Anyone out there play at Cherry Red? I have had some nice wins there, but problems getting the winnings out. First, they will only allow you to remove $4000 per week, and then they say it takes 6 - 10 business days to get the wire payment. Well, I haven't had one yet make it in even 10 days. This process should take 48 - 72 hours, even coming from Europe! Anyone else having this problem with them?

Cherry Red is a very good casino.

Which isn't a long time really. It is up to the bank when they want to release these funds once they get them in their hands. I know, I work with wired funds at work every day. Sometimes they release them in 24 hours sometimes 36 hours AFTER the money is wired to THEM!

This is why I would never use wiring for withdrawals. I suggest a change to an ewallet to expedite your money transfers. Usually in the wallet in 24 hours, then from the wallet to bank is within 2-3 days.

.

They took 3 working days to pay out to Neteller in my experience.

I've never had an international wire payment from a casino but I understand they can be slow.

is it just the casino that makes wire transfers so slow I chose a wire transfer from all jackpots and it was in my account in about 7 days

I'm sorry for this question but I have to ask as I'm not sure - Is a wire payment when they are depositing into your credit/debit card? Thanks :)

No the wire goes directly into your bank account. This means you will have to provide the IBAN or account# to the casino in order for the wire to be posted along with an ABA#. There is a card you can use for wire transfers its called Wired Plastic you can use this much better than your actual bank account.

I use a debit Visa card to deposit & withdraw & this is conected to my bank account - my withdrawals go straight into my account via the debit card number. My withdrawals take from 3-5 days which I think is good & quick.

Hi LRDell,

I have sent you a PM. Please get back to me when you can and I will happily look in to this for you when I am in the office tomorrow.

Jaz -

I did indeed take your advice and posted a message to the casino rep yesterday. Haven't heard anything back yet. Haven't gotten the wire yet. Did speak with a CR person at Cherry Red who mentioned that he had spoken to other players today who were at 12 business days and holding with no wires received yet. He said he would send an email to the wire department to check with the bank -of course they are several hours ahead of where I am so no one was there, so maybe tomorrow . . . . . . .

The casino rep and I were writing here at the same time. She has sent me a PM and we will see what this accomplishes.

CR response - 'slight delay'

Here is the CR's response after looking into the issue. Funny, my last withdrawal was 'caught up in a bit of a delay'- that time because they were 'changing processors.' Let's see, $8000 in delayed payment, $20 in apology money . . . I do appreciate the promptness of the reply.

Hi Lxx,

I checked in to your account and can see that unfortunately your wires were in fact caught up with a slight delay of a few days. The wires affected are the wires that were approved on 24th to the end of May. Sincere apologies for this. The accounting manager was only informed by our processing company a couple of days ago that the wires have a slight delay on them, they have assured us however that these wires have been sent out and should be with players before the end of this week.

I have added $20 cash to your account to apologize for this inconvenience.

Regards,

Louise.

Latest update - who to believe?

After being reassured by Louise yesterday that the payments (at least the first one) should be to my bank account by the end of this week, I had an interesting conversation with one of the casino people. I had called to check about the frozen accounts at the processors and she assured me that their processor was not one of the ones that the US Gov't had gone after. When I mentioned that I had two payments that were delayed and I was happy to hear that they were not affected by the freeze, she told me that they were trying to make sure that those delayed payments got to people next week. NEXT WEEK??? I will let everyone know when it shows up.

This withdrwal (the first $4000 - they have a weekly limit ) was requested on May 20, 'approved' by them finally on May 25, and supposedly sent for payment on May 25. It has now been 14 business days since then - more than 3 weeks since the withdrawal was requested with no payment. Louise has been very responsive (I haven't heard back from last night's PM about the 'next week' issue), but I am getting conflicting information.

I would propose this as an example to those who are considering changes to the criteria for Casinomeister 'accredited casinos' to make sure and include a reasonable timetable for payouts even for those of us who live where we can't have instant wallet methods. More than 3 weeks is far from reasonable.

I agree that more than 5 business day for a withdrawal via wire transfer is totally ridiculous considering other RTG casino sends in 3-4 business days. We send a satellite to the space station and back oin 10 days and we cant get a wire transfer in 10 days OUTRAGEOUS......For US Players who dont use those ewallets we have no choice but to wait.........i am also waitng for a transfer approved sometimes ago..No douby CR will pay but I think its to the disadvantage of CR Just play at another RTG until the fund arrives... I have received 2 wire transfer already from the same casino during the time I am waiting for this measley transfer from CR . Too bad I wont be able to play this weekend at CR:-((....whats ironic, I cashed out a small amount just to "test" the system( was my first payout here)

Hi all,

First of all, they say that 'honesty is the best policy', so I shan't be beating around the bush here.

I was informed last night by the accounting manager, Steve, that the processing company has contacted him to let us know that there was a delay/hold-up with the withdrawals from the end of May (24th+) and that they will in fact be received in players bank accounts mid-next week (by the end of next week). As of now, all I know is that the accounts manager had send the files for processing to our bank in the normal and correct time that they were needed in order for players to receive their wires in the time-frame we state, however, much to everyone's disappointment, the wires are only on the way now to players.

We are well aware that players are not going to feel great about this, and of course, that in turn, we don't feel great about this situation also. The most that I can do is offer my sincere apologies for the hold up and to apologize greatly on behalf of whatever has caused the hold-up here. We never want to see situations where cashouts are delayed, and even though sometimes these situations are unavoidable and unexpected, we are always trying our best to avoid these kinds of situations.

Sincere apologies to all of these players involved.

Kind regards,

Louise

I am very happy to report that all $8000 of the delayed withdrawal money hit my bank account today!

So while I am not really pleased with their withdrawal policies and length of time for receiving the funds, I can confirm that you do get paid.

Thank you to Louise for her honesty and he prompt replies.

Wow, I breathe a sigh of relief!!! Thanks for confirming this for me.

Glad that this could be rushed up so well to not prolong the wait too further!!!

All the best, :)

My first Cherry red cash in was very fast. Second one ...not so much . Hit a random yesterday , cashed out early evening . It's still sitting in pending as it hasn't been 24 hours yet. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this one comes quick . I like Cherry Red and Louise is always very nice :D
