Casumo withdrawal BS

Jeepers, if Dunovers whinging on here, and on his videos, is anything like his whinging to Live Chat, I'd be suddenly unavailable if I worked there as well.

If your bankroll is so precarious that waiting over a weekend for 800 euro has you in a blind panic/rage then either ease back on the gambling or get touting for even more sites. Or have those pesky live streamers taken all your potential customers?

As others say, if a casino isn't performing as you want then switch. we all know there is the VS option which works for most of us. They may be rubbish for affiliates, I neither know nor care, the gambling trade doesn't owe you a living.

You are spectacularly missing the point of it being a lottery when you get paid. I made a withdrawal of 2k yesterday and haven't been paid. Yet other weeks, the same withdrawal is in my Skrill account within 15 minutes are so. There is no consistency and chat will not even look into it, you get the standard "up to 24 hours".

It is not that you can play back your winnings, what with the excellent lock withdrawal facility now being available so I just don't see the point not paying quick. It is a good selling point for any casino!

I'm not missing any points, spectacularly or otherwise, I specifically address this, if any of you don't like it then walk, that is what choice is. No-one is being forced to remain somewhere crying 'back in the day' and bleating about inconsistent treatment.

As for the affiliate thing mentioned/defended by the other responder - these are people that want to insert themselves into the casino revenue streams as middlemen. To do so they cut a deal with each casino they promote and then try to drive new custom to sign up under their banner. Again if they aren't happy with what's on offer then they can switch or stop, the choice is theirs. Crying all over the net about how they aren't getting a big enough cut of our losses is just naff and something I 'spectacularly' do not care about. Equally naff is bemoaning other streamers/affiliates and their actions, they are all trying to do the same thing.

I'm fully aware of what an affiliate is. Casinos also want to 'insert them into the revenue stream' due to the amount of new business they bring. Not sure what your point is? VS's affiliate scheme is terrible, so I explained why Dunover is unlikely to want to promote them. It sounds to me like you don't like affiliates, if so, why? Do they affect your play in any way, do they cost you money? Can you point to some of the places all over the net where Dunover is crying about how much he makes?

As for payments, casumo advertise on here payments in 1-5 hours. If thats not true they should be contacting Bryan and telling him the policy has changed. It doesn't make any sense that later larger withdrawals are paid before previous smaller withdrawals. Not sure why you can't see that.

I don't dislike affiliates, I dislike the whinging and sniping by them and between them. This thread is valid as a warning about a previously excellent service becoming slower and more variable. When it strays into discussions of affiliate programs, why should I care and why should that pollute such a thread? Like the majority on here I want information that pertains to the quality of experience I will have when I deposit money. The quality of an affiliate program should be neither here nor there in that discussion.

You were the one who brought up affiliate schemes recently in the thread?

Don't feed the trolls mate! I never once mentioned affiliate business in this thread, it was simply to ask why the inconsistency in their pay-outs and there was one problematic one as discussed. This character knows that so is presumably here to flame and so is best ignored. Probably one of the haters from the YT Channels.

My withdrawal today has been pending for 12 hours.
Out of curiosity, I've just reversed it, to see if the bonus I was playing with was added back on. Unfortunately it wasn't.
If it had have been, as I'm sure it used to be, I might have played a bit more.
So I just withdrew again.

Well, about 20 hours after I submitted a withdrawal yesterday, it has just been cancelled by Casumo with no reason nor explanation. It was going back to a Visa card which has been recently used to deposit, so no idea why the cancellation! As I was playing slots at the time, the amount simply added itself to the balance which was ever decreasing as it was on autoplay!

Anyway, I stopped play and submitted another withdrawal request for the full balance on my account. This is in addition to two other withdrawals which are still pending several hours after putting in the request.

I know I should get paid out, but my only niggle is that withdrawals seem to take far longer than the payout speed stated on their casino review. Plus it would be nice to be told why they are cancelling a withdrawal so I can make amends, if indeed amendments are required!

Just been on Casumo chat as curious about the cancellation. They have now cancelled all three withdrawals as they want the payment to go against a card I used for just two deposits, even though that credit card is fully paid up and over 90% of the other deposits were from my debit card.

This well and truly buggers me up as like I told them, that credit card is paid in full and they will now put a fair sized credit on there which I will get charged for when withdrawing the cash to put in my bank account.

Why is withdrawing so bloody stressful?!?!?!

Which card was your last deposit from? Way round it is deposit from the debit card then withdraw

That’s odd for Casumo as they’re usually, if not always, back to last card. :what:

First deposit and subsequent withdrawal were cancelled without explanation. Between the withdrawal request and the following cancellation a day later, I had deposited using two different cards and was lucky enough to make a profit/withdrawal, so submitted another withdrawal request. Several hours after this withdrawal request, another deposit with a big win on Reactoonz (per screenshot thread) and another withdrawal.

I then queried with online chat why first request was cancelled and if my current withdrawals were ok and was then told all 3 withdrawals will be cancelled and that I should withdraw to the last card used, despite me using 2 different cards in the duration.

So, not happy at not being able to withdraw to my debit card, I had to withdraw all amounts to my credit card with a very small balance now so overpaying my credit card. This withdrawal is still pending and will no doubt be looked at tomorrow now. Given the duration it takes them to process withdrawals and that I had played inbetween using a different card, I am half expecting this request to be cancelled and then to start again!

Moral of this story, stick to one card and don't play until the withdrawal is processed!

....and what makes it worse it is Easter weekend and the banks are closed now until Tuesday.
