im just gonna write a poem

Did that one yesterday - was reasonably pleased with the result! I didnt enter the xmas song task (as id kinda forgot about it), and the picture one I just dont have anything suitable.. so i put all my creative wordyness into a poem.

well, out of curiosity, i went to have another look for this president clue.. meant to be prior to 2012 and is a 'stupid' award.. Ive gone through 2001 to 2012 looking at every stupid award, and I can't see the link
to a president/obama. So good luck to everyone else and well done (in advance) to whoever finds it

i know 1 of the songs and the band.. others sound familiar but haven't placed them yet.

assuming you got what I got, i gave both with a hyphenate as they were equally answers vs hedging bets

Well, i got one of them straight away, the second sounded familiar and after some hunting all evening i managed to find it. Two of the three left kinda sound familiar, but I still can't place them.

I'll keep looking this evening, see if i can happen upon one more , but I dont think it will happen. Similar to you, my tastes sound different to these, was surprised I managed 1 straight away, but the second took all evening
last night.
