Honestly, I think that´s it for me.

Trust me mate, I am dying here and it does not help after a few beers thats also making me feel sick. If I could be botherd I would walk down to the river and do a back flip of the bridge to cool down

Its stuffy horrible heat and no doubt a load of germs floating about what ever air is left

I canot sleep, I do not want to eat any more than I have as I would be sick even thou I am hungry, Cold bath I think and afew solapdine max :D

There is, of course, no 3 day pending of withdrawals. We process every day, as before. Depending on what time of the day you request a withdrawal you will have it in within a few hours up to a day. I requested the FAQ page to be edited to reflect that some time ago. It hasnt happened yet. Live casino exists but is currently only visible when logged in. It's a bug that is being adressed. Same with some other visual things like the sub-menu being hard to read (too high transperancy in the background) and alike. Personally, I prefer the new site. Bar some bugs, it's more stable, responsive, better mobile and quite a bit faster. It's still being improved in many areas though. It's certainly different and wont appeal to everyone. I respect your opinion.

Some non-new games show in "new" as we have just added them to the site and the system tagged them as such. We have already added more games (the missing ones from our most played games historically first) and will continue to do so. The geo of games should work when logged in. I'll double check though and we will try to get it to work when not logged in as well. Our bonus WR has been 50 since some time ago.

I just made my first withdrawal in the new platform and got a message 'all withdrawals will stay pending for two days in which time you can cancel them'. So decided to go for a live chat to ask if this really is the case. And it is unless you are a platinum vip, in which case withdrawals will be processed with in 24h. Ill post the chat here when I get to desktop.

LoL may be you should send the message, sometimes that gives them a boot, but with this group I doubt it as I am 100% sure they are using the live chat host for the intire platform to include some of the well less likes sites in the group :eek:

Another space saving idea some bright spark come up with, give up there own live chat hosts
 
I have waited over 24 hours for a withdrawal now, and it is still showing as pending. So it will be my last time playing here.

Casinoluck has gone way down hill with the so called upgrade. A lot of their slots have disappeared, cashouts are taking much longer. A change for the worse and closing my account once I eventually get paid. :(
 
Hi all. all three casinos next casinoluck and wild..... had the slowest support ever now.... this not happened in the past. Was trying to receive an answer from the chat at casino luck and took me more than 25 min... then the support did not answer my questions (was about the 75% deposit at casinoluck). Then I sent 3 emails (one per day) and again I did not receive an answer, same at next.... never had any problem with the old plataform.... they are a bit slow in the past but now wow... i give up with those 3 casinos.... So bye.... and gl to all
 
I was wondering what was going on last time i logged into casinoluck, it looked different. When i checked nextcasino that looked the same as it usually did but has that one changed also now? as soon as i see karamba mentioned i don't want to know, never played with that group never want to after all the issues i have heard from people. I took a bonus at Next last night. The wagering was only 25xB. BUT... the games I play, were only contributing 50% to the wagering. So it was basically 50xB.

I assume if you take a chance on the crappy 90% RTP 'exclusive' games or the 94% RTP Play n Go games, which contribute 100% wagering. then it would be 25xB
 
To be totally honest I ain't got a bloody clue what is going on with it now.

I wagered for about 3 hours last night and another 3 hours today, mixture of 0.40 and 0.80 bets on Rhino.

Then a good hour on IR....

Total easily in excess of 3,000 spins on Rhino alone! WR finally cleared with just £19 left but I'm 99% sure I wagered well over the initial required amount before the balance showed as cash / no active bonus (£16 x 50 - £800):confused::confused:

Gonna tread carefully in future but sure their "original" Rhino will keep drawing me in :rolleyes:

Don't worry, I very rarely reverse a withdrawal. But I also very rarely deposit anywhere where I've got a withdrawal pending (last night was one of those very rare occasions).

The casinos might think they're being clever with long pending periods, in the hope that people will reverse.
But they're also losing deposits from people who don't reverse, but won't deposit until a withdrawal has cleared, who then deposit elsewhere.

I really feel strongly support should never advise people what games to play.

No doubt the excuse will be that op was new, blah blah, but thats absolutely no excuse for not knowing wagering requirements, I would bet a large proportion of queries are bonus related, to not even know the most basic of answers regarding them is pathetic.

Considering the number of complaints and questions on this thread, I think they should have to go through the BFF again as clearly things have changed massively since their 9.2 score was given on here.

I must say, before I closed my Hopa and Karamba accounts, this is pretty much exactly the same experience I was getting from them.

Now they have like 500+ slots, 9 games contribute 100%, the other 500 slots contribute 50% or less and somehow they ended up with "our bonus has 25x wagering" ... i mean seriously, i know sites have tried to mask wagering with slots contributing less than 100% before but this is taking a piss lol

its misleading and its done on purpose. nobody can convince me how they havent realized only 2% of their slots contribute 100% :D

mind you they (karamba group of casinos) arent only ones doing it because its just as bad, if not worse at dasistcasino which has over 1000 slots but only 16 of those (softswiss slots) contribute 100% while the rest is 60% or lower... skillonnet casinos have same term tucked in somewhere.

if this keeps up i cant wait for a casino with 2000 slots and 5x wagering on bonuses... with a tiny term hidden somewhere deep in their T&C stating how only one slot contributes 100% (Cool Buck would be a good choice) while other 1999 slots have 5% contribution :D

EDIT WITH ANOTHER BRILLIANT IDEA:
since you have to collect scatters in Cool buck it could also be added to the "no go list" together with slots like Scrooge and Wishmaster, so it wouldnt be playable with bonus money at all ! Or even better, it could be played, but in that case casino could confiscate your winnings (and rightly so!) if you play it - restricted slots Term #4.218.c

Switched to Immortal R and did at least 800 spins maybe more, mixture of .30p and 0.60p bets. After getting fed up I go to check WR again, still over £600 to go :confused::confused::confused::confused:

really not worth it since i failed to beat casinoluck wagering of like $300 with $180 balance at one point, playing 20-30c spins it was barely moving i figured im better off playing at one of blacklisted casinos, at least they have fixed wagering :D
 
I said in my first post that I hope CL/Next/Wildslots won't go down the Aspire Global route but sadly, it seems they are heading that way! :o

What a fine group they were on the EM platform, i said once they are the "saving grace" for EM - steady T&C's, good promotions, 1,000+ games, Eric one of the best CM reps (very helpful), good and knowledgeable CS, fast payments (mine were always around 8 hours)

At some point they were the only group I took bonuses, specifically because of their steady T&C's.

It absolutely pains me to read this thread. In my view the CS is not from CL but directly from Aspire Global who are handling all other group casinos e.g. Karamba, Hopa and the rest of that dodgy bunch. CL is trying to implement some of their T&C's and game protections but that means a major change on the Aspire platform, which is never a quick fix.
Main reason is that Aspire is a group who does everything possible to avoid paying players and has build their platform on that goal --> high WR, dubious T&C's, hidden restricted games lists, different contributions, no clear answers from CS etc etc --> all traps for the unwary player who is then surprised to have his/her winnings confiscated.
On top, we all know why the pending periods are there and Aspire has taken it to an unmoral level of up to 3 days to e-wallets. I know Eric insists they are just as fast as on the EM platform but I have yet to see a few posts where players got paid under 8 hours.

Overall, I would not recommend CL/Next/WS until I see proper improvement. The way they are operating right now is worthy of maybe a 7.0 or even lower CM score.
 
To add to Harry's excellent post above :thumbsup: I just want to add a little bit.

As an experienced player one of my main things when starting a session is the ability to relax.

The point I'm getting at for example is that say I play at 32 Red, regardless of payout times (not getting into that) I can "relax" as said, knowing 100% if my luck is in I will be paid.

I also had this with this trio of casinos when under the EM platform, Could play my fave games, could up bets if winning, could check wagering and get an ACCURATE and TRUTHFUL figure of how much I had to go and could also retire to bed, knowing that I'd wake to my winnings in my Skrill account the following morning or at least by dinner time.

I have to say, The whole time I was playing, I had a nagging doubt in my head with a small sea sick feeling over my trust in these sites now, something I've not had since my "nursery" years in this online slotting lark!

Now I gave these guys after the migration more than the "benefit of the doubt", In fact I've deposited well over a whole weeks budget in the last 10 days or so regardless of other casinos I play (over £200 which is a lot for a humble low roller like me)

Not once did I clear their WR and not once did I get the same answer from support and I also tactfully popped on 3-4 times to see if they were 'freestyling' which of course they were, the once encouraging a £40 deposit where I normally put £20-£25.

Old Support (Tobias n Co??) would rarely be on live chat but very responsive to emails, I actually preferred it this way.

Really would love to know what prompted the business decision to migrate to AG but I strongly feel we have an early contender for "Face plant of the year" with this one!!!!!
 
was a player... on those 3 casinos... actully played a bit at casinoluck, what I really dont like from them now, is the bad support they have latelly. One chat session more than 20 to some1 answer in it... emails never and ever received an answer.... so after they change that im not going to be there anymore.... and of course the new wr, terms... and Im receiving promotions every day after not deposting anymore.... :eek:
