We are suppose to judge a casino after how they have been during the whole year, and my guess is also that Bryan have his own way of seing things.

Any CAG member worth their salt will look at the casino's record over the last year, i.e. their response to any issues/threads that required the input of a rep, their product and if it has improved or been maintained well, innovations, general observations about their overall CS, lack of complaints plus conduct here too.

This is why I sometimes have a twinge of concern that there are 'unsung' casinos here, 1 or 2 in Bryan's list of 5 that you simply don't read much about because they do things right and have few complaints or controversies yet maybe people could overlook them as a result of their low profile - it's not all about coming on here offering bonuses or competitions to members although that effort is nice to see, but the bigger picture i.e. the underlying product and attitude toward their customers and consistency thereof, or even improvements they make on behalf of their customers - especially if they are in response to wishes or ideas expressed on CM!

It would be a travesty to acclaim casinos that have regressed in the last year, notably Guts and 32Red. Reputations from three years ago shouldn't count, or in 32Red's case accolades from the 1980s.

A couple of good outfits in that list but it looks more like an industry back-slapping contest.

It would be nice to see CasinoLuck get the award. I think they deserve more recognition, than they maybe get.

They've added easy to use, instant RG controls, where other's have made RG more difficult
They haven't added extra Deposit and withdrawal charges, where other's have
They haven't changed their WR, or added more games (other than those which are necessary) to their excluded from bonus play list, as some others have.
Their promotions are regular and consistent
Their chasout times, while not instant, are pretty quick, compared to others
And Eric's one of the most professional reps on CM

But.... I think Videoslots will walk away with the title.
Not that there's anything wrong with VideoSlots, but they do only get a small fraction of my deposits, since like Jon, I prefer an upfront bonus compared to winning a few quid in cashback and casino races

The point of me saying I don't play at a certain site is so those particular sites aren't unfairly represented in the reasons for my actual vote.

Hence my vote for Casino Luck doesn't mean I think VS or 32red aren't worthy winners, rather that I can't compare them to CL because I don't have the experiences to do so.

On the flip side, I'm well aware of what Guts and Trada bring to the table so therefore was able to compare them with CL and imo they don't meet the mark.

Those casinos who went through BBF last year is competing for Best New casino for 2016, so I guess that is why Rizk isn't on that list.

i think dunover nailed it , as older members & being active here we maybe see the stuff that others dont upon voting , just because a casino gives you x bonus for more play doesn't really make the older members think there a good outfit & should get the vote.

Votes are over pretty much over the year , for me it's about active reps,response time, dealing quickly with complaints ,changes & ideas for their casino applied , listening to customers points, handling angry customers & so forth , i also check Cs front line Cs live chat when im not logged in .

Paramount above all is to adhere to their own terms & not mislead any player at any point.

Well said! If I was a CAG I would definitely vote for Vidoeslots as number 1 last year for the reason you mentioned. I have never had any problems whatsoever playing there. Although I would put 32Red as a close second. I do wish 32Red would backtrack on some of the changes that they have made over the last couple of years as I think that they have detracted greatly from the product (24+ pending and no flushing of withdrawals being the main one). Also it's still possible to get hold of live chat and they are still good but not as good as they have been. In the end though I know if I ever was to hit a progessive jackpot at either of these casinos I wouldn't have to stress about being paid which in my books is the biggest criteria for an excellent casino.
