No, I'm not that scared. All casinos allows people to be anonymous if they want to be. It's rare that anyone want to show their happy face in an add.
 
Im a member at Casumo also & the experience is mixed.
I dont really like the design of it, but thats a taste thing. :D
The side bar with the winnings would have been better if it was only for bigger ones (atleast bigger then it is now).
No winnings on this site either sadly (yet), so dont know how it is with withdrawals.

I really love the design, nice to see a site that doesn’t look like all those other mixed casino/poker/bingo/sports betting sites. Clean and nice :)
They have already told that the feed will be upgraded with only higher winds, but to do that they off course need a player database to keep it run as often as they want.

Everyone knows that I play, but when and how much is always my business and I'm certain that most people here feels the same way.

The rep seems to very interested in this thread. He last checked in 5 days ago and has failed to send me an email address to identify the source of this 'Funny' spam.

The last excuse was the affiliate conference... What now? This whole thing reminds me of Vernon's... Try and get Accredited then go AWOL for days on end. I'm sorry, but I'll tell it like it is... and so far I have NOT been impressed.

We at Casumo does NOT spam anyone, specially not people that isnt customers.

When i know who the affiliate is i will take a chat with him.

I'm new to this forum but not new to online gambling. I won 9000 at casumo and decided to withdraw 6000 to my bank account. I went to live chat and they told me to send some documents and promised to process my withdrawal next day. I sent everything they wanted but they just ignored my emails and locked my account. I contacted their representative here and he told me that they need to investigate something, no time frame, no nothing. Can you please tell me what to do?
Please submit a PAB. I'd really like to see it.

Spam is a big problem for this industry. I strongly believe that casinos should have a zero tolerance policy towards spammers. If caught, then a spammer should be kicked out of the program and commission be confiscated.

654429 is the affy tag. You haven't taken a nice enough chat with him yet because he's still up and redirecting traffic to your casino.

CM:s is 654443 btw, it means that it's not Bryan who sends spam. :D

Went into the game, no spins.... Contacted Live Help, they told me it expired last week. Contacted the rep, he told me its valid, but he kept referring to the spins that came with the SUB - I eventually gave up trying to explain myself - I don't want the Free spins - I wouldn't sign up just for that. I also decided NOT to deposit and deposited elsewhere.

To me, there is a lot of confusion and some serious work that needs to go into this place. Someone I know also contacted Live Chat and had to keep repeating the same query each time and eventually asked for the account to be closed - Support just replied 'DONE'.

Because of live help not knowing what they are talking about. Have never been been on casinoeuro, betsson, betsafe, Igame.com, 24hpoker have had some serious frustrations with the live rep on all of those casinos :D(igame the lates one today).. so that is nothing new. Actually with casumo the one time I have been on the live help, it was outstanding.
But, I think it all comes down to luck of who you are chatting with from the live help..
And no meaning of badmouthing live rep of the casinos mentioned above.

Yes True - There will be the odd occassion where Live Help frustrates you. It happens at the best Casinos too. I suppose I could just echo what the rest of the people are saying ... My personal experience doesn't make me want to play there. - That's just ME being used to Superior products elsewhere.

I'm not using the English version when I play, but when I checked that version it clearly says that you have to deposit to get those free spins. When it comes to the e-mail I don't know what it says, but at least the website seems to be correct about this promotion.

Since support told him that they had expired the week before it has to have been some other free spins. Probably those I got on Starburst.
It's easy to mix them up.
I wrote earlier in this thread that I had recieved a mail that stated that my bonus would expire. That wasn't true, but the Rep didn't reply to my post in this thread so I maybe can tell that the sign up bonus is suppose to be valid a whole year, so nothing to hurry for;)
Normal bonuses maybe expire after three weeks, but that I don't know.

The emails are misleading and the Rep and Live Support are confused.

This is what annoys me about this Casino - They have no clue what they are talking about half the time and they keep sending offers that have 'Expired' or actually are not worded properly and thus misleading.

I would never come here and cry for 5 Free spins - Thats $1.25 - It's just that they should pay more attention to what they are sending out including sorting out spammers!!

It wasn't really like that. I had signed up, but not used my sub, when I got a mail that it soon would expire. I better hurry up. I had one week left:eek2:
Of course I believe that what the mail says is true. But it was a lie. I talked to the rep here and he said I had one year to claim it. Why send such a mail? I had no reason to go there to check any expiringdate since I got a mail.
They might changed that after I told them. I have no clue and I don't care. I closed my account (witch also was an interesting episod) and I won't look back. We all like different things and this wasn't for me.

Money recieved in Skrill 11:34am

Personally very impressed with the fast turnaround, and I suspect future w/d's will be a lot quicker given documents already verified.

They forgot to mention that the whole balance of almost 10k was removed and transaction history erased.

They insist that payout was made to my card but it was never received. I asked for transaction reference but they refused to provide it and also ignored all further emails.
Where do I go from here?

First of all, sorry for not beeing online here the last 10 days as written above. I have been travleing and are back in Malta tomorrow again.
Also, i suppose no one have recieved more "spam" from affiliate 654429?

@ahonenm, the money is sent back to the card you used. Can you please send a PAB both to us and the meister? And also explain why you used a card from Brazil and contacted the bank and told them that you never made a deposit to Casumo with your card?

Some more info:
- From next week on everyone should be able to withdraw straight to their card aswell, so you dont have to put in your bank account details every time=)
- Mobilecasino will be launched during end of January

Your customer service seemed to be not able to answer my question so I'll ask here if it's ok:

When I use VISA gift cards (my original VISA is blocked for online use), Spendon Gift Card to be more exact is it possible to withdraw to my bank account? Some casinos just transfer the funds back to the card that was used to deposit with. And in this case this said card would lay in a bin somewhere.

Secondly, are you to include Paysafecard/Ukash deposits at some time?
 
I deposited with a Debit card and was able to withdraw to Skrill if that helps.

EDIT: Mainly because to get it back onto my specific card takes 5-7 working days, whereas to w/d to Skrill I anticipated taking 1 day at most, and from Skrill to my bank it takes 24 hours :P

I just wanted to mention that this player never PABd. It was a fraud issue, so I guess it wasn't important to the player to have this hashed out between the casino Max and me. :rolleyes:
