Casino Complaint Casinonapoli.com wierd withdraw/verification request

I recent started an account with casinonapoli.com they offered me a free €7 no-deposit bonus so I accepted and ended up beating the wager requirement which in their terms and conditions saI'd maximum withdraw is €100. They then told me to make a withdraw request then there support would email me to verify my account to move forward with the withdraw. Several days had passed I haven't heard anything so I sign into my account and they removed €50 from my account and said in order to withdraw the remaining €50 I had to deposit €50. So I asked if I can verify my account first before making a deposit so that there wouldn't be any hangups after I deposit my own €50 and my account would be fully verified . To which they insist that I deposit before I can verify my account which seems a little odd and fishy to me. Any advice or help would be appreciated!

Jesus wept. RAF casino (Rogue as F***) and for a variety of well-documented reasons should be avoided like the plague. Run away - now! Even though it's usual to require a deposit/payment method for withdrawing no-deposit winnings it'll be the worst 50 bucks you ever spent. Eradicate the account and disappear! Really.
