CasinoLuck and NextCasino are changing platform

I missed that link in the email the other day, was at the very bottom of the small print and same text and colour as the other terms?

Received the email today for the spin on the wheel but do you have to make a deposit????

Them rules are no where to be found on site and if they are there hidden which is very interesting as on the terms onsite it states 50x but does that mean them games still count 50% as will than be 100x wager :eek: I could not get micro gaming games to open as bought me to the bonus rule page

Casinoluck should step in as the UK gaming commission are getting hot now days and they cannot push the blame on the operator. Just like us they have to read the terms and no excuse. They have to have clear and understanding rules which at the minute are far between

Just went through the terms and conditions and they seem to be exactly the same as any other casino from the AG group ! Most popular games count 50% towards the wagering which for me is a robbery!

I think it should say at the bottom of that link for wager contributions that IF you can find any other games they will count 100% towards wagering contribution.

I'm getting identical promotions from CasinoLuck, and the dodgier Hopa Casino. Which is a bit suspicious for just a platform change.

It's something that Bryan should be made aware of though. Because if it's more than just a platform change. It will affect their accreditation status. As it did with Chance Hill, when the ownership was changed
 
I think Karamba uses Aspire software platform and now Casino Luck has that on their website. I am not a fan of the Aspire but we can only hope that the operator's integrity will come through with this change.
They have been well liked and not even been called out for shady practices. Just because they share the same software provide as Karamaba does not mean they will turn dark all the sudden.

The company was registered in September 2010 by two guys, one Danish and one Swedish national and the first casino (Casino Luck) opened the doors in 2011. Next Casino followed in 2013.

Have not seen any announcements, nor have I heard any chatter, that they were actually sold to Aspire Global. But who knows as the industry is under pressure to consolidate because we have now literally 100's if not 1,000's online casino vying mainly for the same markets. Examples are GIG/Betit, Kindred/32RED.

I am and never will be a fan of Aspire, they are far too dodgy in my view, hence why my post from a few weeks ago sounded quite critical. CL/Next were always at the top of my list but for now they are just an average site with nothing that makes them standing out from the crowd.

Don't forget that if you have a pending withdrawel you will be omitted from any bonus offers until you have been paid.
So a withdrawel could sit for days in pending state and you would be unable to claim any bonus offers during this period.

PlaynGo are 94% at AGC so playing these would make it even harder to clear wagering.

yeah while most casinos are trying to up their game, some figured out fast cashouts are so 2016 so yeah why not. But for gods sake in this day and age when we have dozens of reputable casinos with almost instant cashouts, why would any sane person play at a place where cashouts take days?

A couple of days ago i played at some totally random casino, because friend suggested it. That casino is as russian as it gets :D with one of the stupidest names ever and ... my first cashout, after completing first deposit bonus, took 27 mins. No verification was required, no delay tactics were used. My 2nd cashout took around 10 mins, while on the other hand we have once amazing, reputable casinos getting worse over time :/

tldr: right now theres a random russian casino thats licensed in curacao and has really odd name and yet its more likely my next deposit is going to be there instead of casinoluck. and thats just not cool.

So they have updated the site with new info, live chat state 48 hours, and all are wrong. Sounds legit! They want to sack whoevers changing the site so it has lies on it and all live chat as they are useless. Eric is a decent rep, sorted my problem out quickly, without fuss, doesnt change the fact live chat dont have a clue. Thats enough for me not to deposit until its sorted.

Something along the lines of that it expires after a while if not used so as not to get in the way of the player using another bonus.. which i doubted because It happened again , actually 3 times, once within 25 minutes, and two of those times the free 5 free spins that i had won the bonus money from were for some strange reason re-credited into the same slot as if the 5 first i used had never existed. So that was obviously a wrong answer. The amounts that dissapeared were so small i wasnt bothered, but had it been a bigger amount i would have been.
I sent a small message the 3rd time, saying it has happened again, finishing with an 'im not bothered because 2 of those times the balance was under 20p', that i was just letting them know i think something was not working properly.. a polite headsup if you will, it seemed to happen when i used tablet and switched over to laptop when wanting to spin off the credits on a none html upgraded game, because i dont beleive bojus balances get removed within 25 minutes and then the 5 free spins get reinstated as well lol.

I knew I couldn´t be the only this happened to. This has been an issue for a long time, and their support is still clueless. In my case I had won something like 20p in 5 free spins and went over to Book of Dead, and spun a 10 cent spin. I won freespins which resulted in 22.60€ payout. Upon finishing the feature the balance was 0. After a lot of back and forth and a few screenshots they credited me the win back. With wagering! They wanted me to wager the new balance even though I only should have to wager the 20p I won. It took ages and I was about to submit a complaint until it was resolved by a manager. They don´t seem to bothered about these issues, as I`m sure loads of people inform them about it, but it still keeps happening.

so it seems this is another casino who, when they get a decent amount of users from here, decide not to reply to threads any more. eric was on yesterday, but hasn't bothered to reply to this thread for what, a couple of weeks or so? Even though there are quite a few important questions being asked, and even when he has replied, it seems he was wrong as every member of live chat or email support says something completely different to what he does, and evidence shows he was wrong too, like people being asked for docs who are already verified, after Eric stated they wouldn't be.
I've pm'd Bryan to see if he can get Eric to respond.

Didnt read this thread but wanted to add my 2 cents.
I think this new site looks cheap and has an annoying way of opening slots because you basically have to scroll down and click play. It looks like you open the wrong slot.
So i think its no improvement, but i will keep playing at casinoluck, since the games are the same.

It is a bit difficult to sort out here in the thread what is meant as a question to me or what is just feedback to the general public.

-I have seen comments about support and that they are not mixed or wrong info and I am adressing that since a few days ago.

-I have noticed that KYC has been a hassle for some. We tried to transfer all documents from the old to the new operator/platform before the switch but I'm afraid documents for some players where not transferred successfully, for various reasons. We are still fetching documents daily and moving them the new platform from the old. If you are certain that you were verified on the old platform and the new one doesnt have your documents, please PM me and I will try to fetch them for you. I know this process is not optimal or the quickest because it involves departments from both platforms. If you are asked for documents and happen to have them ready to go on your device, I would be very happy if you could log in to the site and upload them (if you have a withdrawal pending or are about to withdraw).

We tried to transfer all documents from the old to the new operator/platform before the switch but I'm afraid documents for some players where not transferred successfully, for various reasons. We are still fetching documents daily and moving them the new platform from the old. If you are certain that you were verified on the old platform and the new one doesnt have your documents, please PM me and I will try to fetch them for you. I know this process is not optimal or the quickest because it involves departments from both platforms. If you are asked for documents and happen to have them ready to go on your device, I would be very happy if you could log in to the site and upload them (if you have a withdrawal pending or are about to withdraw).

If anything, i dont think bonus and free spins wagering requirements are personal matter or account issues either. Neither are cashout times. And you havent provided definitive answer to either one im afraid. There are 2 bonus terms right now, that are completely opposite to each other.

I missed the WR thing when scrolling through the thread. Let me try to explain:

Before the platform switch, some members here expressed concern and asked if we, like other brands on the new platform, would also have Netent and the games in the list in your first link count 50% towards meeting bonus/free spins wagering requirements. We didnt want this as the WR on many popular games would then be too high, in our opinion. So we had all those games set to 50x WR and stated 50x in our bonus terms. A side effect to this was that all other games (outside that list) automatically got set to 25x WR. The system is currently hard coded like that. We requested a technical change so that we could set everything as we want. Ie, the same contribution, 50x, for all slots. We hoped this was to be completed by the time of migration but we are still waiting.

I guess both ways of expressing it are correct. It’s either 25x WR with the games in the list counting 50%. Or it’s 50x and then you get a pleasant surprise when many games are currently set at 25x. Ideally and for clarity, it should probably be stated in the same way in newsletters as it is on the website. I had not spotted this. Too much going on right now, I suppose :o. We will try to make it more clear and expressed the same way everywhere. The cause of all this confusion is that we wanted to make sure that bonuses/ free spins WRs were not worse on the new platform than on the old one. Our WRs now are the same as before in some games and better than before in the rest of the games.

Withdrawals are processed every day and should not take 40h. If they take this much time it may be because docs are being requested from the old operator and sent, case by case, to the new one to get the account verified. I hope this can be sped up, going forward.

I also read somewhere (back in this thread I think!) that under the new Terms all no deposit cash out requests (monies won after clearing WR from Free spins, good will bonuses etc, etc) will be capped at £100.

Whilst I can see this is still a 'free £100' to some, surely this won't apply to long standing loyal customers who have a good deposit history at your brands?

thanks for the reply Eric. Mind you i think how wagering of 50x is actually not all that competitive and not very attractive so ill probably pass on most of your offers

usually id just shrug it off and move on without saying a word but i kinda like your casino and you are one of most active forums reps so i figured i could let you know how are things from players perspective.

As you are well aware, other than accredited section on cm that lists enough casinos to keep you occupied for...ever, most players can also use google and there are quite a few other places with wagering thats 25%-50% lower and generally speaking, i dont think anyone receiving a promo from you guys is going to be like "omg its a bonus with just 50x wagering, i cant say no to that one"

just as comparasion, few of my fav casinos have following wagering reqs

20x bonus / 1x free spins
30x bonus (and you can cashout without entering bonus funds) / 10x free spins
35x bonus also early cashout if you dont play with bonus funds / 20x free spins
30x / 30x

Now i realize how because of such wagering requirements, it allows your new casino group to be more "generous" with bonus offer, but the reality is those offers only look good on paper :P

i get deposit 10 get tons of free spins offer from karamba on almost weekly basis and yet only time im actually going to use it is when i only have that tenner and want more playtime. Ive been registered at karamba for a few years now and i believe ive used it maybe 2-3 times so far, in total. That's technically correct. But up until a matter of weeks before the platform change, the WR were 39x/40x. So they're still way above what you historically had.
No doubt, increased in anticipation of the platform change.

Also what about the Play&Go games, which have the secondary RTP setting - 94.x% rather than the usual 96.x%, which most players will be used to. Are these settings going to be changed?
 
Now I get annoying spammy emails from casinoluck 10 fs on fruity friends lol are they taken over by the people who run primeslots ? if so then not playing there again which is a shame because casinoluck and nextcasino were in my top 5 or maybe top 10 places to play at
 
I just had my account at Next Casino closed. The new Terms where not to my liking at all.
They tried to talk me out of it (because I deposited there a lot in the past) by saying how much the
bonuses have improved.
Well, since I rarely ever use them is this not a selling point.
New terms are horrible compared to the old ones. They removed eco as a deposit option. And withdrawal to ewallets may
take up to 3 days now (compared to within 24h before).
On all points that count for me they went from good to horrible.
Another bites the dust I am afraid.
