Hello Meisters,

I wanted to join up as an official member of CasinoMeister today and let everyone know we're here to answer questions and share in the discussions on the forums. CM has always been an excellent blend of great casino players and affiliates alike. If there's ever a question Slotastic related, or just anything we could shed some light on in the casino world please let us know!

Slotastic is one of the newer, but quickly growing RTG casinos online. We're getting a reputation for our 'mid week' bonuses and specials on slots games throughout the month. It's a fun way for us to keep things fresh and give players something special throughout the week as we highlight a new game or two.

So, it's almost holiday season and I am sure there's all sorts of cool games and special offers just around the corner. What sort of games around this time of year does everyone enjoy? Christmas themed slots? Holiday tournaments? There's a ton to chose from!

Welcome to the forum slotastic. I patronise this casino almost weekly and while I hold it in high esteem personally I do not hold the mid-week promo in high regard. A 25% cashable bonus with a 30x(d+b) playthrough isnt really that attractive is it? There is no reason to link the bonus wagering requirement to a deposit. The mid-week bonus is actually one which comes with a 150x wr even more than a no-deposit bonus at 60x.

Other than the above, Slotastic, being part of the JC group, does meet my expectations of being an honest and efficient casino.

I have always played at slotastic and the JC group.

I have always received cashouts quickly, without fuss, and even on weekends. The free chips I don't bother with as the terms are ridiculous, but thats my choice.

Recent decisions including 48 business hour pending period, along with no weekend payouts, means anyone cashing out between Tues night and Sunday may wait up to a week for their money......and for me, it isn't good enough.

The worst part is that it was communicated to us by your company as "a service to players". I don't think that any player I know would call a extra 3+ days delay in receiving payment a "service" (well not a good one anyway). It is obviously a financial/cashflow decision that, instead of being explained honestly as such, was "spun" to be doing players a favour.

Anyway, as a result I have uninstalled your casinos and will not be returning until my custom is appreciated in action rather than words.

Otherwise, I welcome you to Casinomeister and hope that you do take the honest (sometimes brutally) opinions of the membership seriously and realise that, although we may be small in comparison to the whole internet, we do have a very good cross section of views and can provide the kind of realistic feedback that marketers and surveys just cannot.

Nifty - great post. While I have learned to be a more patient customer due to the US challenges, it is frustrating when a respected site tries to spin a slowdown in service.

But by joining CM and if they are a regular participant in our threads, we all win.

Nifty's post was simply his opinion, which he is entitled to, especially when stated respectfully. IMO your post is quite negative and uncalled for.

HUH?

There is no way I took Nifty's comments to be "bitching". It was balance with an appropriate commentary about the weird "spin" that was put on their business decision to slow down payments to players. That wasn't well received by many of us.

Your comment was deliberately negative and baiting towards Nifty. The tone of his posts has changed, give the guy some slack here.

I didn't like your post at all.

@Stovetopp-I don't think Nifty's post was actually a "bitch" more than an actual statement of how some of the members' have already addressed the issue of their changed payout policy.

Actually, I think I am one of the nicest "fighters" here. Try to stick to facts and defuse those that try to fan the flames.....

Welcome to CM Slotastic. Since Jackpot Capital already has a rep here, are you just here to handle affiliate issues and participate, or are you handling player issues as well?
