Centrebet created a blundering mess

I joined Centrebet a while back after seeing it here, on my first deposit (C2P) they locked my account? I had to send in ID verification doc's, this was done and they re opened my account about a day after making my deposit, I only got a response after threatening to post about the slow service, about a month later I get an email asking to verify my ID once again ( Australian Law), they requested the ID they had already been sent and in lieu they would credit my account with $5, I sent it, about a week went by an no $, they send an email stating that they had recieved my docs and I would get a bonus but they were backed up and only promo dept could credit, 3-5 days they said, 9 days pass and no bonus, I send them an email and still no response after 2 days, they finally get back to me telling me the money was deposited a week before???? I told them today to take there money back and close my account, what is ironic is that the money either was never there or they lied, I sent the email during the day here in Canada, night in Australia, so I guess c/s can remove the funds but not deposit them, one last thing I just got another email asking to verify my ID, I realise its free money but what a blundering mess.

i will agree, not a very smart operation. i also sent them my id docs twice. they are very un organized. everytime you speak with some1 about an old issue, he doesnt know any thing. i will never ever play there again. i dont like head aches.
