Hi there,
I recently made a couple deposits/withdrawals at Casumo over the last week.
The first time, they requested verification of my credit card, by taking a screenshot of my bank statement with the card attached to it.
I did so, and was paid after waiting about half a day - the weird thing is my credit card verification was actually rejected, but they paid me anyways.
I played again yesterday, and won again and withdrew $1537. This time, my withdrawal was rejected, and they claimed that they needed verification of the credit card again. I submitted the statement again, and it was rejected for "not showing the number on file" - despite showing the number on file. I ended up literally circling the number in the screenshot, and resubmitting. It was approved about 9 hours later - but rejected again, this time with them requesting "proof of wealth" such as a paystub.
I attached a paystub that clearly showed my income, and that I am paid 26 times per year on a 2 week interval - it was rejected for "not showing the frequency of payment."
After tearing a strip out of support, Casumo did pay - but at this point, I would recommend against playing with them. I think they need to be re-examined, they no longer have easy payments, they make their customers jump through hoops.
