I had a decent win yesterday, noticed on the review here it states they flush withdraws. I know they are in the grey zone but the information on the CM review needs to be updated. Casumo do NOT flush. See transcript of a chat I had with live support. Now Personally its no biggie as I wont reverse now, but I did not like the way the casino rep kept trying to dodge the question. And the way he seemed to infer I was asking this because of some gambling problem! I was very clear what I was asking. Anyway just giving the heads up that CMs review needs to be updated that they dont flush.

You
hi there

Casumo-Thorsten
Aloha there :)

You
morning hope your well ) could you please flush the withdraw that I have pending ?

Casumo-Thorsten
Approving a withdrawal can take up to 23 hours. Once approved, it can take up to 3 banking days until the money clears into your account :)
At the moment we have many lucky winners, so I kindly ask for you patience
No worries, we have our payment wizards chained up here and they will be working on it the whole day :)

You
ok thanks :)
but do you flush withdraws so they are not reversible ?

Casumo-Thorsten
We try to process every withdrawal as soon as possible

You
ok but flushing is different it just makes it none reversible

Casumo-Thorsten
once a withdrawal is processed you can't cancel it
Until then all withdrawals can be cancelled
Are you afraid you might cancel your withdrawal?
Are you still in control of your gambling habits?

You
no its fine thanks have a good morning bye for now :)

Casumo-Thorsten
Have a great day :)

Mmm. Not impressed with the way Casumo-Thorsten handled this. Beating around the bush and implying that you might have a gambling problem, I think it's plain rude.

highly professional and excellent response from casino operator.

Cut the crap, keep it short, ask the most important question in order to remind the player to the danger that might be the reason to his request.

Very nice .
My compliment !!

No, CSR know all too well that players want fast payments and prefer that withdrawals cannot be reversed (cf. Rizk with its option for players to manually flush their withdrawals), and implying that a player might have a gambling issue because he's asking for a flush is faux pas. Casumo support did not actually CUT the crap, he was beating around it. Cutting the crap would have been: sorry, we do not flush any withdrawals, but.... etc.

He's dealing with 100 players a day !!

He does'nt know everyone"s P life !!
All the more reason to ask the question .

No, CSR KNOW that players prefer to have their withdrawals flushed and paid ASAP, asking if a player has a gambling habit is not done in this context as it has nothing to do with being a problem gambler, many players (who know of it) do it all the time - and CRS know this too! He's just playing stupid and not giving a straightforward answer to a simple question: do you flush? Casino's brief answer: No, we don't! It's no rocket science.

Reading that transcript made me think of the robot taxi drivers in Total Recall. Fair play, he was professional as hell, but a little OTT. And the "many lucky winners" comment just killed it. Like we don't flush anymore, because there's more lucky winners than we'd like.

Well, I did not know that CSR is a true steward and familiar with everyone's personal life and habits.
Thx for info bud .
BTW , he asked a question. Asking a question is not accusing sumone.

Over here, you can't buy alcohol before 11am. Now imagine coming to till 10:55 with a bottle of wine and the cashier asks you whether you have a drinking problem?!

I understand that their agents are probably instructed to ask that, but it was very on the nose question. Why didn't he offer to put a cooling off period on Deeplay's account until the WD is processed? Because that is not what they are after ;)

Not sure where you coming from on this one but me as a player spending my money ? the response from the CS was crap. Dodging the question, giving humor (which is fine ) but im not interested in jokes. I asked a straight question and did not get a straight answer. And did not need to be questioned as to "why" im asking the question. Stall tactics.

Oh and 15 hours on, no payment yet ...

It is common knowledge among casinos that players always want to get paid fast and preferably not to be able to reverse any withdrawals, they don't need to be (or get) familiar with the OP's personal life, again, this has nothing to do with asking for a flush. I am not a bud btw:D

Asking a question, while beating around the bush as in NOT giving a straightforward answer to the OP, DOES IMPLY that the player might have a gambling issue, why else would CSR ask this question? Offering to block the account whilst payment is processed would have been a customer-friendly approach, but as miiisooo mentioned - that's not what they're after...

Not my problem. Im a customer. I could not care less if they are dealing with 1 or 1000 people a day. Hire more CS staff if needed.

I know we did on our business ) ... so the above is a totally lame excuse.

I did'nt refer to his policy. More the nature of his qestion and approach ..
which is imo very professional.

Sumthing between player an CS to talk about in private .

yup and beat about the bush he did. Not his fault he probably reading from a script and I wont shoot the messenger ... but ... not handled well. All I want now is my money that I won. :D

Yeah, script and instructions by management - perhaps the rep can tune in, because I think players deserve quick and honest answers when they ask a question (any question).

yeah, I missed this shock.

M8, Are you on drugs??
You do Realize that even with 100 people extra , they are simply not able to know what kind of person you are , what kind of habits you have , and what ure doing in your personnel life. are'nt you??

Get sum rest, looks like you need it.

No im not on drugs and im not your "M8" what ever that means. You wont get many friends around here with an attitude like that.

Your speaking utter rubbish without understanding what this thread is about. It is irrelevant what kind of person I am. My question was very clear to them. They chose or attempted to dodge it.

Agreed and cant blame the CS they just doing the job. On a personal note I dont like the "jokey" style they employ when in chat but thats just me. I suppose some would appreciate it. But for me I prefer a clinical straight up approach and never hang around in chat trying to be "buddys" but am always polite. But the way they dodged the very easy question that these days even a chimpanzee can understand was so obvious. Anyway back to the opening title of this thread. Casumo dont flush and it seems the withdraw times of 12 hours are out as well.

You raise a good point here. I asked them the same thing the week before last after I had 2 decent wins.
I was told the same thing.
Flushing should be mandatory, it's easily done.

Yup I agree especially in todays world

but in the end I got paid a short time ago ... which I never doubted I would

just the way they handle the "question" with canned responses ...

Seriously? Any need for that attitude. I experienced the exact same cut and paste answers from casumo.
And to assume there's a gambling issue there where there isn't one can get you into a world of trouble (as I'm fully aware!)
They don't need to know what kind of person you are one bit. Somebody asks a question then it should be answered.
Step away from robot customer service, and do it properly like many do. Trada and betat for instance.
