CasinoLuck and NextCasino are changing platform

The game selection at Karamba - if indeed it mirrors that - is somewhat lacking shall we say........a handful of MG (TS2, no Immortal Romance). Plus their bonus. Can you confirm if the selection will match that or you will be retaining all the MG slots you currently have. Will the game achievments remain (I am guessing no).....

- It is being looked into. It may apply but if so, only for the UK. We'll comply with the UKGC and if this is the case, any affected accounts will be informed and dealt in time, to avoid S/E problems.

- No such terms. We'll have everything count towards WR like we have now.


Thanks for the clarification. Can you confirm two things, as I can see another S/E nightmare for some.

- As you are changing licence, does that mean anyone who is self-exluded at any of the circa 25 sites under AG will be automatically be banned at NextCasino / Casino Luck?

- Can you personally guarantee that some of the horrific bonus terms that apply at nearly all AG sites will NOT be introduced at your site?

i.e.

All NetEnt games only contribute 50% to welcome bonus and ongoing monthly reload wagering?
All popular Microgaming games (Immortal Romance, Thunderstruck II, Game of Thrones etc) have reduced wagering - 30-50%?

Will do. I did sent an email to both Casino Luck and Next Casino telling them to disregard my previous e-mail. Next Casino responded quickly and were very nice. I must admit I feel a bit embarrassed jumping the gun just a little bit:oops: I guess we all get a little jumpy with so many changes in the industry over the last year or so. Achievements....good question. It has of course crossed my mind since we've lost them a couple of times already over the years, without even switching platforms. The matter has been adressed but I wouldnt get my hopes up too much. If they cant be retained, we sincerely apologize and promise to figure out some cool stuff to compensate with. I'm sorry I cant give you a better answer regarding this :confused:

Got a email from casinoluck it seems there moving to a new platform

Not that id be alarmed i do like the place but then as i was reading the changes ive come across a name the make me want to run from anything under this name "karamba" in the payment section i think im correct where this was the joint that added on your wagering from your sign up freebie even if you did not win on you first deposit with the new wagering. my question is Casinoluck now lost? or have i got my bad casino names confused.

We are indeed switching the technical platform for our sites starting with CasinoLuck in a month or so from now. That email was sent today to inform everyone at least 30 days in advance. We are not changing owners, just the platform.

I’m surprised to see some negative comments about this. For us this is something positive and it should be for you guys too! It’s not like there has been all cheers and praises regarding our current platform….

To adress some comments and to give some general information without making this post too long;
Things that concern players will basically stay the same or be improved. Our team and I will of course remain to take care of you, as always. This is a technical platform switch. There is no dramatic change of owners or management here!! We expect there to be way less stability and technical issues like downtime and alike on this new platform. We will also have brand new responsive websites for all our brands. The mobile sites, in particular, will be hugely improved. The game offering will largely be the same and big providers such as Netent, Microgaming, NYX and PlaynGo will remain. We will lose some of our lesser played providers like IGT and Isoftbet but on the other hand we’ll gain the popular provider WMS. Raging Rhino, anyone?!?!

We will launch a new loyalty program that will be way more extensive than the current FPP program we have. We’ll continue to accept players from the same countries as we currently do. All in all, we’re trying to make the switch as seamless as possible for you, our players. We aim to accomodate bonuses, promotions, bonus WRs, limits, payout times, payment options etc on the new platform to what we have now or better. Affiliates should not worry either. Income Access is our affiliate system and that will not change.

because of the platform change my vip level is now newbie....

i have depo sooOoo much at casinoluck in the past so im very pissed off abt this coz!!

i didnt even get any email from casino luck or next casino notifying me of the platform change

the last email i got from casinoluck was 5 days ago offering me 50% easter depo bonus..

havnt had any email from next casino in a very long time even though i have ticked box to receive promotions & news

An email about the platform switch went out around 30 days ago. You must have missed that.

We didnt really have any official loyalty system at all before. We mainly did lots of campaigns and themed promos with different offers. Such will also continue now after the switch. For example there is now a 100€ limit to withdrawals from free spins? I don´t really see any upsides to this change, everyone says the owners are the same, but whats important is that the site isn´t continued in the same manner as before. Might have to look elsewhere in the future.

We have had withdraw limits on free spins in campaigns before. Sometimes when given where no deposit is required and/or when awarded to a very large number of users. I'll look into this for you for this one. Not all campaigns will have limits, as before.

Me too! Not many users play them on our site(s) but they have at least a few really cool games, imo. The game offering we have now is by no means final. We will be adding more games and more providers. Isoftbet is on the wish list, for sure.

There is a minimum to deposit to get any bonus at all and then there is a maximum amount you can deposit to get the cap of the bonus. Its not that difficult to grasp really. 50% is 50% and the player chooses to deposit whatever he wishes to get a match on that. I'm sorry about your experience here. I will speak to the one in charge on this shift to make sure they are on top of everything. And of course, no freestyling should be made by any individual agent. Their task is to assist and nothing else.

You should be able to see this and any other current bonus offers in "my account" while logged in. In our new system, bonuses will show up as available in your account and codes will rarely be used. iIf we use codes, it will be specifically stated.

Glad it wasn't just me.

I had exactly the same issue about activating the Earth Day bonus in my account. When I contacted Support they had never heard of such a bonus so I just gave up.

When you click on the bonus to make a deposit it asks for a promo code which causes confusion.

But i have just got to reply to this thread.

So i see lots of promises and talk of not being like other AG casino.
But be honest. You "Lucky" are now just another AG casino with slightly differing bonus rules.

Yes they "other AG casino's" have ridiculous terms when it comes to bonuses. BUT so do you!

At AG casino's the bonus is made impossible to beat by the use of a 35x bonus amount played on games that only contribute 50% towards wagering.
That counts for 90% of their slots.
The slots that contribute 100% are PlaynGo slots that are the 94.1% RTP slots instead of the 96% that are seen at shall we say much more "Decent" casino's, So if you play these slots with bonus then you are even more unlikely to beat the bonus.
The game portfolio is very limited and some games are unavailable even though they are advertised and seen in the lobby.
AG have added very few titles to their portfolio this year and i doubt they will add many next year. I doubt they will have the customers or money to do so on account of having silly bonus terms and an already limited amount of games for the customer to play.

You on the other hand "Luck" use just as bad a formula to stop people beating the bonus on exactly the same platform as all the other AG casino's.
Yes all slots are 100% towards play through, But there is a 50x wagering slapped on instead of 35x
You offer the same 94.1% PlaynGo games and the amount of games across the platform in general are very limited and always will be..

This thread is full of "Slight Of Hand" tactics and sounds desperate under cover.

Did "Luck" change to make things better for the customer ?

The problem for any casino that joins AG is that they are going to have to lie to their customers in order to keep them.
Lies like "we will have far more games to offer than before"."Its a better software""The bonuses will be better than other AG casino's". Blah Blah.

Personally i do not see why anyone would play at these sites, The platform is awful and so are the bonus terms.

Don't take this the wrong way, but how on earth can a live chat rep on a casino site not know how bonuses work? Surely a large amount of queries are bonus related, to have someone working who doesn't understand them is ridiculous.

It is entirely possible that this agent was a new employee and did not receive proper training? The up sell reminds me of what I used to get when I played at Go Wild casino.
