Casinomax : withdrawal Issue?

So anyone else having issues withdrawing from Casinomax. I have messaged Karolina a few times Zero response. They approved my withdrawal on the 24th. Its now July 1st and still nothing. I get checks in the mail faster than that. According to their website only takes 4 days. Should have posted last week and im getting all quiet on the casinomax homefront.

THat in addition to the cashier screwing up the withdrawal in the first place. Lowering the withdrawal amount then putting the amount back into my online account to play with rather than withdrawl I am still /facepalming on that one.

I have answers, Casinomax is having "processor issues" I have downloaded their answer, just working on removing my account details before posting up the chat. ALso, Karolina is ok, according to the rep she just had to take some personal time off.

Was it a BTC wd or a check? I would understand if it was a check but BTC shouldnt be an issue. If places like Extreme and Brango can do it instantly the rest of the lot should follow suit. I refuse to play at any other RTG. I like my shit instant. LOL

Well apparently directly messaging customer service moved mountains (not to mention I informed the cashier and rep im a member on here and have zero issues posting up status and updates good and bad. Wire transfer posted today with a note from my bank (was pushed through on other end) LOL.....Well I have to give it to the rep, they fixed whatever the issue was.

Just a friendly reminder to all of the Forum Rules applicable here:
1.17 – Exploiting Your Membership Do not threaten casino operations with blackmail. Mentioning that you are a member is fine, but don’t try to instill fear in a casino operation by threatening to post bad reviews or roguing them. ...

The point is that it's one thing to mention that you're on Casinomeister but quite another to use that membership to coerce a casino to do what you want. Former is no problem, latter is big problem.

I'm not saying dreamguardian1 fell afoul of the Rules, just reminding everyone that discretion is required.

I do apologize for the late reply. I was away and just catching up now. It looks like the pay out should be in your bank account now. I also PM you some details in regards to the amount approved.

they always seem to have processor issues. They also double charge on deposits a lot. Be careful and monitor your deposits. it took them several months to refund my duplicate charges. I have had it happen roughly 20 times.

Sorry playing catchup but ya you and i been in messages I consider the issue resolved. With the exception of the rep that i spoke with who tried to blame you for the issue then changed course when I called him on it and blamed it on processor lol. In my head im like "Pick one already" ahha

This is always the bad actors use, "Processor issues" , i've been hearing that from the bad guys for 20 years, and yet other sites manage to payout in 10 minutes, go figure.
