In the continuing saga of trying to get paid by Cirrus (I won $55,000 in April of 2005 and I have not been paid in full) I can report that through Casinomeisters valiant efforts they have aggreed to pay me $1000 per week.

It appears that they have turned over a new leaf and will make good on this promise. This is somewhat of a miracle and I'm happy about it. ( I have already received 2 od the $1000 payments)

Still I wonder what is stopping them from simply paying off their debt immediately, if they really are turning over a new leaf.

If they make good on the 1000 per week promise, I'll be paid in full on March 26th, just 3 weeks short of the 2 Year anniversary of my win.

I will be posting about further progress.

Thank You, Casinomeister!

My friend

I am happy you are getting paid.

Never the less that is no excuse for them to take so freaking long.

A 50k payment should be set in at least payments of $9000 each.

Of course receiving $50.000 in one payment could cause you some problems if you are in the US.

I recall a case of a guy winning 24k or something and the manager called him and said that if he accepted 20k he will send someone with the funds. The guy told the story on how he went with 2 huge guys to pick the money and everything went fine.

For me this action from Cirrus just makes it worse... They should have pay you months ago.

Update - I have been receiving regular $1000 weekly payments. Good News!
I should be paid in full in a few months if they keep it up.

Thats great news garage! I made progress with them today and will update tomorrow when presumably some payments will hit neteller.

Cirrus still owes me $7500. I guess they took the Neteller problems as permission to stop paying. since they wont allow me to log on, i cant change my withdrawal method.

They required you to make this statement so that they would make a few weekly payments, right? I thought so.

To answer your previous question - why they didn't pay you immediately? Because it's a lot cheaper to a few small payments and then find an excuse not to pay. Keep asking for your money. They are rogues - but hopefully will pay some day.
