Casumo Paypal withdrawal problem

Hi guys I made an account with casumo and only deposited £950 luckily I managed to
Win so I withdrawn £6001.25 I had an email from the manager stating my account had been fully verified and withdrawel was processed however now they are saying that PayPal rejected it and they are now waiting for PayPal to get back to them ect ect I’ve spoken to PayPal and they said there’s no proof of any payment or anything on my account to say they sent it and rejected it and now they are saying they need to do further checks can anyone help

This could be down to a mismatch between the email address you use for Casumo, and the email address you use for Paypal. Can happen, though shouldn't.

They will pay you - I suspect they're just waiting for the money to be formally credited back to your account, you'll then be asked to verify payment details, or to withdraw via another method, e.g. bank transfer.

Keep pressing them - they've got better since last year.
 
They said the money has returned and my email I deposited with PayPal is the email they have sent it back and the money is now back in the account but they’re saying before they resend the money they need to make sure with PayPal this won’t happen again however they have since asked me for all my PayPal bank statements I said no so they said we are waiting for PayPal
 
Happened me before. PayPal have limits that you can receive in one go unless you are fully verified with PayPal with ID, address etc. 6 k definitely breaches that limit, mine I think was for 2.5k if memory serves
 
Good point this. If you think you might waste it in the meantime, set a daily wager limit of £1.00

But they are saying the money has gone back into my casumo account and now they’re trying to get in touch with PayPal
 
Ok guys I’ve had a reply apparently after 2 weeks of me waiting for them to hear back from PayPal it was a lie they haven’t even contacted PayPal now they’re asking for more bank statements etc after me already reviving and email from Douglas the manager stating my account was verified and my withdrawel has been send this was over 2 weeks ago would really appreciate some help???

I’ve been lied to for over 2 weeks PayPal has contacted there PayPal account manager and no payment was tried do you know what I should do ?
 
Cant belive when i see some of members here givinf new members advise to take the complaint on askgamblers and casinogrounds. PAB is the only way to go.. Not public and very efektiv😊
