I saw a charge that I didnt recognize. I played at Rushmore one time last and forgot. I called the 800 number and asked what company this was. The lady said they were processors for Rushmore and Cherry Red. Cherry Red is that new RTG. Does that mean they are the same owner?

I think they are Babs. They are both the same affiliate program, C-Planet. So I'd say the same company runs both casinos.

Correct

Hey all,

Thanks for the welcome Bryan.

I am the new rep for Rushmore and Cherry Red, so please feel free to contact me with any comments, suggestions or help requests that I can assist you with.

Pinababy69 is correct in saying that Cherry Red Casino is a sister casino of Rushmore Casino. We released Cherry Red only a couple of weeks ago or so and hope you all like it as much as we do! ;)

Be speaking to you all very soon :p

Can you tell me if you have any connections whatsoever with Clubworld or Aladdin's Palace?

Nope

Hi Rusty,

The only similarity I can see is that they are both RTG casinos, asides from that, there are no connections whatsoever. We run just Rushmore and Cherry Red.

Hi Louise, thanks for the very quick response.
The reason I asked was that when I first tried Aladdin's Palace and initiated Autoplay on the slots all the filters were preset to exactly the same as I have at Rushmore.
I assumed that this data must be treated as global and reside on the RTG server but when I tried another RTG Casino to test this theory all the filters were off and in default settings.

Have you any idea why this might be or if the Autoplay data is local or Global?

Many thanks.

Slots

Hey Rusty,

Like I say, we have no connections with Aladdin's, plus there is nothing that we or they can do to match another casinos slot machines and the way they play - Each casino is seperate in that regard. The only thing that can be adjusted are the betting limits for games.

Hope this answers your question. :)

Welcome Louise!

I just joined Rushmore and love the huge Random Jackpots (but haven't hit one just yet). Glad to see a rep on here from there. :D

I guess I'm confused here. What's the main differences in the two casinos? Better bonuses? Better comps?

also confused by:

...and the way they play? They should all play the same :)

Nevertheless, welcome aboard.

Thanks

Thanks for the welcomes silcnlayc. It's nice to be here ;)

We have had a winning spree in fact, in the past few days. There have been at least 2 new players with a $50 deposit and one with a $150 deposit, both win jackpots of nearly $18,000 each!

So good luck with that!

Not really
I guess it is a technical question for RTG to answer.

Thanks anyway.

Hope these winners are not on $250 a month ;)

Hi Louise

Welcome to the forum. I have a question please:

If my documents are in and approved at Rushmore and I win at Cherry Red, do I have to start over or will my docs for Rushmore suffice?

I guess my above question got lost in the shuffle? :)

WInbig

Why do ask if there's a difference. Maybe their just expanding like ClubWorld did. Opening a second or third casino doesnt mean theres going to be a difference.

Just like if you own an Arbys and open a second one. Same menu , same food, different cooks so it may taste a little different but its stilll the same place

Yea, I was just wondering if there was any benefit for playing at both casinos....cause if not, then it makes sense to only play at one; might get more perks that way :)

expanding is always good, but why open a second property if it's going to be the exact same? You reference Arby's, but food chains such as these do so because one store may not be accessible to some people because of distance........and since we're talking about the internet here, then why would a group open up a second casino that's a direct clone of one they already operate?

for the record, I'm not insinuating anything here...consider it "constructive criticism..." :)

You make a great point, (accessibility). but Ive been noticing alot of RTG's with the same owners. I think its more of a mental thinkg. Say your losing at Red Cherry...then youll think "maybe ill do better at rushmore" and its the same owners lol

I hate that $30 minimum dep. Im gonna ask them to change it to $20 like rushmore did for me

Local, stored in the registry.

Somehow, Aladdin's Palace and Rushmore have decided to share the key for their settings. This is not what usually happens.

To test this, change the settings in one, and then see if the change is reflected in the other. Then try again, and see if changing one always affects the other.

Opening another casino is not the best option, expanding further the deposit and withdrawal options is the way to go before trying to get more players by opening more casinos.

There is a shortage of RTG casinos that allow play in currencies other than the US Dollar. The fault of RTG, because the software is not multi-currency as is Microgaming.

A Euro casino would suit the EU, and a UK Pound casino would best suit the UK, but would have a small customer base and slow moving Random Jackpots.

The main problems with playing in the US Dollar (unless an American) are the losses each time currency is converted in the process of depositing and withdrawing.

You may not be too far off base on that one. :) To expand on it a little, RTG owners need permission from RTG (presumably?) to change payout percentages.....so instead of (or not being able to) supplying enough reason to RTG to change their percentages, why not open another casino with different payout percentages? :)

[not saying that this is the case here, but would explain a lot of things...]

Since they're the same group, I hope they would. :)
