love the way it's written up:

"Doyle won the jackpot on Wednesday evening after placing a €10 bet on the slot game and plans to share his winnings with his close family."

so he just opened the game, did a single spin and won, just like buying a lotto ticket??? or he spent thousands doing £10 spins, potentially bankrupting his close family, but got lucky and hit the big one?

Either way I dont’t think he’s going to be too concerned right now

….whose dog just got run over, has 10 kids of which three have a social abbreviation of some kind, is on Universal Credit which has been delayed and the heating's bust. Also acts as carer for his mother, father, 4 grandparents and has acute stress-related psoriasis and acute overcrowding in their local authority house and local yobbos only yesterday disappeared with two of the family's mobility scooters.

Well, hypothetically, if he was a problem gambler before winning, he's still almost certainly going to be a problem gambler after winning. And if that's the case, I wouldn't bet on his future economic prosperity - he's just picked up a lot more ammo for future wagering.

Not saying that is the case of course, we know next to nothing about the guy. I did also find it interesting that the article said he placed "a" $10 bet as the people above. If only it were that easy...
