I have a rather lengthy blog post here: Link Outdated / Removed

I'd really appreciate some feedback, not so much about the recipe itself (although that is welcome), but the style and way I wrote about it.

Would you like more about the plant? Less? Skip all latin, or spend the time to find the correct word for the green part of the flower?

Cut to the chase and just tell us how to make the danged stuff and give exact measurements? I don't care about your personal life and garden? Doesn't seem to be an anonymous poll open to me in the attic.

I have a thick skin, criticism is encouraged. Compliments I will try to accept gracefully.

I wouldn't ask so boldly, but the blogs no longer come up as new.

Depending on if you want to keep doing this in a blogging style or maybe finally print your first Cucina Linda's Cook-Book, i would say the following:

As a blog it would be perfect the way it is, i.m.o., as a recipe book i would change only the making-of-part and the ingredients/equipment-needed-part slightly, a bit more conventional like a small summary of all the necessary equipment and ingredients in two small columns with tabs and possibly dots, if you know what i mean - like those classic word documents or even curriculum vitae's :thumbsup:

Further nothing to add: if you are going to do a book, i hope you'll send me a copy:)

Thank you darling, I was definitely leaning more towards a blog style of things. And when a cookbook comes, you can buy a copy and I'll autograph it, lol. 32Red doesn't run on peanuts!

You can buy one at my book signing in Amsterdam, I fully expect you to take the train in.
