Hi everybody...i have a question: i cashed out with allslts an amount per check an requested courier. Unfortunately they sent it by post by mistak and now they say it can take up to 21 days . The support said it can go faster tho.They sent it on the 5th of may.

Does anyone know how long it normally takes for a check to arrive from allsolt(or jackpot factory group) to euope germany in my case?

Less than 21 days - this is not America

When I have been paid by cheque in the past by casinos, it has been 2-4 days from processing (sending) to arrival. These are WORKING days of course, so you should see it some time this week, probably mid to end of the week.

It's more whether YOU are in America. Jackpot Factory is in Israel, but have a Kahnawake license, which is where the actual gambling takes place (they can't have the servers in Israel, only the back office and support teams).

They will use different processors for different countries, and will NOT use an American processor for payments outside the US. As of the last couple of weeks the Allslots USA casino has pulled out of America completely, and Jackpot Factory "ringfenced" that operation from the main Jackpot Factory brand. Support for Jackpot factory were telling US players that they didn't own or operate All Slots USA.

When I have been sent cheques, they have been issued in the UK or Ireland, so have arrived fairly quickly in the post.

They may use these UK and Irish banks to issue cheques throughout the EU.
