I guess everyone is aware of it by now, but Chance Hill will no longer be owned by us. This means I will not be your rep for Chance Hill anymore.

But there are still good news, you may still contact me for any IKIBU related queries and you will have an amazing new rep.

I can also assure you that Chance Hill will be better than ever, now that it will get a dedicated team and some more love. We have already started to improve the website, and we are looking into adding more game providers as soon as possible.

Yes I see that the communication flow have not been optimal from the start, but I must say that we have a lot to work with at the moment. And the sale were just finalized a couple of days ago. I can only promise that it will get better, both in terms of communication with customers and partners.

I know that our CEO is working on a email that is going to be sent to all the players informing them about the new management, and improvements we are already working on.

Yes, as stated - the deal was finalized on the 27. so thats why it has been some hectic days to ensure the handover did not affect the players or partners in any negative way. We have done a lot already to improve, and we will continue doing this.

Its a shame I can't use 100% bonus as Netteller and Skrill are not allowed for bonuses:(

If your account is already verified this will of course stay this way, unless you have used a different payment method that needs to be verified.
