LETTER of the rules where it is clear that the player was a genuine recreational player, but nevertheless fell foul of some minor nuance of the terms at some point in play.

THis certainly seems the case here, because the first $50 was paid without fuss, indicating that at this point onward, PROMOTIONAL terms had been met, and that the player was acting far more like a recreational player than many of us by leaving most of their funds in play, rather than withdrawing the lot and depositing again WITH ANOTHER BONUS.

Casino Rewards are known for "using a sledgehammer to crack a nut" when it comes to the subject of "bonus abuse". It may save them making a few payouts, but it costs them an unknown amount of "action" when they pi$$ off a new player, driving them to try another group.

If you are a VIP, they are generally OK, but they have an unusually hostile approach to new players, and it seems the only way to pass the test is to LOSE with your first few bonuses, rather than winning from your first bonus.

There is also another term that is a bit "sneaky". Whilst they will bombard you with "personal invites" to take the welcome bonus at each of their other casinos, this may, at the time of the invite, be in breach of a sneaky "group clause" that states that a certain minimum deposit must be made at the already registered account before one of these "personal invitations" may be taken up (or they will confiscate any winnings, or lock the reward points account - or even both nowdays).

True "bonus abusers" rarely get caught out by these terms, since they will read every single one BEFORE playing, and will NOT give the casino the slightest opportunity to catch them with a definite breach. Experienced "bonus abusers" tend to get screwed by the "we can choose not to pay, even if no terms were breached" rule, otherwise known as the "F U Clause".

It is FRAUD that now seems to be getting caught by these terms, as sadly, many cases where winnings have been withheld due to specific breaches that at first sight seem to be minor "nit picking" issues turn out to be the tip of a fraud iceberg.

Fraudulent players often open multiple accounts to get a go at what should be "once only" special offers. It may be the case that after getting away with it a few times, they get cocky, and somewhat careless, which ends up with them being caught because of a more in depth audit.

@vinylweatherman
You summed everything up very well in your post, I did withdraw 50.00 without a hitch. I always kept a float of 100 or more in the account. The problem must of arisen once I had hit the 200.00 mark.

I should have known it was to good to be true. Although I did email them asking for my account to be reopened and return my deposit.

Still waiting. I'll post the result.

I'll not be taking bonuses again lol.

Thanks for taking the time to read my post's people. It means a lot.

Hi,

Folks just a quick heads up if anyone is interested, I contacted Casino classic asking may I have my account unlocked so I may make a further deposit and play.

They replied back that under there terms and condition that the decision to lock
my account is final.

It's a shame as I enjoyed playing there. I think never letting me play there again is harsh. I'm very dissapointed.

I think it's because I was winning a fair few pounds.

Chayton was right though, if they let you withdraw 50 then the wager requirement is done, the rest of the money bar the 40 bonus is yours, you should of been able to play what you want/.

I cleared the wagering requirement a long time ago playing the slots. The issue
came about is that I made a few wagers above 10.00 as you can only bet %25.00 of your bonus amount regardless of your deposit. My bonus amount was .41.00

It's pretty lame in my opinion. I think some casinos search for any reason to not pay winnings. Just my opinion though.

No more Casino Rewards for me. Lesson learned always read the terms and conditions.

From Casino classic T&Cs:

If you met the wagering requirements for your bonus before the "Irregular play" they really don't have a case!

Unfortunately I placed those bets before the wagering requirements were met.
Although I can't understand why there are permentaly locking my account.

It's a tad unsporting in my opinion. Seeing as I'm a new player also.

I hear ya!
AFAIC they did you big favour by locking your account, I hope you'll come to see it that way too.
There are plenty of other casinos to choose from, and if you like the free play offers, there are a few in the Accredited casino section here at Casinomeister.

I wish you big wins and smooth withdrawals!

OHHHH...in that case I suppose you should count yourself lucky that they let you cash out the first $50. I'm with the others, there are lots of MG casinos to play, and better groups than CR - who knows, maybe your winning streak will continue at one of them. Good luck!

Will do thanks for the advice.
